How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Until I purchased this holder, EVERY one I had prior broke, didn't fit in the vent, or blocked the phone side buttons. This cell holder is the most functional one I've had! Fits all of my car vents, has a strong hold, and is super cute! Everyone who gets in my car wants one!
I've tried several car phone holders, and this one is by far one of the best. The latches adjust to your phone as you place the phone in the holder making a tight grip, I've been on some bumpy roads and has not fallen once phone nor holder. Need to charge your phone while driving? No problem at all, the little gap on the bottom let's you plug right in.
It looks exactly as pictured and does a great job of holding my phone! I have an Android in a thin case and it fits perfectly with the larger knobs on. My husband's large iPhone in an Otter Box does not fit. Haven't had any issues with the holder staying in place and I've used it daily for 2 months now. Just loosen/tighten the back to re-adjust to the angle you want, and enjoy how easy it is to use!
The Car Mount Phone Holder holds to the vents securely as advertised; we went over some pretty rough road work bumps and they didn't budge.
Makes me smile every day. My phone has a large case plus 2 card holder on the back. The large sized bumpers hold it in with charging cable as long as I want it there. The clip is amazingly tight considering it’s just a vent clip, my phone never moves. I like that you can lock it at any position. Good product at a reasonable price! Everyone who sees it is jealous.
This is a nice, practical, sturdy phone holder. It clips onto my vent securely and in the week I’ve had it, hasn’t fallen or loosened. My iPhone XS Max fits just fine with the longer rubber prongs provided. I have no problems connecting the charging cable to the phone while it’s in this case and installing and removing my phone only takes 1 second. I’ll always have a gravity phone holder from now on.
I love this product! It fits easily in one of the air vents in my car and I can use the navigation on my phone without having to hold it. I have vents right above the radio and next to the steering wheel, so this option works well for me. The weight of the phone makes the 'arms" of the device close around it to keep it in place. Have not tried to use this on a bumpy road, so can't tell it would fall out, but for normal traffic this is great. Make sure you read the description carefully as the pictures show both types of mounts available, but this is the air vent one.
My wife and I have tried several styles of air vent and dash top phone holders. This is by far the best design - not just fun and stylish, but functionally... your phone won't randomly tilt to one side, stays centered. We've had it at least 6 months and the phone has never fallen out (clips will sometimes pop and out comes the phone), clip styles will also sometimes press the power or volume button, this holder doesn't do that. And the dash ones let your phone bake in the sun - this one lets you park your phone in front of the AC vent.
Clipped onto the top vent of our GMC Acadia no problem. It’s just friction fit but holds surprisingly well. I do not feel it’s going to damage my vent fin or drop my heavy phone. Looks inconspicuous when not ‘working’ Has space between the feet pegs to allow the cord and the arm pegs move. Although the pegs are silicone, they’re not very grippy and so it’s easy to pull the phone out of the brace w one hand when departing the car. As for durability, I’m Not confidrnt it will hold up in a black interior over a summer though. We shall see But no day to day use is a threat to its design that I can see.
I’ve had this little guy for awhile now. And he’s still holding up great!! He’s never dropped my phone, or fell out of my vent. Even when I had a car wreck, he made sure my phone didn’t go flying off and hit me in the face.
I drive daily and it hangs in there just as well as it did the first day. My husband can use it for his phone when he drives my car. And when I'm driving around hte neighborhood, it just sits there smiling at me. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to share with everyone how much I like this product.
I was a bit worried when I bought it because my device wasn't on the list but I took a chance and it fits perfectly. This car mount accommodates the Samsung Note 9 without issue. It's adorable and does the job perfectly at a great price point. Thank you!
I can't believe I have not come across this phone holder before! I have gone through so many phone holders and this is by far the best one! I used to have the magnet but when I bought the new Samsung S20 plus, I didn't want to attach a magnet on the case anymore. My phone is massive and quite heavy and this phone holder holds it securely in place. I also love that it came with an extra arm and leg for bigger phone. The regular size rubber was able to hold my phone as well but I had to push it in to make sure it's secured. I didn't know it came with a larger rubber until I opened the little bag inside the box. Tried it on and holds my phone much better! I highly recommend! Will buy another one for my other car!
Bought a lot of different car phone holders and this one works the best for me. The holder sticks into the vent pretty well and once in a while I would have to adjust it to make sure it sticks tight on the vent. The phone says in place unlike other ones that I had when I make a turn, the phone will fall out.
This is the cutest phone holder. I really didn’t want to get a holder that I had to stick to my dash, attach something to the back of my phone, or had to push a button to release my phone. This fit all the criteria and cute design too. Make sure the back is locked in place and the clamp tight. It does shake a little sometimes when driving but they all do. But as another reviewer said, turn the back so it’s clicked securely in place. It has never fallen off.
Having tried many various mounts, this works fantastic if the slots on your vents run horizontal.....GM truck and Nissan truck are proven to work well.
This cute dude is awesome! Smaller signature compared to some of the "vice-grip" options out there. And less blockage of air vents. I bought one for each car -- both hold on to the air vents with no slip or issues. Holds an iPhone 7 and 7 plus with no issues. You just slide / drop your phone against smiling face dude, and his arms swing up to hug your phone. Super impressed. And easy charging with opening at bottom. Highly recommend!
The product came with different grip sizes. As you can tell on the picture above I rigged it for my own need. I placed a cord protector duck in between the bottom rubbers of the mount. It helps with connecting my phone faster to my cars Apple CarPlay. I would recommend in general as a phone mount. The weight of the phone and gravity locks the phone in place. Very sturdy when I drive around. My phone only fell out once because of the way I have it rigged it didn’t allow the weight of the phone to pull it down to lock the top grip. But the mount itself stays in place great.!
I purchased this because I needed something to hold my phone other than the cup holder. What got my attention about this product was the cute face. I had no idea that it would be that sturdy and hold up on bumpy rides. It is definitely a good purchase. I had problems with the stickie dot and contacted the owner, they replaced the entire thing; such amazing customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.
I love this product! I was skeptical because some of the reviews were saying that it kept falling off or their phone pulled it down, or it was cheap. I have an iPhone 8 and it is very secure and fits perfectly so I don’t know how that was happening. The arms move to grasp my phone at its exact size in the case... there are also grips that come with it in case your phone is bigger. I was also worried that maybe it wouldn’t fit in my small vent, but the mount is elevated enough that it fits fine and goes over the notch. The grips are very tight on my vent and so I’m not worried it will fall down at all. This is super cute and practical while others look clunky and don’t fit custom to any phone like this one does, so if you get a new phone you’d have to buy a new mount-an ugly one at that. I’m writing because you should all know the truth. Buy this!
This cute little phone mount is great! It's so simple, but so effective. The little arms automatically adjust to the size of my phone and easily release just by lifting the phone up! And when my phone isn't in the cradle, I have this fun little fella winking at me. Win-win!
I have had trouble finding the perfect cell phone car holder. For a while I had one that mounted from my CD player but it would constantly eject my phone out while I was driving and it took up a lot of space. I like this holder because it fits nicely in the vent. It doesn’t cover my entire vent so I can still feel some air. My iPhone X with bandolier case (has credit card holder pouch on back) fits perfectly. This holder came with adjustable pieces that can be changed out to fit bigger/smaller phones. It is a Little difficult to get my phone out of it without removing the entire thing from the vent. But it’s easy to install on the vent and it’s easy to get my phone into the mount. It sits at a nice eye level too, better than the cd mount I previously had. This mount has ejected entirely with my phone in it once which was dangerous because I was driving and it went near my feet. It hasn’t happened since then and I’m hoping it stays in better from now on because I really like it other than that.
I love this now that I have it correctly installed. I found that after you push the clip on to the back of it, you must turn the clip so the more secure part of the clip will fit tighter around your horizontal air vent. The directions on my box did not say to turn the clip, so it took a while to figure that out. Hope this helps someone, because I almost sent it back, but now it works great and is very secure on my Sienna.
The only thing I didn't necessarily like was that there were no instructions on how to put it together or what any extra pieces are for. But this thing is so cute and it seems like it will be great for road trips! And when it isn't in use, it's winking at me! It's adorable and it might just be perfect
I got this for my husband who has an iPhone 6s. Unfortunately, the nearest car vent is too loose to hold the phone, but the next one works just fine and is still near enough for him to reach easily. He really likes having his phone right there instead of sliding around on the passenger seat as it's done for years and years. I highly recommend this phone holder. I will be buying more! I'm sure they'd be great gifts.
