How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
We bought this for our 8 year old son and before we gave it to him we tested it out to see if we could actually control it or not. It was amazingly easy to use.
This is a great plane for those who want a gentle transition from quadcopter to RC airplane flight. Although still operating as a quadcopter, the orientation of this plane and its appearance make one want to keep it flying realistically for an airplane which is a step toward actual airplane radio control flight.

Was surprised as the speed and power of the plane. Lots of fun
Overall, challenging enough to remain interesting and easy enough to fly to avoid becoming frustrated. Also tough enough to take a beating and realistic looking enough to be satisfying. I really like this plane, especially for indoor use.
It’s advised to charge for 60mins in which I did and flew it and its soooo much fun however the better doesn’t seem to be lasting. Because that’s the only issue I recommend this product just as long as you get a good charge you’ll enjoy it.

This little drone is very kid friendly. However, I can see how an older child might not enjoy it as much as a younger one would. This is very good for a FIRST experience, to learn on until they're ready for something more advanced.
This is a high-performance airplane that flies like a quadcopter. It is much easier to learn to fly than an airplane that flies using the standard airplane controls. The design is ingenious and places all four rotors inside the airframe of a modern fighter aircraft body. Although the description says it is intended for indoor and outdoor flight, it does not have the power to fly outdoors when there is any wind at all.
We've flown them straight into the ground at top speed, into buildings, trees, parked cars, light poles and each other and the noses have been broken countless times but they still fly great. The landing gear can take your worst pancake landings and will only need straightening a little after hard impacts.
Bought this for the kids down the street. It was a hit! Flew it myself and found it very entertaining. Might buy one for myself.
I fly 3-d, large scale warbirds, speed pylon and gliders too, but these little guys are great for just flying around and relaxing, and they really fly great in the wind surprisingly, the gyros on these birds are quite awesome
A very exciting and cutting edge toy. The controller is easy to use, even for beginners the craft itself is very well-made and does a ton of tricks my kids play with it every day and I often find myself taking a turn as well. A great toy for family fun best for outdoor use and it makes a wonderful present for a boy or a girl, this Christmas.
Both of my sons ages 10 and 12 were able to fly this plane easily. Do not fly in high wind. They love this thing. It’s very durable as well as they have both crashed at least five times.
