How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I rate 4 stars for comfort because no compression sock is comfortable as far as I was concerned. I had bought some compression socks locally and they itched my legs. These socks "compressed" but, other than that, they were comfortable.
I especially like my ease in putting these socks on and taking them off.

I love the great support these compression socks offer without hurting my toes or around my knees! They are so comfortable that I keep them on even after work! I work 10 hour shifts on my feet so this is such a help as I have severe varicose veins. Planning on buying more!
Much easier to put on and remove. Comfortable fit and no rolling at top edge.
I wore these on a 25 hour flight. We had two 2 hour stops. I had no swelling in my feet and legs and the socks were comfortable the whole time. I am a senior, 5ft 1" and ordered the small.

I have looked for compression socks to fit over my calves and these are by far my favorite compression socks. I have lost track of how many pairs I own now, but I am for sure a repeat customer and will be getting more. I am an ER tech so I am on my feet a lot. These dramatically help the swelling that can and does occur from being on your feet all day. I love these!
I have varicose veins and these graduated socks are very comfortable. The size I bought (XXL) were long and above my knee. But I will buy them again.

My mother received a prescription this time for compression socks and found these to be in that category and much less than going to medical supply store. The colors she really likes so she'll be motivated to wear them daily. I am concerned about ease to pull/put them on for her age but since they are new it takes her an understable bit longer until she gets use to it.
They were purchased for my 84 year old mother with DVT and ankle swelling. They work well. It took her a few times to master putting them on & taking them off. They do make her legs really dry, so lots of lotion.
After 3 pairs of these socks, I can confidently say these are exactly what I was looking for in a compression sock. For med school and into residency, I wanted something to help with the long days of standing in the hospital. I bought the Bombas compression socks and a few other brands, but none of them really squeezed or compressed enough to feel a difference despite being rated over 20mmHg. These were different. Takes a little skill (and sitting down) to put these on properly due to the snug compression. The material is slightly coarse but doesn't bother me at all for the job it does. I'm usually an 8.5 in women's shoes and I have muscular athletic calves. S/M fits well on me and holds everything in. Before I wore these, my calves and feet would ache at the end of the day and that was significantly improved after wearing these daily. I have 3 different colors that have held up very well over the last 2-3 years by laying out to air dry. Much cheaper than other brands and I think its a steal for what you get! Highly recommend
I ordered the socks because I was having LVT done on my legs and was told I needed to wear compression socks they worked out perfect!
Best socks ever. I’ve been so frustrated with compression socks. Tommy Copper are now just junk. I threw them all out. These fit and actually reach the knee. Love em.

Hard to get on and off but great for those 28 hour flights. I forgot I even had them on. I wear a size 14 man’s shoe.
Bought these because I have extremely large calves and probably more susceptible to clots on long flights. Very comfortable and you can feel the compression (nice, not uncomfortable). Roll all the way up to my knees with a little to spare. I sense they do exactly what they intend to and would buy again.
Went with one size smaller and they work great. Will be buying again.
My doctor recommended compression socks. I love Crucial Compression socks because they're not too tight, but work great if you're prone to edema. I've tried other brands where it's almost impossible to pull them on because they're too snug. These work great and are very comfy.
The quality comfort and level of compression are better than many other brands I’ve tried I purchased them for a long trip by air and I’m confidant they will do a great job
Feet and legs feel much better at the end of the day.
Comfortable for working 8 hours.
These are definitely higher priced then some out there but they are worth it & make being on my feet for extended periods of time a bit more bearable
