How to use?

1, Take out the rodent trap. Put the bait compartment area of base. Then assemble the cover and base. Slide the cover over the base until the two snap together. It is necessary to ensure that the cover and base are assembled properly,so that the trap works.

2, Put the rodent trap in places where the rodents usually appear. Plug in the AC adapter (4 ‘D’ batteries can be use,but using the AC adapter is preferable). Then flip the switch to ‘on’.

3, When the trap is on,the green light will blink once and then the red light will blink once. The machine is now in standby mode. While in standby mode,the red light will blink once every few second. When the rodent enters the trap,the trap will release a high voltage and red light will stop blinking and stay on for a few minutes. After the rodent has been killed,the green light will blink and there will be an accompanying ‘beep’. After hearing the ‘beep’, dispose of the dead body as soon as possible.

4. When dealing with the body,tip the rodent trap over the garbage can making the dead body slide into the can. There is no need to touch or see the rodent.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
