How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The keyboard and mouse are really good quality for the price.

Love love this key board I gave it a one for gaming only because I don’t do gaming however this is a great key board I use it for work and I am going to order another one for my grandson Christmas gift he loved mine and a friend of mine came over and saw it and she wants one to so I will be ordering them easy to set up love it
I use this on console. I'm new to the kb&m combo, but I think this is great value for the money. The keys on the keyboard feel great and the mouse is comfortable. I havent had any issues. Changing the color on the keyboard and adjusting the brightness is simple. Some have complained that the lights stay on, but I haven't had that issue. The lights do randomly come on sometimes when the console is off, but I personally have not been bothered by it. Overall this is a great value considering other higher end gaming keyboards are 4 times the price.
My 10 year old daughter loves it. Reminds me of the large keys we had when I was a kid on the PC's in the 80's and 90's. The overall keyboard is small but the keys are raised and easy to feel while typing. Excellent product you have and recommend it to all who hate the keyboard with keys that sit on top each other.
This is a very nice keyboard and mouse combo. Especially for the price. Most of the comparable keyboards on here don't come with the mouse and cost the same or more so the mouse is a very nice bonus. It's easy to set up and use and very nice to type on. I bought it for work and have had so many compliments. I had a minor issue and contacted customer service. They were very quick to respond and fixed the problem right away. The customer service they provide is amazing! I have referred this seller and keyboard to several people already.

Well let me just say that the keyboard is indeed fine, more than fine actually - It's a dream, although a bit smaller than my last gaming kb. My one smallish thing is I keep hitting the WIN button instead of the Ctrl button - but that's just me.
Excellent Gaming LED RGB keyboard and mouse combination. I thought for the price it would be low quality and junk. But to my surprise, amazing quality and it almost does have a mechanical keyboard feel as well! Excellent value and I'd highly recommend.
Nice beginner gaming keyboard and the lighting dimming, breathing, and solid color options are nice. Only wished it had a few things such as brighter LED’s, one led per key, wireless keyboard option and a keyboard prong under the keyboard to lift the keyboard higher. Other than that the colors of the LED’s are great and Mouse is awesome for the money. Definitely will buy another for my Mac soon.

I'm not a gamer, I bought this for every day use. I work from home and wanted to jazz up my mundane office. I love it! It's fun and easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's worth the money! I actually think it's beautiful

I bought this for a 10 yr old girl who loves gaming (Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite). I think she was most excited about the LED colors. I don't know if this is a game for a serious gamer as far as functionality, but it's a great keyboard in general for the price!
This was so easy to connect to my windows 10 laptop.... When it is in the light up it looks fantastic ... Keyboard is really good on responding when I type but the best part is when it's lit up this where it really shines for me .... Very well put together....
Quality is nice and both the keyboard and mouse are responsive. The light is absolutely beautiful. There're 3 different color order and you can choose between breathing mode or still mode. You can take off the cap to clean, which is a plus for any keyboard. Overall very nice, would recommend for gaming.
This thing is cool. I bought it for my daughters computer because she plays all the time. She is hooked and absolutely loved it when she saw it! A complete surprise! I honestly don’t think I’ll be able to buy a normal keyboard again!
Bought this keyboard to hook up to an older PC to use in basement office. Very pleased with product - quiet keyboard, good lighting, good keyboard height. Lightning has two settings but both we rainbow colored. Overall, am pleased with purchase
The keys work with PC and MAC if you are a MAC user you will have to get used to the raised keys again but that would be the main issue. I love that you can change the colors to suit your mood and the breathing function is cool, but the speed and accuracy of the keyboard honestly beats most of the keyboards I have used. I am a seriously fast typer and usually have to wait for buffers to catch up and for multiple keystrokes to be read but this one keeps up pretty well so far and it is a steal so I rate it high for now with a possible update in the future.
