How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought this on a bit of a whim and am really pleased with the value that I've received. Black lights are a little magical in the first place and this one is a really solid value for the money along with being danged useful to boot. Tried it out at the house in dark room an was amazed by how powerful it was (and how much junk it showed). Took it to work on a whim and ended up using it to track a mouse infestation to its source and then demonstrate that the "sesame" seeds in someone's drawer were mouse droppings sitting in dried urine.

Experts' say you need an expensive UV lamp to detect mineral fluorescence, but this inexpensive UV lamp works just fine for my amateur hobby needs. Love it!

I wanted a UV light to help enable my obsession/collection of things that glow... Specifically, certain types of glass. So far, it has, & will continue to serve me well on my hunts. Here is an example of my growing collection. :) It seems pretty durable (though I haven't tested it terribly at this point) & brightness os good. I've only been using it for a couple weeks now, so not sure how long the batteries will last.

I just got a nice piece of yooperlite (fluorescent rock) that requires a blacklight to activate. It works. Mission accomplished.
I like the size of the light for when I’m looking at jewelry and glass. Good light for your needs.
Model reviewed: UV-12. Wow. Living in an Arizona desert area you kinda accept there are scorps around, but you don't really like bunking with them. This UV flashlight is fantastic (I'd been using an old 6" battery fluorescent): I can see scorps from about 15--20' away! Evening scorp patrol now much easier.
I use this to help find mold in hvac units. Works perfectly.
I use UV-cure resins for a number of projects and consider short cure times an important asset. This high intensity light sure does the trick. It is the best light I have ever used so far, resulting in cure times of under a minute to achieve a hard finish. It is great for setting an epoxy finish on replacement fishing rod guides as well as epoxy heads for fishing flies.
Very good light. The acid test was trying it out in a darkened bathroom.
You don't have to buy a large flashlight to see the stains. In the dark, the UV light clearly shows the pee stain (cat). Just use a good carpet cat pee odor remover. Remarkably accurate.

This has truly come in handy to help locate pet urine whenever I shampoo our carpets. It's small enough that it fits in the plam of my hand and it's light weight the level of clarity with the brightness it's extremely helpful.
