We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This is my second one. I love to make the cookies at Christmas using this press. Much easier than the twist ones. I Am very satisfied.
I have use this only one time but had no problems at all. I'm not sure where all the other bad reviews came from but for the price and I had absolutely no problems with the recipe I used it turned out great.
My first time using one of these and I LOVE IT!! I read all the bad reviews about how the handle broke etc... if you follow the directions on the box and the dough recipe you should have no problem
We made our Christmas cookies using this. Making Christmas cookies is not one thing we enjoy. But using this made it actually fun and fast.
Of the 3 cookie press I've purchased this is the best option for the money. I used this twice with decent results. The only complaint I have is with the cookie do not come out clean on non-stick baking sheets and works best on cool sheets. Other than that, z great deal.
I was able to crank out 13 dozen butter mints in record time with this product! The only doe cut that I couldn’t make work was the flat one, but no big deal as the product did exactly what I needed and expected it to do otherwise!
Cookie press worked well! I used the recipe on the box but added a little flour for this area. The handle on the press rotates to engage/disengage the ratchet mechanism. Comes apart easily for clean up. Worked great!
I had the old hand cranker style for 40 years. OMG I ordered this and have never been happier. So So easy to load and use. Looking for a lightening sale on it and will purchase another as a back up.

I always make press cookies at holidays. You can literally make a hundred cookies in no time. This press works fine, it’s usually the recipe that causes problems. It has many different templates and you can sprinkle them before you bake.
Is easy to use and much less hand stress than my old one. The clear tube it a befit too, but I do wish it was a little longer to cut down the number of refills.
This is a sturdy, well made cookie press. The recipe on the box produced delicious cookies. My grandsons had tremendous fun using this “cookie shooter.” Highly recommended product!
This was such a cheap press but it does the job beautifully! I’m glad I took a chance on it. Cute discs, too.
I think the product works great. I had no issues. If the dough didn't come out good, I stuck the pan in the freezer for a little and bam, the cookie comes out of the press with no problem. I find the cookies a little small but I discovered that if you click teice, you get a bigger cookie.
I have never had a cookie press. I wanted to give one a try, but didn't want to spend a lot of money on something I wasn't sure I would use. This was a great choice! It is reasonably priced and worked like a charm. I followed the recipe on the box (I did 1/2 recipe, which was plenty -- and I added salt, which the recipe seems to omit), and the cookies looked and tasted great. Cleanup was easy -- the clear tube screws off the mechanism for easy cleaning. I think this kitchen toy will be good fun and I look forward to making my next batch of cookies.
Loved this cookie press! Really easy to use and clean. Used the recipe on the box and the cookies turned out amazing. My 5 year old was even able to do it!
I bought two for me and my daughter to use and gifted one to my mom. If you're careful with this you'll have no problems with it. I've made dozens upon dozens of cookies without an issue.
I bought this cookie press because I wanted to make valentine spritz cookies and it was cheaper than just buying the cookie discs to go in mine. I was concerned because of how inexpensive it was and how many bad reviews in received. I had no issues at all with it! I love it! It was so easy to use, I use the Betty Crocker spritz cookie recipe and the dough was soft. No issues with pressing out the cookies. It was easy to clean. I made about 6 dozen cookies and they all came out awesome! Highly recommend the product for the price!
This has to be the worst cookie gun I have ever purchased. I tried on recipe last year and my mom said it had to be made with butter. So this year I tried again using all butter it do turn out to be any better.
Bought for 9 & 5 year granddaughters to bake with me they loved them and the really work I have the more expensive one I like these ones better.
This cookie press worked great for our holiday cookies. My wife loves the one click per cookie gear feature. It takes the guess work out of how much dough is needed per cookie. We never thought such an inexpensive press would be so good.
This is a great product. It came with lots of designs to accomadate several seasons and occasions. We are excited to use this in the coming days for Christmas baking and the coming seasons for other occasions. And the price was excellent as an add on item.
