How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I got this replacement cord for my Kindle Paperwhite because I left the original one at my daughter’s house (a 4 hour drive) and decided to just leave that one there for future visits. This cord is exactly like the original. It may be a little more expensive than the others, but I have learned from lost phone cords, you can’t replace them with a cheap cords and expect the same results.
Fits my E reader perfectly and it is charging as I write this. Happy I’ll be able to read again on it. The cord is also pretty long. Very nice sized. I would highly suggest it if you were on the fence and looking for one. Edit: Took only 2 hours to fully charge. Also tried it on my Kindle Fire tablet. Also fits the port snug and charges it great!!
Same price as the off brands but withamazon brand I knew it would work. I had a hard time finding a replacement charger for my kids’ kindle tablets. This did the trick. Good length too.
These are some of the best USB types C cables that I have used. They are extremely durable and the tips are made very well. A lot of cords have cheap tips that break off but these are high quality.
Have had for a few months and works great with no problems.
Great value for the price
After have had charging issues for a couple of months, decided to get a new cord. Plugged in this morning at 10:30 and it was at 42%. By 12:45 it was at 100%. I have a fire hd8. This cord is 5' long. What a difference from the original. Fits much tighter into the port than my 2 year old plug! So far, seems to have done the trick!

I've only had this a couple months. Length is more than sufficient for what I need. The cord feels solid and not flimsy. The connection is firm upon plugging my Fire Tablet in; there used to be a satisfying click every time but I do not always get that anymore. So long as it keeps charging my tablet I'm good with this one; I'm patient and do not mind leaving the device to charge longer.
This cord is priced right, sturdy, and fits snug into the charging port, holding a full charge; making it easy to be able to utilize our tablet while plugged in. This will always be my go to cord when needed!
Great wire for my Kindle. Works perfectly. The only reason for the four stars on the cord length is that it could be just a little longer, but other than that, it is perfect. A little pricey (my four star rating for the price) yes, but well made that I think it will last quite awhile.
I bought it as a replacement for the cable that came with my kindle (which had come apart at the top of the USB jack. The plastic of the cable had split and the wires had popped out and it was frayed with the copper filaments showing). So, basically, I bought this cable specifically for data transfer from my kindle to my computer. It works perfectly. And it's durable and not showing any signs of coming apart (reviews on some of the other cables I passed up said they came apart rather fast).
When plugged it is a good fit, not loose as some other reviews I have read.
I don't know why but many charging cords I've ordered haven't fit snug in both my Kindle Fire & Paperwhite. Of course without a snug fit, it doesn't charge properly. This one is the BEST charging cord I have ever bought, It's a super snug fit and I couldn't be happier. Thank you !

A perfect product!
The length is my favorite part. Other 6ft cords I have ordered don't work and or get tangled. These work every time I use them and do not get tangled at all. They also come with a velcro strap to keep the cord untangled when in a bag or backpack.
They were what I was looking for
yargh this be very easy to see against the wooden deck of me ship. With enough durabilty to also replace me lines if needed. Great for when the boat is rocking and me be sliding from side to side, stays plugged in a charging for my scurvy web md research
My first impression of these cables was very good. The nylon braid makes them feel very durable, and the leather fastener is a nice touch to keep the cables organized. (It looks much nicer than the bread ties I usually use) When I plugged in my phone (Galaxy S8) I noticed something was off. When I plugged this cable and my phone into the official Samsung charger, I did not get the "Fast Charging" message at the bottom of my screen. I tried plugging them into my computer, and my phone did not show up to sync. After some fiddling, I noticed that my phone was able to connect when I held the cable tightly in place. On a whim, I tried sanding down the end of the USB-C end, and that allowed the cable to seat properly into my phone's port. (When doing this, make sure to hold the cable level) This is not something that I should have to do in order to use a cable, but it is a relatively easy fix for a cable that may seem "broken"
"So, not my first time purchasing this, and honestly, surprised I didn't review this earlier. As far as cables, go, this is perfect for most uses. The cording is sleek and not liable to catch if rubbed against something. Charging speed is phenomenal, and design fits my aesthetics as you can tell by my mouse pad in background. Lost one cable to a friend, and a family member who is not tech savy got a phone that is USB C recently so, bought another set and kept one.
Ready in no time, perfect. And again, longer so was able to scoot away from the edge of the nightstand it barely reached, to rest in the middle of the table. I highly recommend this, give it 5 stars plus! Thank you for something going right, I needed that.
