How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Used this to polish my Epiphone Special I worn cherry finish. Took it from matte to a nice warm gloss, but not too shiny. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm sure more time with it and it would be like glass but that's not what I was after. The headstock is very glossy which I did want. Great product that met my expectations perfectly.
Works great on my car, but also been using it on my boat and looks great as well.

These products took care of a few minor scratches in my car. Very happy with the results
I used the polish to remove some surface rubbing from the automatic car wash spinning rubber thrasher things. Worked VERY well but took a lot of elbow grease to rub out the polish with a cotton towel. A buffer would have made it a lot easier, but it still worked very well. I also took out a few light scratches from my neighbor not keeping his dog leash short enough to keep his beagle from jumping up on my car door and saying hello through the window. Make sure you go over any of those areas with wax afterwards so that the paint is protected.
Excellent product that can remove scratches and restore those areas to like new condition. Was pleasantly surprised. Takes multiple sanding (especially with sander #two-when you use clear coat pen), and takes multiple buffing with the compound and a microfiber clothe, but kind of a fun process because it comes out so nice at the end. Expect to spend 30 + minutes on each scratch section you sand and buff. Continue to repeat sanders 2-4; especially 2, doing about 40 strokes side to side (not 20), and wipe after each sand with microfiber clothe. Do until touch up lines blend to paint (will look matte as you sand). Do compound buff multiple times, 40 strokes up and down and diagonal. You will see the progress toward the finished product each time as opaque haze lessons to a normal paint finish.
I'm happy with the current result since a casual glance from a distance of 3-5 ft is practically imperceptible to passer-by. For the area where paint was chipped off, I will need to order touch up paint to fix up those spots. But overall, I'm very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
I love this product so much i used it on my car it restored alot of the shine but still needs a workshop to get thay glossy shine but anyway it works great for who wants to start learning
Removes scratches from your car with little effort! Even when there is a little paint loss, this cream will blend it out after several applications. Amazing product!
I slightly scraped my brand new car on my garage as I was backing out and I immediately started freaking out! I quickly searched for scratch remover. I had it delivered same day and I'm amazed by this product! I have a silver car that hit a brown garage so the scrape and paint were pretty noticeable. I applied one application of this product and poof! The scratches and brown paint were completely gone. It looks like I never even hit the stupid garage! I'll definitely be keeping this on hand for any accidents in the future.
When I used this product I was so impressed with the results that I had to not only write a review about this amazing product, but also include a picture to show just how amazing this product is. The instructions are clear and extremely easy to follow. I was nervous at first with the thought of sanding my car, but I built up the nerve and went for it. I had nothing to fear since I followed the instructs and got beautiful results. It took a lot of elbow grease and buffing but the scratch is gone.
Unbelievable result. Massively reduced a highly visible scratch to virtually invisible unless you know where to look. Great product with a little elbow grease.

I accidentally scraped my sisters car with my side mirror and left a 5 inch scratch on her door. Yikes! Figured I would try removing scratch on my own before bringing to a shop and it costing an arm and a leg. It took some elbow grease but after about 5 minutes th e scratch was completely gone! Very impressed with this product!
The trick is to take your time and check your work along the way. Make sure to keep the pad and paint soaked with the lubricant. I frequently toweled it off, checked how much of the new clear coat I’ve sanded down and then wet again until I was ready to use a finer grit. Let the sandpaper do it’s work and don’t apply pressure.
I bought this for the turtle wax rubbing compound, but it comes with the polish compound, 2 polishing mitts and 2 micro fiber towels. First of all, this is a great combo deal as the rubbing compound itself is only a few dollars cheaper in store. Also, I was able to rub out some pretty noticeable scratches on my car using just the provided mitt and micro fiber towel. It works extremely well and if you use the polishing compound on top of that, it leaves your car with a nice new shine just as if you bought the car new.
Works as advertised. I have used the rubbing compound for years for clear plastic clean ups, such as car headlights.
Used on my Silverado. Had a few light scratches and took them right out! Awesome thing is you can do it by hand.
I like it. I use it for my vehicle to minimize the scratches at least to a minimum.
It’s a great product if you know what you’re doing, but is not for everyone. I used it on a couple of clear coat scratches and am completely pleased with the result. I’ve been washing, detailing and touching all of my cars for years so I learned a lot about how to properly take care of paint.
It works for small scratches like a charm
This stuff really works! The rubbing compound that it. Some areas needed repeated coats and rubbing but it worked! Got most of my scuffs out. I got hit twice.. hit and runs so the others scratches and dings were permanent and needed to be professionally repaired unfortunately. My maxima is almost back to looking brand new.
I used this to wax my airplane, worked out pretty well. I had no issues with the product granted I purchased it because of the branding so it is a known quality. My plane is happy and waxed and it was easy to apply, I am happy with the product and if I cared about my other vehicles as much I would use it on those as well. Thanks!
I would definitely not give it to my wife to use because she’s likely to do more harm than good. I don’t think that this is for general consumer use as they can do more harm than good but for handy people it’s easy to use and a great product.
