How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought this December 2017 along with my Acer Aspire E 15 E5-576G-5762 Laptop. The Cooling Pad has been running daily since then between 20 and 24 hours every day. I wish my Acer Laptop worked as well as this cooling pad, lots of headaches with this laptop starting only 4 months after purchase. I don't know how quiet the fans are compared to other cooling pads, but for me, it's been one of my best purchases.
Great for not only cooling down my laptop, but also keeping directly off my lap, cools well and is very quite.
I have a higher end gaming laptop I primarily use for coding and .net. As a result the fans run constantly. This cooling stand mitigates that greatly. It's also angle adjustable which is a godsend during marathon sessions working on projects. I'd buy it again.
My laptop stays completely cool throughout hours of continuous heavy gaming. I cannot express enough how effective it really works.
This is the best cooling pad I've owned to date.I hab one I really liked but it was plastic and broke.Even though part of this kootek pad is plastic it's built much better. The fan's put out a lot of air.Iove the ability to adjust to different level's this one has 6 different slot's for adjustment.The construction is very good.I'm very happy with this cooling pad and would highly recommend. I have 2 lap top's, a 14 inch asus that has a 1 inch space on each end that does not come to the end of the pad and a 17 inch dell that hangs over 3/4 of an inch on each end which is no problem at all.both lap top's have plenty of support.The flip up wings that keep the lap top from sliding off are well built and plenty strong to hold my 17 inch dell. you normally don't get good quality and good price but this look's to be both i'm very happy with this product.
The laptop fan device this unit replaced was noisy and sometimes wouldn't work. This unit fired up and am loving the digital display with fan speed control. This unit is so quiet i had to check to make sure it was running. Running it is for certain. Just running U3 my laptop temp has dropped a consistent 6-8 degrees cooler across all 4 processors vs the old cooler. I am one happy camper. Thank you for a superior product.
This thing is working great. It's quiet. It kicks a pretty good breeze. I only use one at a time...there's some buttons on the back, you can select all or only some of the fans. I alternate back & forth between the two so that I extend the life but half is more than enough to keep my beast of a laptop cool. I'm using a 17" that heats up like hellhound when I'm running games & video, even with the three onboard fans. So this cooling pad does exactly what I need it to do and only using half its resources at a time!
My macbook pro get HOT. I took a chance and bought this, and it works very well. I also found the ability to change the tilt very helpful in making typing more comfortable. It's not silent, but less noisy then the built in fan on the macbook, which almost never has to come on now that i have this. It's fine to use on my lap. The ability to plug the fan into the computer USB port is a plus for those times when I'm not on charge. Of course that will lower the total battery available until next time you plug in, but convenient for a few hours on the couch.
I absolutely love this item! It's very effective at cooling my laptop and it's quiet. Sometimes I forget that it's on due to how quiet it is! I suggested this to my friend who was also in need of a cooling pad and he loves it too!

I bought this for my gaming laptop. I have been monitoring my GPU and CPU temps and I want him to try to get them a little cooler. It looks like it has kept my temperatures about 10°C cooler. Also the power button on my computer used to be very hot when I would play high demanding in games. It still gets warm but nowhere near as hot as it used to get. It seems like this definitely does what it supposed to do I’m help keep it cool. As far as noise goes, the fans are pretty quiet. An average fan on the computer is going to make more noise than this.

Excellent. Bought this to cool my Macbook Pro and I love it so far. Fans are super quiet, I cannot hear anything at all. The blue is cool, it does the job. There's six speed of fans. Great purchase.
Glad I found this cooling pad. It’s a bit lighter, quieter, and, well, got the job done. The one I got before this TopMate C7 was good too, but the noise level was higher and the draft blowing my way when I playing game was annoying. Seller recommend!

Its good that its quiet because i use discord to talk to ppl and normally my phone picks up any sound but so far bo one had said anything about the fan noises
