How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I have used this case inheavy rain on multiple occasions and it hasn't leaked once. I've crashed twice and dropped my bicycle a few times and my Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra has not broken. The touchscreen works fairly well but fingerprint recognition does not work. A half decent case
I've gone though loads of phone holders on my bike and can honestly say this one's the best yet, the clamp is quite small for my bars so I used a cut up piece of innertube instead of the rubber grips it came with, but now it's on its not going anywhere, the case itself is really well made and gives me confidence that my phone's not going to fall off.. only downside is, of the sun's behind you, you do get a bad glare off the screen.

This is a nice case. iPhone 12 sits nicely in it. I like the soft foam square to push it nicely to the front. You have full control of all controls. The unit is solid. Clicks shut on 3 sides. Feels very waterproof. The connection to the handle is excellent.
Very happy with my bike mount, very well made and robust, my phone fits nicely inside and I'm happy that it's well protected from the elements and safe in the event of an accident. It holds nicely on my bike even in difficult terrain.

Several reviews remark the large size and that it doesn't stay in position. I use a Samsung S7. Both comments are true, the size may not be reflected by the photos and the phone compartment is fairly large. I have adapted to it, though and it is a fair trade off for the overall function of the holder. As far as the loose articulating arm, you can access the joints by carefully removing the plug where you'll find a hex bolt that you can tighten to a desired firmness to hold in place. Reviews have also mentioned that the screen lockdown system can be problematic, which is true, but again a fair trade off I've adapted to. It is definitely waterproof. There's a magnet inside and their is a metal sticker if you want to put it on your phones back to hold it in position. I have a slim case on my phone and once closed the phone fits securely. A thick phone case will not work with this. The touch screen works well, though you won't be able to use the fingerprint scan to unlock your phone and access to the side buttons is not possible. Keeping it clean helps interface. I set my screen timeout for a minute. You'll want to do this on a hot day or the phone will overheat. I've had a few different designs of phone holders for my bicycle and this one has been the best. I recommend it.
Great and very strong product
The joints get loose on "Indian roads" while cycling. On bike they get loose faster. Have to tighten them every time I reach my destination. Sometimes even in middle of the ride. But the magnet is powerful and strongly attaches to the back iron sticker provided to stick to the back of the phone case. The transparent front cover is subjected to scratches easily. The waterproofing is excellent which is why I bought it in the first place. During dry weather, can charge the phone with powerbank through a charging port on the case which has a seal for waterproofing.
