How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I had already bought my husband one of these kits and it came in handy when he ended up with a flat. My brother in law was impressed with how easy it was to use, so I got him one too.
After owning my 2010 Camaro SS that didn't come with a spare tire(it comes with a compressor and a bottle of slime) and getting a flat on the road that the slime could not plug up I decided to carry a tire plug kit in every vehicle regardless if it's equipped with a spare tire or not.
I've been using CHDHALTD rubber compound, cement, and hardners for years. Not to be confused with CHDHALTDIC but CHDHALTD. Over 30 years of DIY I've accumulated over 10 sets of various rasps, reamers, and plungers. They all still work as good as the first day of use. These are the basic components to tire repair. All you need is a compressor.
Great set of tools that comes with the kit and the perfect form factor to stick under the backseat of my truck. I haven't had to use it yet and I hope it I don't. But looking at the quality of the tools it believe it will perform just fine.

Good alternative to carrying an oversized spare. Haven't had to use it yet, but it seems to be well built. I recommend!
This is a very complete kit with quality components. I admit that the only way I am plugging a tire is if my spare is in use, missing, or compromised. But never the less I find it important to keep a good plug kit in vehicle and this fits the bill.
This repair kit is among the more complete sets there are. Exactly what is needed for a repair on the go. Filled it robust tools made with strong materials. Along with a portable inflator (to be purchased separately) , this kit completes would complete any preparation for eventual tyre failure due to puncture. I highly recommend this product.

Its got everything you need to place a plug on the trail. Better to have it and not need it than .... Doesn't take up much room - good to have ... You will still need an air compressor after the fix.

This tire repair kit comes with more stuff than I think I need. The quality of the tools appear to be very good and the zippered canvas-type case is well made. I've not had a chance to use it and hope I never have to, but just like a gun, I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.
I've had a few of the cheap Walmart (Slime and the like) plug sets like this over the years. I know Smitybilt has a rep with some of their products, so I was a little apprehensive ordering this, but a couple of review on a Jeep forum talked me into it. I'm glad they did. This is actually a really quality set, and by far the sturdiest that I've owned. I've had the handle come off more than one plugger or rasp before, but I don't think that could even happen with these. I added a few other plugs to it, but everything is in a nice case that doesn't take up a lot of room.
Yet another great product I've purchased. If you do any type of trail riding, overlanding or more serious wheeling, this is definitely a great kit to have with you. And there are several on-line "how to" videos you can watch (preferably beforehand!) on exactly how to use this kit.
For the DIY'er this is a well rounded kit for a roadside fix. I enjoy a lot of remote camping and overlanding. So im normally pretty far away from a tire shop. This kit allows you to fix most tire issues so that you can limp to a shop. I know this review is pretty basic.... its a tire repair kit, if you have ever actually used one then you know what you need...... and this kit has it. Don't forget to hit the helpful button.

I'm quite happy with my purchase. I think the only thing I would change is the ratio of plugs to patches. I do both, but I patch more tubes than I plug tires, and there are a lot more plugs than patches.
Put a stick through an atv tire the size of my index finger. Managed to glue and goo it to the point that it survived the trip back to camp several miles over some rough terrain. Worth its weight in bitcoin. Luckily I had a tire inflator too.
This thing is amazing and incredibly handy.
I buy a kit like this for all of my cars. I have 4 other types of kits and think this is the nicest of all of them. They're all pretty cheap feeling as far as tools go... but this is the least cheap feeling and comes with everything you'd ever need.
Quality brand. Has most of what one might need for tire repair. Decent case.
