How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Excellent. These laces are great!! They are super easy to install on shoes like converse and vans. On shoes that have weird lacing patterns its not so good on shoes that are high top styles

They were very easy to insert, but not so easy to remove if you decide to try a different configuration. However this is mostly dependent on the hole size in your shoes. They work very well. I love them, especially for my kids

These are great but they aren’t compatible with some shoes. I bought these for my Skechers, not realizing that they use loops not holes. The good news is that I kept them and instead used them for my kid’s shoes. He appreciates them because he can’t tie laces yet but got lots of laces shoes as presents for his bday. For now I’m happy. Only time can tell how long they last before breaking, etc.
I use these in my athletic shoes and they look and work great, also very resistant really easy to install took me like 5 min to set both shoes
This set of laces has neither of those problems. Go ahead and look around and compare the lengths of laces this kit provides versus others; this kit has the longest ones. You can always make long laces compatible with smaller shoes by stretching laces up across vertical tiers of eyelets, but short laces will never be compatible with a big shoe. I've bought upwards of 20 packs of silicone laces and as an adult with no children, I have tons of the smaller size laces left over, and almost none of the longer laces in the packs.
I have still not managed to teach my 5 year old to tie his shoe! I know he will get it eventually but in the mean time these no tie shoelaces save us time, energy and effort in the morning and throught the day. He can slip his shoes off and on without me having to tie them! Theyd also be great for kiddos who struggle with learning to tie shoes because of special needs both physical and cognitive. Simple solution that works great.
I bought a new pair of laced sneakers after having slip-on style casual sneakers for months and quickly began to miss those care-free days of simply slipping on my shoes and heading out the door. Tying shoe laces just seemed so cumbersome now so I got online and searched. I found this brand and they had some good reviews so I took the plunge... and I'm glad I did. These were so easy to install and all was completed in a matter of minutes. I was afraid that they wouldn't feel right, like the shoe would be too loose or too tight but neither have been an issue. My shoes feel just right and comfort has not been compromised at all. I used the shorter lengths and they worked great.
I am a busy mom and wanted to be able to slip my shoes on and off as quickly as possible to keep getting in and out of the door quick and easy. I put these in my Vans shoes and I've had no problems. It was relatively easy to put them into my shoes. I had a little issue with them being a little too tight and rubbing on the top of my foot uncomfortably, but after I went up a size I didn't have a problem. Overall these are a great addition to my shoes and keep me getting my shoes on as fast as possible!
These are great if you dont want to ever tie your shoes again. With that being said they are a little hard to install (i would recommend needle nose pliers to help out) but once they are in they have not come out and none of them have broke. A lot of sizes for all different size feet. I would recommend starting with the smallest and working down depending on how wide your foot is.
I bought these to replace the cotton shoe laces on a pair of kung fu/martial arts sneakers that I wear casually. They have a low cut, similar to the old “Beijing slippers” that were common in pre-20th century China, but due to using an orthotic insole it was almost impossible to lace them comfortably. After getting these in the mail and lacing my sneakers, I found that they are much more comfortable to wear, work, and exercise in. They stay on my feet securely, don’t slip around or cause my foot to bounce inside the shoe, and made what was once a arduous and somewhat painful lacing routine into a quick slip on. I highly recommend these quick laces for sneakers you wear casually, use for light work, or exercise (or all three). Recommend.
This product is much closer to elastic shoelaces than other products that I have tried. Since they go on your shoes just like regualer laces there is much more lace like adjustabllty than other replacement bands.
These make getting his shoes on and off so easy. He can tie shoes fine, but he prefers to just slip them on an off. Love the red color. I plan to buy more.
Wonderful product. I had a hard time keeping my shoes tied. I tried the curled ties but they would wear out. These silicone laces are the answer. They work great and they even look like a cloth lace. Will buy again as needed.
These are awesome! I broke my ankle,and these worked very well. I had no help getting my foot in my gym shoe. They did require my husband to initially put them in ,but all is good! Excellent for the little kiddos!
Easy to set up, cut excess with a scissor, add the tip. Tuck it under the laces. Saves a lot of time! I have them on 2 different sneakers. One pair I use for work, the other for working out. Very fast!
Love these things. Just put them in but can already tell they are awesome. Only question is durability but I will find out soon enough. I change shoes a lot as I coach and have to wear boots while at work. This makes it so much easier to get in and out of my shoes.
My 7 year old son loves these! He is very active in sports! Not only do you now have to worry about laces untying but the shoes also fit nice and snug when using these! Highly recommended!
