How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I have a few dispenser at home. Some of them have buttons flipped. Some of them can't control how much soap to dispense. Some of them don't have on/off button. This particular dispenser is a total package. One of the greatest features is it sucks the last drop back to the dispenser such that there's no dripping. It has buttons and sensor that actually work pretty well. It does control different volume. Some may think on/off button is not necessary. However, it comes in handy especially when you try to change batteries at the bottom. It has enough power to dispense thicker soap, too.
We had purchased a different unit from a different seller...it broke down quickly and was immediately returned. My family really liked having hands free soap in the kitchen, so I researched and ordered this one.
Works as expected. It does not drip after the soap is dispensed. The size is perfect for my kitchen, not too small or too big. Easy to refill soap.
I like it very much. The quality is very good. The capacity is enough. It's very convenient to use.

I absolutely love my new soap dispenser. It is not nearly as big as I pictured it which is great. It fits right on the soap and does not take up a lot of space. What I love the most is that I don’t have to wipe up soap residue afterwards. I plan to purchase another dispenser for my bathroom. I'm happy.
Great soap dispenser!! This automatic soap dispenser is quiet and easy to fill. I haven’t had any excess soap dripping and I love the fact that you can adjust how much soap actually gets dispensed and I can use my favorite soap without having any issues with the dispenser.
This product did not surprise me at all! What I love this product is you can control loads by pressing the button. It works fantastic! It is easily seen so you know when to refill, the batteries are on the back and screwed in for security and the top comes off easily for refill. My kids love them!!
We got this soap dispenser to make it move convenient to wash our hands frequently at the kitchen sink and it has been a hit with our family. When coming home we no longer have to touch the dispenser to wash our hands, just place your hand under the dispenser and voila! The unit was super easy to use, just put in 4 AAA batteries and press the ON button. The unit also looks nice and stylish to place anywhere in the house.
I bought this soap dispenser to use in my bathroom. Absolutely love it. The right size for my vanity sink. If you do not have a big vanity space, this dispenser is perfect. It has a very clean look, and it really can fit in with any decor. Very easy to use i.e., refilling the dispenser with the soap. Very affordable and worth the price. I will be purchasing one for my guest bathroom, as well, my kitchen. You will love this dispenser.

This dispenser is a great size to sit on the counter. It was easy to set up and works really well. I was worried it would dispense soap when someone walked by, but it doesn’t. Soap only comes out when you place your hand under it. I love that it dispenses without the need to touch it - a great way to keep items clean!
With all the hand washing and sanitizing this dispenser is Amazing! With the increase of COVID & Flu this touch less dispenser is Perfect!! I ordered 6 and have them in my 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, my Man Cave and at the front door where I put hand sanitizer in and the others liquid soap.
Great addition to my kitchen. Anything that doesn't require additional touching is perfect in my book. Incredibly useful when my hands are covered/messy and I don’t have to push down a pump.
Great alternative to regular hand soaps. I have a house full of boys that have trouble keeping the pump clean and this was a great solution very easy to set up any has the correct type of flow just for me. No issues so far and also saving money by buying large refills.
I really love this foam soap dispenser. It is easy to use and it is by far the best dispenser. I have bought other kinds and after a month, it wasn't dispensing soap anymore. It detects the motion pretty well. I need to buy another one for my mom.
This soap dispenser was the perfect replacements for the liquid soap dispensers that are difficult to refill. The cleaner likes it because it has such a large capacity that it does not need to be refilled weekly. Buy with confidence.
Ok really thought somebody out there would benefit from this... It’s actually not my first automatic touchless soap thingy, BUT, since the stupid virus, I thought I could use the old one for disinfecting liquid and use this one for my sink. I thought it looks nice.
