How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
When I unpacked this device, I've found that the quality of the material is really great (even the box is strong and pleasant to touch). I've successfully paired this device with my iPhone 6s within few seconds! Played the music through it and the sound is really great! If needed, you can put it on a maximum level - the sounds will be really really loud (it's really great for a party). But If you want to enjoy a high quality sound, then the volume should be around 80% of a maximum level (and it's still loud though). Plus, you can use this small device as a remote shutter! Tested with my iPhone - it works perfectly!

When I bought this, I didn't realize how small it was. It's litterally the size of 2 of my fingers. Sound quality is good and Can get pretty loud for how small it is. Very convenient to be able to toss it in my pocket.

This speaker is absolutely amazing. It's small, so it's extremely portable and light-weight to carry it around. To work it, you plug it in to your headphone jack on your phone/tablet and press the button on the bottom to turn it on. To charge it, you need a at-home port (the little box thing) to charge it with the cord that it comes with. It comes in a plastic box, and there's a paper box inside of it that holds the charger.
The audio is very, very loud at high volume for it's size. When it's at a lower volume, it can sound a bit scratchy or rattly, but when it's at a decently high volume you can barely notice it. I'd REALLY recommend this item.
For last Christmas the decision was made to 'festivize' our office door. One of the items I supplied was a small MP3 player loaded with Christmas songs and buried in a Christmas wreath for camouflage purposes. The first speakers I got were not acceptable in terms of sound volume, music quality, and battery life. This was one of 2 alternate technologies I hurriedly ordered. THis was an unqualified success. The music quality was excellent. It had sufficient volume to fill our end of the hallway with sound. The battery lasted all day and then some. I recharged each night so I do not know just how long the battery would actually last. In short, I did not know that a speaker this small was capable of such quality and the buy of this was a clear winner.

We purchased this speaker to go with a battery operated radio that only had headphones. This little speaker does an amazing job! What we didn't realize is that it would also plug right into our phone. This has come in extremely handy! We have purchased 2 of these speakers...one for ourselves, and one as a gift.
I am very pleased with this little speaker. The battery life is great, the sound is also very good, considering the price and the fact that it is a single driver.
It's nice that it saves battery by turning off when there's no sound output for a few minutes, but I like that this feature can also be disabled by pressing and holding the power button until the light blinks when powering the speaker on. If you do this, the speaker will not automatically power off and will just stay on until the button is pressed again or the battery runs down.
Although I bought it for my Switch, I have also tested it out on a tablet and my phone. At lower volumes, the sound quality is similar to the built in speakers, but if I need more volume to enjoy music across the room, for instance, this little speaker provides it with gusto.
This is a great little speaker. It can get extremely loud for its size. I use it with my laptop for Zoom meetings because the integrated speaker isn't quite loud enough sometimes to hear everyone. It does seem to shut itself off if you've muted for a little while and then you need to turn it back on. Not a bad thing, it just might confuse you for a moment. Charges quickly and lasts several hours per charge. I usually charge it once a week if it needs it or not after about 8 hours of use. It would probably go longer, but when it dies, it suddenly just stops with no warning and you think everyone left the room, haha. I wish it was just a few dollars cheaper, but it's worth the buy anyway.

I needed this because of a noisy person, who has made it impossible for me to watch videos on my tablet and hear them at the same time. Earbuds bother my ears, so I took a chance and purchased this speaker. In less than 24 hours, my boyfriend asked to borrow it... and now I need another one. I am impressed with the sound, when you consider the size of this tiny speaker. The bass vibrates my tablet, LOL... So yes, I like it and can recommend it.
This little speaker does exactly what I needed it to. I got it so I could listen to audio books with a fan running. The sound is clear and sufficiently loud for my purposes. I wouldn't expect it to be enough for a party or anything like that, but it's portable
We love these speakers! We’ve had 2 of them for years and they have lasted well. They have great sound for their size. They might not be party speakers, but they are so easy to use and with their small size and no wires, you can take them anywhere. Since they plug in to the headphone jack, you never have to worry about Bluetooth connectivity issues. They’re perfect for amplifying the sound of a phone, tablet, computer, etc. We love them so much we just ordered 4 more. They came quickly and included thank you cards from the manufacturer. We loved that personal touch!
It's a little thing, looks neat and the volume is surprisingly loud. Haven't charged it since I first got it and it's still going. Works great playing music from my old ipod. You just have to remember to click the button on the bottom to turn it on. A kid might enjoy it since you can feel the sound waves coming off it, or change the sound quality by touching it or covering it. Just be careful giving it to a kid because the metal in the middle of the speaker side seems to dent easily.
fast shipping and really good product
I love how compact it is and it will fit easily in my purse, coat pocket, etc. The sound quality really surprised me. The stereo speaker in my car doesn't work so I bought this little guy until I can get it fixed. I'm actually not in a hurry to fix it now because this one is working so well. Would definitely buy again and the price is unbeatable. Also bought one for my husband to carry with him and he loves his too. Our 6-year-old daughter tries to swipe mine every chance she gets for her Ipod when we are traveling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My IPad 2 is getting on in age. About two weeks ago the speaker sounded like it was busted. If I turned it up loud enough to hear it was distorted. This device lets me turn the volume up even louder than I need with no distortion and it is a very good quality sound. I knew I didn't want to have to connect a blue tooth speaker. This plugs in and turns on very easy. Love it!
I bought it to use with my Kindle as sometimes the auto-reader is not loud enough for me, and sometimes I want music louder. The volume is great, and I can use it with my computer if I like. The quality of sound is much less tinny than my kindle sound. And the price is excellent. So far, so good.
