How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The radio that I have in my classic mustang does not have Bluetooth but does have an auxiliary port on the back. I ran an aux cord from the back of the radio to the inside of the center console where I have a USB charging port. Plugged this adapter in, connected to it, and like magic, I can now stream music from my phone which was all I really wanted to do. This car is pretty loud and is a convertible so you can imagine my surprise the first time I actually took a phone call using this adapter and the other party didn't know. In fact, when I asked how it sounded they were shocked that I was driving at the time because they couldn't hear any background noise. Maybe my phone filtered out some of the background noise but I still thought it was pretty good that the microphone could pick up my voice while it was inside of the closed center console.
I put it in my truck and will buy it for for my vintage preamp. It just needs an adapter to RCA and a USB power.
My new car has USB and aux input, so I looked at many of the more expensive options, and on a whim, I bought this... The cheapest one I found. Turns out it is pretty darn awesome. I had to just plug it into the USB and aux port that are side by side in my 2013 Mini Cooper hardtop. Selected aux, and that's it... it worked perfectly with my Samsung galaxy s7 Connects within 2 seconds of putting the keys in the car, and seems to work every single time without fail Sound quality is good... I highly recommend this product for people with mini, BMW, etc but any car that provides a USB and aux output, especially right next to each other, should work perfectly with it
For the cost this is an amazing product. My phone aux is stripped and my car is a little older so it doesn't have Bluetooth in the radio. Luckily this works wonders. So easy to use. Plug it in. Connect it. And boom it works like a charm. Its small and the range is quite good. Sound quality is as good as it gets. Love this product.
This thing works and it works well. It's straightforward and simple -- when my phone enters the vehicle, it automatically connects with a *not annoying* beep and makes no other sounds once connected. The USB receiver end is in an enclosed center console and it doesn't affect the sound quality or connection ability at all. Based on other reviews, I purchased an inline thingy at the same time to reduce humming but it is not needed in my case -- It actually drastically reduced the sound quality so I won't be using it. I don't notice any background humming anyway.
This is simple and replaced my USBC to audio cable adapter. Connect the phone once and play music. I'm not using the microphone function. I do have a ground loop isolator to fix an issue where my car makes noise when a device is plugged into both power and line-in.
I like this set up better than when I had an integrated bt stereo in a previous car -- constantly fiddling with the phone to get it to connect. My "downgrade" in vehicle is actually a huge step up in this regard.
The device connects easily to Bluetooth. The volume is weak unless you turn the volume on your phone all the way up before adjusting the stereo volume. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend.
OMG this little thing is AMAZING!! Easy to install and super easy to pair. Took about 20 sec to pair and I was listening to my music thru my car aux! My 12V input is right next to my AUX so it's tied super neat and hard to see. I love it!! Like the car came with Bluetooth from the factory.
Best solution for tethering my phone to play music in 2011 Camaro. If you're wondering why cars Bluetooth works for calls and not music, me too, thankfully this solved that problem. Phone connects to both no problem.

Plugged it in to the radio USB port and plugged the the audio cable into the Aux jack….paired the device….that’s it. Works as advertised. Instant connection and good sound quality!Used it on our boat Kenwood stereo and now have BlueTooth capability now. Perfect.

Now, when I get into my car, within seconds my phone is paired up and my music automatically plays thru the car speakers!! Yes! Even if I have my Bluetooth headphones paired to my phone, this thing takes over and plays my music automatically. No need to switch to car from headphones. It's so seamless!!

You plug it into a USB power source and into your auxiliary jack, connect it (as simple as headphones) to your phone or other Bluetooth broadcasting thingy and your car stereo is now Bluetooth! It connects within a few seconds as soon as your cigarette lighter is hot. I'd bet itconnects faster than most built-in Bluetooth car systems.
Very nice bit of gear and easy as pie to hook up to your stereo. Very, very pleased to have such high quality streaming music capability added to my amp for such a reasonable cost.
Spend your money on this, you won't regret it.
