We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I didn't realize the cord winders came in sizes and just assumed this was for ear buds. The "red" Recoil Automatic Cord Winder is actually a large and it worked perfectly for my Kindle. At first it wouldn't wind the entire cord and the directions for fixing this problem were right on the package. I was able to fix it and it wound perfectly after that. This is just the sort of gadget those of us who are Type A or a bit compulsive need. If only I had the money I would have one on EVERY cord in my house.
I love these cord winders! My earbuds, iPhone/Pad cables, and countless other gear is finally detangled, organized, and easy to find. They were quick to learn to use, and they are so easy to wind and unwind.
This little gadget has been so nice to have—my phone cord no longer gets tangled. Is always easy to find and easy to put away when I don’t need it.
I am very impressed with these winders. I bought 3 of the Large size. The winders have a hook on the center cylinder with a 'trigger' on the hook. To use the winder: you hook your cord (at the cord's half-way point) on the hook. This activates the 'trigger' and the winder recoils your cord onto the drum. SUPER simple and ingenious design! I love them. They are good for cords about 5 feet long. Headphone cords, USB cords, small power cords all work well. They need to make an XL and XXL size too for my bigger cords! :) They are solidly constructed too.

I had been looking for a way to secure loose charging cables when travelling and this Cord Winder is a great solution. I use it with the Nexus USB-C accessory cable, which is the thickest USB cable I have every seen and it winds up with no problem. Winding thinner cables works even better, but this winder gets the job done either way. The quality was very high out of the package and has held up after months of daily use. Highly recommended for travel use!
Sit by someone on your next plane ride. Watch them reach into their briefcase and fumble with a a conflagration of cords: ear buds, USB cables, power cords, etc., etc., etc. Then pull out your Vention and simply say, "Check this out." Make your overly corded life worth living again :-) Buy yourself one of these! I am not a serial review writer. I write when I am blown away...and I am blown away.

This works really well to keep your cables organized and out of the way. I use it on my headphones when not in use and it works GREAT!
This item really helped make the counter where we have several phone chargers and portable phones a lot cleaner and neater. Works as advertised.
These are handy to have - and can work for blind or curtain cords as well.
What a nifty little gadget. I bought both medium and large and had a ball winding my headphones and other cords. I was afraid my headset with volume control wouldn't wind, but I found the sweet spot on the cord to make it work. Great little product!
As long as you know how to manipulate how to get the proper cord length you'll be really happy with this. Does require intelligence to be happy. Stupid people will not understand how to use this to their benefit.
