How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Whoever came up with the cord loops for ease of removal is a genius. I don't own a car. Sold it when I bought my Trek e-bike. Urban setting. Use these gloves literally every day! I used to be a long-distance touring cyclist, noe I commute, buy groceries, etc. Wish I'd have had these back in the day. Excellent padding, cool colors (matched mine to my bike bags, of course :) and easy on/off. So good I bought two extra pair incase I lose one glove. I'm known for that! Happy buyer, and happy to recommend.
Fits like they should and looks Great. The pull loops are to take them off I think or at least that’s what I use them for.
I’ve worn these for a few rides now and so far I really like them, they show no signs of wear and seem like they will hold up well, I would definitely buy them again
The padding seems just about perfect in terms of thickness and comfort. Not too much but enough exactly where it needs to be. As others have mentioned, the finger tape for helping to pull them off is a nice touch and the thumb has a great material for mopping up a bit of sweat.
Using their sizing chart, I ordered a medium and they fit perfectly. I want sufficient padding for comfort but I also don't like a lot of padding. I don't have really long fingers and the more bulk between my hand and the handlebar grips, the more tiring and difficult it is for my fingers to grasp the bar on a long ride or keep my fingers on the brake levers.
The large gloves fit me perfectly. I like the color(s). I was satisfied enough with first pair that I ordered a second pair while available. About half the price of brand name gloves. The padding is thin and even which is what I was looking for. I don't like the loop by index finger for removing the glove, so I just cut that off.
I have used these gloves for 2 months straight now and they are in as good a condition as the day I bought them. I have tried other pairs as well while deciding on which ones to stick with. It was an easy decision to pick these. Sizing was spot on. Comfort is great. They are easy to remove and they are durable. I got around to submitting a review because I am in the process of buying more pairs of these gloves.
They go on and come off easily with the pull loops, which is nice. The back fabric is thin and light so keeps your hands cool even with the well-padded palms and the velcro straps pulled tight. They are pretty flexible, although you can't type very well with them on cold days. I tried. Good deal for the price and durable so far. Recommend.
some fingerless bike/workout gloves are impossible to get off after a ride or sweating, but these have pulls that are stitched into the fingers that make taking them off easy! the pulls don't seem to interfere with movement or annoy in any way--you don't even realize they are there until you go to take the gloves off! palm cushioning seems pretty good and has really helped along with ergo grips for numbness problems i was having with my hands on long rides. i highly recommend these!
Good padding and grip. This is my second pair, and also bought one for my wife. I've gone through about 20 sets of gloves over the last 12 years. I tend to keep them as long as possible. I ride about 4500 miles/year and always wear gloves. I keep about 4 pairs around at a time. These fit true to size, great padding (I flat bar road bike), and easy removal with the pull strings - even in the summer in Florida when VERY sweaty. Wash up well. The pull strings do not interfere with riding. I'll get more when I need to.
Considering the price I paid, I think they are 5 stars. I live in Texas and it is already in the 80s. The gloves don't breathe at all, but truth be told, it is so darn hot here I don't think it would make a bit of difference. I am never in between sizes and the Small fit as good as I could hope for. I always end up wishing the palms were a little smaller but with that said, they are NOT inconveniently big. The finger part fits perfectly snug, not tight. Again, I just wished it breathed but for the price I paid I can't complain it doesn't. I was very disappointed in the name brand quality and price. In this pair, the seams seem better! So far 2 rides for about 2 hours of wear each. Curious how they will feel later in the year on longer rides...
We bought size small for our 10-year-old daughter and they fit her perfectly. They are comfortable and well made. She picked the pink ones and the color was vibrant and true to the product picture. Thank you. Recommend.
Nice gloves but the best feature is the string between the fingers. This allows the gloves to be easily removed.
Buying a used bike with warn handlebar tape started hurting on the long rides. Buying these, added badly needed support and comfort. Perfect fit for me personally.
I admit it. I didn't buy these gloves for bike riding. I bought them because the palms of my hands where hurting after mowing the lawn. I tried padded mechanics gloves but they were very warm and made my hands sweat. These gloves work pretty well. The padding is not as thick as the mechanics gloves but they are much more comfortable.
These gloves are good value for the price. The sizing chart is quite accurate. There is ample padding in just the right areas. The small straps on the finger tips are useful in taking off the gloves. Nice design, too.
I am very pleased with how these fit and flex with my hands as I ride. The loops for fast removal do occasionally get caught on things, but this has not been an issue while riding. I am most pleased that they do not smell like I've been wearing them.
The best part are the loops you pull to take them off so the fingers don't turn inside out. These are the first gloves I've bought in over ten years, so the loops might be standard nowadays, but I love them nonetheless.
The little pull strings for taking them off? Much less gimmicky than I thought. I'd expected it to feel flimsy or just not be useful, but it works. Even at the end of a long ride, they let you just pull the whole glove off without working your fingers free one-at-a-time. Would recommend.
I'm a hobbyist rider at best, and I've enjoyed these. My hands don't seem to sweat much (if any) extra while wearing them, the weight is negligible, and the padding is better than it looked.
I have worn these gloves for several rides now. I realize after that I bought two pair and they are MTB gloves not road. That’s fine because the padding helps me with my repetitive motion injury damage. They are the easiest gloves to take off that I’ve ever had and I’ve ridden for 30 years now.
Gloves a high quality, comfortable, and good looking. Pull strings for glove removal work great! I had a concern that the strings would feel uncomfortable when riding, but they are not at all noticeable. Padding is great. Very happy with the purchase and would buy them again.
I really like my gloves. I didn't measure my hands, and I should have. They fit a little large on my small hands. They still work though, and they make a big difference. I'm a new and not great bike rider and I hold on tight. They make it much more comfortable to ride. Easy to take off and put on. If you think your hands are small and still won't measure... go with the small.
Worked fine until I left them on the car roof one fine day.....Will buy again.
Purchased 2 pairs, one for my bicycle and another for my beach scooter. So glad I did. I love them. Easy on and off and great gripping.
