How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
First of all, this back support has cushioned straps over the shoulder which are hard to find AND very comfortable. Others I have tried tend to be abrasive, not these. The middle stomach area is sturdy and provides superior support. The back is high so it is very important to get the correct size. I wear this at work and it is the best for lifting heavy boxes.
Works as described. Is very thick so you will sweat a lot of working out. But that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I bought the 2XL my husband is 6ft 3 in. about 300lbs. If curious about sizing.

Much better than the brace given by the doctor for my four year olds broken collarbone. At future check-up even the doctor commented how much more comfortable it looked.
It worked very well when my 3 yr old broke his clavicle. He slept in it some nights and woke up feeling ok. He could move his arm and still do most things without pain.
Love this product! My son broke his collarbone and he's in Kindergarten. This item was a God sent. Very easy to use, very comfortable and very bright color; which was a big bonus for kids to steer clear of him on the playground!
This clavicle support worked great for my 5yr old who broke it. His orthopedic Dr @ Children’s STL said this was the best one she’s ever seen to do what it’s actually supposed to do for a fractured clavicle!
My 5 year old fractured her collar bone and the sling she received in the ER didn't stay on very well since she would still try to use her arm. This brace worked great, allowing for the use of the arm while healing. After 4 weeks, the bone healed nicely in the correct place. Highly recommend, especially for a fracture on the dominant side.
My 6 year old fractured his clavicle and this worked really well for him. His sling often didn’t stay in place and he’s active so I liked that this brace could be put on and trusted not to move. It also allowed him to move arms a bit and write at school.
I'm an orthopedic surgeon, 3 months ago I noted my nephew was getting an inadequate posture, she's only 5 years old. I decided to buy it, and it was the best choice, lightweight, comfortable, easy to clean or wash, very good design and construction material. what's best? the excellent posture when she's using, definitely best invest in her future health.
My muscles in my back is weak. I feel uncorfortable when sitting in fron of computer. My friend recommend me this belt and I decided to try this one. I feel relaxed just after my first try. Fabric and other materials are good quality. I feel my own muscles are developing correctly now.
It was adjustable in the right places, and so far, as long as I've kept to the instructions and recommendations - it's been comfortable enough to add to my day without feeling like it's not doing anything. I can definitely tell a difference between what I thought was me standing up "straight" and what is actually standing up straight - real difference. I'm going to keep up with it (some of the exercises I'm so not ready for yet! ) because I think it will help my sciatica and I really think it's going to be preventative medicine as I get older.
Size fits me perfect and it gives me full support on my back while doing my work out. Usually i slouch so badly lately. So i tried not to do it and i hope it really help me. I tried it few times and it makes me stay straight when i wearing it. So i guess it should work. My back posture needs time to get fixed. So finger crossed
I learned from the last “Spring Cleaning” that I needed a back brace if I didn’t want to hurt days after cleaning. I tried this product for it offered all of the aspects I was looking for. i.e. support, posture, comfort, and pain relief. I am happy to say after a day of lifting and moving on Saturday. I was ready for round 2 on Sunday!
