The best wiping method according to my experience:

First, you should wipe cleanly the surface of the object with a soft towel.

Then, smear repair cream on the surface, and wait for 8 minutes.

Then wipe back and forth with the professional cleaning cloth.

Finally, clean with a soft towel.

CAUTION: For use on displays of phones, MP3 players and PSP only. Do not use on touchscreens and polycarbonate (PC).
Plastic Deformation Technology
The functional principle DISPLEX Display Polish is simple and efficient. The plastic lens is lightly dissolved and polished with fine abrasive particles. The corners of the scratch traces are rounded off and the fissure bottom filled out with the material of the lens itself.

To use the DISPLEX Display Polish correctly:

1. Mask the phone display on all sides with adhesive tape. This way you only polish the transparent part of the display and not the painted surfaces.
2. Apply some DISPLEX to the phone display.
3. Gently polish light scratches with the attached cotton cloth.
4. Repeat application as necessary for deep scratches.
5. On displays with hardened surfaces a mark can appear when removing deep scratches. Polish the entire display until the hardened layer in the masked area is completely removed.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
