How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Perfect lights for lots of holidays. Great functions and has a timer as well!
So pretty I like them a lot u have to be kind of close to use the clicker but still a major improvement from regular Christmas lights also these look almost invisible when not turned on which is a plus looks very neat.
These are placed around my bedframe. Really like the numerous options for lighting (twinkly, fade, constant, etc) and being able to adjust the brightness. They’ve been in place for about a month and used almost daily with no issues.
My daughter loves her fairy lights!! And they are incredibly durable. She accidentally vacuumed quite a bit of them. I honestly thought they would be broke. But nope, she turned them on after we got them out and they still work great! Definitely worth every penny!!
Easy to use. Great buy
I bought these for the Christmas balcony display for this past holiday season. I wasn't too good at putting them up but the lights, motion and brightness was enough for me. A cool copper wire with lights is easy to maneuver, has different blink settings and includes a remote control.
Absolutely love the lights
Very pleased. Neatly packaged with a small environmental footprint. Easy to unwind and set up. Very nicely made, I really like the USB style plug which gives you a lot of options, and I like the button integrated into the plug in case you don't have the remote handy. And the remote is fully functional with a lot of options. This was perfect to accentuate my little windowsill faux snowy Christmas village :)
The wreath was made PERFECT with these tiny twinkle lights. ❤️The remote made things so easily accessible!
Bought them for my room about 4 years ago and I still have them to this day. The wires are thin and have started to unravel but they still shine brightly and work just as well as the day that I got them! Absolutely great deal for the price in my experience
I used these lights for my Christmas tree and loved them! I used 3 sets for a 7.5 ft tree. Loved the different settings too!

My daughter loves these lights! We hung them around her room, great for decorating and as a low light to use at as a nightlight. I wasn’t sure how to hang them, so we just used clear packing tape, and it’s worked well.

Cheap and very bright works super well
These lights where perfect. I got them for my daughters 21st bday. I wanted to put them on the wall and hang pics on them. I only ordered one because it said 60ft. I thought it would be too short when it came in but it was more then enough. Was strong enough to hold over 30 pics as well. Made it magical for her
This is exactly what I was going for! And the length is perfect. I didn’t feel like it was too short for how much space I wanted it to cover. It even had enough to loop over my light fixture and back to the walls. The wire helped me shape them how I wanted them. And they’re nice and subtle so it’s a perfect, soft, boho vibe. I’ve only had them about a week so hopefully they last super long.
I bought this for my birthday and wrapped it around my cake and decoration area. It worked out amazing . Not only does the remote work the amount of color changes you have worked great. Also I never ran out of length. I was able to decorate a whole table and then some.
My sister introduced these to me during a trip to Vegas. They just made the hotel room so appealing I had to get a strand for myself for my travels. The remote is awesome, you can choose a pattern and the brightness of the lights. Even without the remote you can turn on the strand and cycle through the programs but you won’t be able to dim or brighten the lights without it. I never used the timer feature. When fully dimmed they can be less bright than a nightlight and are perfect for some Netflix and chill.
I got these to replace a set that required batteries. I love that I can plug these into an outlet and no longer deal with fading lights due to draining batteries. The remote and timer feature is fantastic, I’ll never buy another light string that doesn’t have a remote, because these have spoiled me with the convenience of being able to adjust or override the timer quickly. These create a beautiful warm glow, not too bright, not too dim, just right (and you can adjust the brightness to your liking!)
