How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Let's face it, there are a zillion similar products on the market. I look for chargers that appear to be well-made with a high degree of fit and finish, fit tightly into the 12VDC outlet, charge fast, and don't heat up. This one ticks all those requirements.
Sick of trying to find a bargain- like ...oohh...5 chargers for $10 and free shipping. That vendor saw me coming. I was using Google maps for driving with my phone was plugged into the cheap usb charger..phone had 20% charge. About 45 min later my phone shut down...drained battery dead, yet the charger indicated it was charging. I've since thrown all of those cheap chargers away. Just want a fast charging charger with dual usb. Looked at all my options for fast 5.4 amp charger. Hussell was the winner. Am happy with my purchase.
Excellent little charger and wow does this thing charge our phones and tablets fast!!! My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy S8's and even with the Samsung plug in charger it never shows fast charging. However, with this little charger it shows fast charging and fully charges my phone in 20-30 mins. Great little charger, solidly built and the blue glow is nice as it helps you located it in the dark. I'll probably get another one for my kiddos to charge their tablets in the back seat.
This is probably one of the best chargers you’ll ever buy. It charge my phone fast and I say fast, probably the fastest charge I have owned. Worth the $$$
We recently went through two extended power outages in the California Bay Area. During the first one, we had no way to charge our phones, which left us entirely cut off even from emergency messages. So we ordered this charger and it now lives in the car. It works flawlessly and we're quite happy with it. As a bonus, every fifty customers find an offer in the package offering a free second charger: and we got one. They do ask for a review but stress the free charger doesn't depend on it. And for certain, we'd have given a good review in any case. I would buy this again.
This gadget is wonderful! I work Uber and my phone kept dying after 4hours despite using a regular phone charger! With this device I can start my day with a 20% phone and within an hour it’s back to 100% charged! Marvelous creation!
This dual charger for my mini-van is amazing! I have no issues charging my cell phone and my husband's cell phone at the same time. Now we don't have to take turns charging our cell phones anymore. It takes our standard USB C quick charge cables, and is able to charge both of our cell phones simultaneously and lightning fast. It is compact, so you can actually take this with you when you travel. I took this last week with me in my rental car when I was out of town. It is made of high quality metal, which is better than the plastic one I was previously using...no change of melting. My kids love having this in the car in case they need to charge their electronic devices as well. A must-have for everyone's vehicle!

For some reason my girlfriends phone has a vendetta against ALL of my chargers. Her phone has broken about a half dozen just plugging in once, both inside the house and in my car. I don't know what it's problem is or why it likes to distroy my stuff so much? This is the only charger I've found that her phone will play nice with. Also working well for mine but my phone's much more lax about who he's plugged in to. Qualiy seems really good and it's very low profile. It's only been a few weeks but I'll update if her phone decides to throw a tantrum and distroy my charger. I'm happy with my purchase.
I had pretty much given up on car chargers because they barely charged my phone, but with my phone now being 2 years old and me not wanting to drop $1000+ on a new phone since mine works fine with the exception of battery drainage, I started looking into portable charging options. After reading reviews on this charger I decided to give it a try and I am so completely happy with it. It fast charges, like for real, I am very impressed. I am using a USB-C 3A cord along with it.
Compared with the car chargers I bought after choosing a few, I also found that the customer service attitude was quite good, and the reply messages were more timely and patient. I was not disappointed after receiving the items. I was very satisfied.
I love it! I get a little sketchy when I see things suprisingly lower priced than other sellers. However, my doubts for this product were definitely wrong! This charger works with any Qualcomm compatible phone. I'm personally using the Moto X4 and I have a sibling who uses a Samsung Galaxy S8+. I've had no problems so far with this. Superior engineering, great product.
I received the car charger and I am fully satisfied with it. I am driving Audi and Volvo and can judge about the charger’s functional and compatibility with these 2 cars. It works in a proper way in both cars. I have tried several chargers before and all them worked only in 1 car or didn’t work at all! The charger really works unlike other ones I've been trying before. It allows two phones to be charged at once, one at a slightly faster rate. For those of us who have phones with fast charging capabilities, it really does a great job. Having a second port really comes in handy, although I thought I was purchasing the one that had both ports with fast charging capabilities. I like that the charger is pretty small, compact, and fits snugly without wiggling around. I used to travel with a large power inverter and extension cords to keep the kids portables charged on those long trips. But not any more. I will buy a set for each of my cars for sure.
This is one of the best car charges that I've purchased! Charges phone from 10%-100% in about 30 minutes. My phone has a bad battery, and this keeps up with it.
It looks like I made a good decision. Though I have only had it a short while, I have used it several times with my Samsung Galaxy S10, and it does a great job. The product is very well made and quite professional. There is a faint, internal blue light that allows the ports to be found when the interior of the vehicle is dark.
I try a couple different brands before that say fast charger but didn't work this one so far it's working great the orange port is for fast charging
I bought this charger to replace the expensive Verizon "Turbo Charger" for my phone. This one works well, gives me the same fast charging capability, and is MUCH less expensive! Seller recommend.
Works as described and designed. Fast charges Note 8 and Surface pro 3 with lte. Definitely buying more. Updated review after using a couple of weeks. This charge works excellent. I decided to take some measurements of the USB output and compare them to a Original Equipment Samsung 5 Volt QC 2.0 Amp charger. The original Samsung produced 8.76 volts @ 0.98 amps when is Quick Charge mode. This auto power port charger produced 8.42 volts @ 0.96 amps out of the QC 3.0 USB output. The 5 Volt 2.4 Amp produced on average 4.83 volts @ 0. 74. This charger works very well and I will be purchasing more. Excellent product.
First thing the charging time is very less abx it has two ports and this very useful for my family while long drives
