How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Works well, strong magnet. I will be ordering more. The small piece does stick out almost half a centimeter, so you'll want a case if this is for a phone or tablet.
I now have them on all my devices and charging cables. Best thing I’ve done all year.

I have two girls and they are as active as the California fault line. So when my last laptop came to its end of life I upgraded to the new Mac PRO but it didn’t have the classic magnet. Needless to say these guys have worked like a charm when my 4 year old is suplexing her 6 year old sister on the couch and my cord happens to be in the line of destruction. Well done.
Works very well with my M1 Macbook Air, the design and function are very good, better than the larger different type I used in the past. So-far it appears to not have any obvious issues other models have with crowding of the other port or the magnet breaking when the connector hits hard surfaces like a concrete floor. The light also isn't as bright and better positioned so less distracting when used in low light. Recommended based on my use and the best magnetic connector for USB-C that I'm aware of for this application.
Really easy to attach to the laptop, and the magnets attach to each other easily, though they may be a bit weak but not bad for how small the product is. And the most important thing is that it works.
Works great for laptops that use usb-c for charging. Prevents repetitive wear on the laptop port. Protects against accidental damage too. The dell docking port works through this adapter just fine.
Just got these today. Adding them to all my usb-c cables for power + display output at both home and office. So far they feel decently well made, the magnet is strong enough to not be to easily knocked off, and the plug that remains on the device is plenty small.
If you worry about damaging the charging port on any of your electronic devices, you should consider buying this item. This magnetic adapter does what it promises: charges without stressing your device's charging port. Works perfectly, and also provides you with a small LED light to let you know that it's working. Two adapters for one low price. Good item and good value for your money. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a magnetic adapter.
I like the adapter style because I don't need proprietary charging cords. This adapter works with all USBC and allows fast charging. No problem with overheating so far. I also use it with my ThinkPad. Downsides? Price could be lower. I occasionally need to move the adapters to different chords - between cars, workshop, laptop bag. Because it's small, it's easily misplaced. It would be nice if the adapter had an eyelet to add a lanyard.
Bought a couple of these sets to use with my MacBook Pro. Previously owned a 2015 MacBook Pro and broke down upgrading to a 2019 model. The newer model has a USB-C connection for charging instead of the magnetic. I finally broke down and bought this magnetic adapter. Works fantastically for my MacBook Pro. Highly recommend for those interested!!!
I got this for quick connects and disconnects on my power for an Apple laptop. Works very well. Have not used it for data but I am thinking of getting more for that purpose.
I highly recommend this connector for an M1 MacBook Air/Pro—it passes all data with no (noticeable) blips, including 4K@60 video and gigabit Ethernet, at what System Report says is Thunderbolt 3 at 20 Gbps.
Wow just wow so far these things are great, was looking for a solution to use on my cables that I’m constantly disconnecting and reconnecting such as charge cables and these are the solution! I put one on a MagSafe charger so when I don’t want to charge my phone but still use the stand I remove the magnetic cable and it prevents damage to the port on my device! I will definitely be buying more!
This magnetic charger set is exactly what I was looking for. The magnets do separate with just a little force, but I haven't had a problem with them separating spontaneously. Easy separation was what I wanted, since my dog always runs into my cable. This adapter has already saved my laptop once.

You can use two of these at the same time with an M1 MacBook pro. I had another "magnet safe" adapter but it was two wide to allow me to use both USB-C ports. I threw it away. These are sized to allow both ports to work at the same time. I use these with an Anker 9 in 2 hub. The hub plugs into the M1 MacBook and I put these adapters into the two USB-C/thunderbolt ports on the Anker. Power pass-through works fine. I use USB-A for external drives. One USB=C with this adaptor sends power to the external drives and the laptop. The second magnet adaptor connects a second monitor to the Anker and my M1.
I have been using this item with my iPad Pro. It is wonderful!
I am using this on a 16" MBPr and a 13" MBP Air M1. It works really well and brings back the functionality of Magsafe to my Macs. However, there's a strap/lanyard included with the unit that is supposed to assist in the removal of the plug (the part that goes into your device) that is not explained at all on the packaging. I'm not sure if it's needed as long as you have fingernails long enough to pull the piece out. Regardless, the device works well and if you're missing the functionality of Magsafe, you should definitely consider purchasing this.

Hoped this would be as good as it looked in the website....and it was. It pretty much removes the possibility of someone tripping on a USBc type cord attached to your tablet and yanking it off the desk and/or stressing the cable and recepticle.
I am building a 4 iPad charging station for use on an aircraft. The primary requirement is to have the iPad charge reliably when inserted into the station. This unit works perfectly. The strong magnet causes the two haves of the adapter to snap into place every time.
I was very concerned after upgrading my 2015 MPB with mag safe to the new M1 with USB-C ports. Using this device with a good USB-C cord has resolved all my issues and concerns. The data capability is great, the charging is excellent, and the magnetic disconnect functionality that I was used to with MagSafe works perfectly. Also use one on my USB-C hub, which also works just as advertised. Highly recommended
