How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I was raised with a professional housekeeper so I watched her scrub things for hours. If she had this her life would have been SO much easier. I purchased this on a whim because I HATE scrubbing. This thing is amazing! It’s small enough to fit in odd places but powerful enough to get the job done. Overall I would buy this again and again!
i loved it. This is something I've been wanting for a long time. It's funny how our priorities change as we get older. Now my Sundays are spent cleaning the bathroom and since that's something I really like to do well, this is a great tool. I love the different attachments. It gets in on grout and makes me feel like I've done a complete job. Not too heavy and easy to fit in my hand. It's great for cleaning the bathroom, kitchen and anything else that needs a good scrubbing. I don't know how I've gone so long without it.
I have wanted to purchase this tool from the first time I saw the commercial on tv. I forgot about the tool over the few years before I remembered what would work perfect for the type of jobs/cleaning I needed to face. I love how it makes a job faster and less effort on my end. I use it for removing paint from my crafting projects that get left behind. It removes from wood, carpet, grout, tile and so much more.
so so insanely good. my shower was bright orange because of sulfur. NOTHING could scrub it away is what I thought... The only thing that made a dent was dollar store toilet cleaner and me scrubbing like crazy but it was not enough. I found this item and thought "huh let's see if it can help make a bigger dent". This item took it ALL off!!! ALL OF IT! My shower is white again! Super easy to use and re-chargeable? Like come on this thing is great. My heart is happy and my shower was so clean.
Easy to hold and use.
Found it a bit awkward at first but this is a great item. I really wish they had sent a USB dust cover/ plug with it since I'm afraid that water droplets will get into it. Very easy to use.
I can see using this for many household chores and will make life easier.
So far it is awesome, I love it. It beats trying to scrub by hand.
I used this to clean and polish my foggy head lights. Worked perfectly to clean and polish my headlights back to like new. I would use the shield first time, I didn't and spun cleaning compound everywhere. Very versatile tool and well worth the money.

Great product! It’s lightweight and sturdy. Really gets the job done. I like to use it on my glass shower.
Some of the hairs on the brush had been bent slightly inwards, and it didn't mention in the instructions how to remove the brush head, but you simply pull it off and replace it. Those are the only slight negatives I can think of, and it really isn't a big deal, as the electric brush works very well. Very good product.

This scrubber is awesome for bathroom tiles, just spray and spin and no scrubbing needed. The machine does the work. Great for the trouble areas and for grout.
Perfect. Just what I wanted.
I HATE cleaning the stove because it requires a lot of elbow grease to get rid of grit and grime and takes forever. I saw this in my Vine queue and thought that it might make cleaning my kitchen a little easier. This thing is amazing. Normally it takes me an hour and a half to clean my stove and the vents in my overhead setup. With this thing, I was done in about 30 to 40 minutes and I wasn't exhausted because I didn't need to exert as much force or energy. If you have hard to clean areas in your home, you NEED this brush.
Great for scrubbing and cleaning the tough stuff while saving your own arm. I have used a couple of the different attachment along with the rubber shield for working with it in wet areas. Works great! Cleaned the tile and grout in our big shower and our kitchen floor better than ever. If you use it long enough without a break it'll time out when it gets too hot, but that's understandable. Overall, very happy with this tool.
This brush works pretty good for cleaning in showers. The brush spins well but wish it was brushless with a lithium type battery for much more power. The speed is just ok but will save your arms a lot of work.
I used it with the sanding pad to cut through the hard water deposits in our bathroom. I needed this 10 years ago.

This was my cleaning gift to myself, and let me say this: my old ass yellow 1970 tub hasn’t been that clean since the 70’s. I live in an area with a lot of iron in the ground and water so we get a lot of staining in our tubs and toilet this little powerhouse scrubbed it off in mins. It took a half an hour job and turned it into a gas 10 min job including the shower walls! Never going back to a regular scrub brush again. Now if only the made a floor version!
I used this brush to clean the seats in my boat and it worked really well
This is a pretty sturdy little scrubber that I am glad I purchased for a very large, tiled shower in my house. I have carpal tunnel in both hands and if I had to scrub this shower by hand, I'd have issues. This little scrubber did the job perfectly. I don't know if I'd ever use the polish piece that comes with it, but the scrubber attachment is very durable and works perfectly.
I do not have a lot of hand strength and this really helps cleaning the bathtub and shower
