How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This is my second one from this company and I love these waist trainers. Over the summer I bought a medium never having worn one before. Let me say this .... I dove into this thing with a open and positive mind if it worked then great we can go from there. When I first got it I was a 29 waist and now have shrunk down to a 25 When I first tried it on it took me 10 min of laying down and sucking in to get it hooked. I slowly eased into how long I wore it by the end of the week I was able to wear it all day then it just became easier and easier. I also used a hot cellulite Muscle cream to help shrink it more. By the end of the summer around August it was to big for me and had to downsize to a small. I have already worked my way to the last row in the small and ready for xs . Iam able to wear mine for 11 to 12 hrs everyday. If u are patient open minded and consistent I say give it a try.
The Shaperx is both an excellent support and shaper. Worth the price
I bought it due to a friend's recommendation. And it fit perfect.
This product does exactly what it's supposed to do. I used it for a post pardom belly band since the actual belly band couldn't go any tighter and I had a size small,this one is easily adjustable and got really tight for the first couple of months. I am now almost four months pp and I'm having a hard time getting it super tight but it's still enough to keep my gut in and keep my posture in the right position and I use it while breastfeeding, working out and running errands. This is not a corset you can hide under clothes! I wore it under a big jacket so I was able to hide it but under a shirt would not work. I saw a HUGE difference after wearing it for a couple of days but if I didn't wear it for a couple days my stomach would pooch back out.

Great back support. Was a little worried about the size but the large fits just fine - I’m between an 8-10 jean size. So far no problems with it and I’ve had it for a while now.
I want to say a sincere thank you to everyone who takes the time to write detailed reviews, they are such a huge help when making a purchase. This is my 1st waist trainer and I absolutely love it. For years, I've been seeing waist trainers all over social media and t.v., I finally decided to try 1 for myself. Years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with neck, back and hip pain. I was literally in constant pain every single day. I tried physical therapy, yoga and stretching, pain killers, muscle relaxers, expensive mattresses to help me sleep better but nothing ever completely took away the pain. After the injury, pain and depression stopped me from going to the gym and I started putting on weight. I'm 5'4 and I've always had a curvy figure. My happy weight before the accident was around 135 lbs, now I weigh 170. I bought the size large and from the moment I put this waist trainer on, it's the most relief I've felt since the accident. It feels amazing. I love the easy to put on wrap around design with the Velcro adjustable straps. I LOVE the support, the compression just completely takes away the back pain that I've been struggling with for years. I've worn the waist trainer every day since I got it and I couldn't be happier with it. The price is beyond reasonable. I wish I'd found this sooner. I'd highly recommend this product.
I never leave reviews but with a slight caloric deficit and working out regularly while wearing this constantly i have seen my waist go from 28” to 25.5”-26” diet is SUPER important but i do think this helped me get more snatched
So first off, the first thing I noticed is the double Velcro - IT'S AMAZING - you can completely control how tight you want the trainer to go, and it's so secure I LOVE this feature. Love how tight and secure this feels, I can't wait to see results. I'll update and post pictures once I start seeing results. I wanted to rate it now because I loved how great the double velcro control was!
This is technically my first waist trainer but, I tried previously to buy one and it just and the other company sent the wrong size so I went looking for another brand. Although, this wasn't the kind I wanted originally because I thought it would be bulky, it ended up being very smooth and having a very slimming appearance. I love it!! I am a size small and I can already see the results immediately.
I absolutely love this waist trainer! I needed to size down cause I slimmed down a bit. I measured myself and ordered based on that. Fits perfect. I’m more on the petite side so some waist trainers dig into my ribs and are uncomfortable. This is perfect. Covers all the area you need from your hips up. It’s not uncomfortable as many trainers are. I wear it for working out and it does increase sweating. It’s also very comfortable to wear while working out. If you’re hesitant, just buy it cause you won’t regret it!
When I started doing research on waist trainers I realized there are so many brands and types. I wasn't sure what was right for me. Initially, I ordered one that was more of a corset with eye hook closures because I thought I could wear it comfortably under clothes like a corset. But I sent it back because it was too small and smelled funny. So I started searching for another brand/style when i rediscovered ShaperX. I love it! No funny smell. I am 5ft 3in and have a short torso. I ordered the 2x which fits comfortably covering my entire torso from just under my bra line to my waist. I tried wearing it under my clothes but it is a bit bulky and I find it more comfortable to wear on top of my tank top. It is easy to adjust the tightness. Mostly, I am wearing it to the gym when I workout. Many people use for cardio workouts, but it is also great for weight training. You will work up a good sweat either way. I have also worn it around the house or while doing work on the computer. Added benefit is It improves my posture also by making me stand up straighter and no slouching will sitting at my desk. I highly recommend.
Once I put it on correctly holy moly did it take a lot of pressure off my back! when I sat, I it instantly set up straight and alleviated my lower back pain. It is very adjustable I think the object is to get the small velcros overlap but that's not happening right now that's my goal!! I could wear it for about 3 hours and I had to take it off. Will slowly work up to a full 8hr work day, while I'm working from home. Keep me from eating all the snacks. Will definitely work out in it!
I've only had this for a few days but am very please with it. It is wide enough and firm enough to provide the lumbar support I was hoping for. I have tried back support belts in the past, but they were flimsy, very narrow, and tended to roll up and be even narrower. This one is significantly wider, has heavier material, as well as vertical stays, and the velco used is industrial strength material. It's easy to put on and remains in place.
I like how it fitmy mid section.
I could wear this for 15 mins and see the difference. For me, it's hard to sit and drive in because I have a short torso, but I definitely recommend.
This binder does what it is supposed too. Makes you very mindful of recruiting the abdominal muscles when being active and also improves posture. Material is very durable and is easy to put on. Provides great support for the core!
