How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I had tried to clean my windshield and back window with paper towels and Windex. I could not get all of the streaks out no matter what I tried. I got this windshield cleaner tool and was surprised at how well it worked. I was able to get all of the streaks out and it was much easier getting down to the bottom of the windshield and back window. It came with a little spray bottle. It's best if you just spray the pad with one or two mists of water. Any more water than that will cause water streaks. Then you need to move it around until the excess water has dissapated. I was pleasantly surprised how well it work considering the cost of this windshield cleaner. Hopefully it will hold up over time. I have only used it the one time and my son used it on his car. He said it work well for him too.
Works very well in cleaning the windshield of my cars. It was very difficult to extend, but that might be because I possibly ran over the package pulling into my garage (some Amazon Key delivery drivers refuse to read the instructions - including a photograph - as to where they should leave packages and this one was dropped near the middle of the garage just inside the door). I think I “winged” the package and attribute the challenge in extending the wand to this. So all things considered this was a good purchase.
Every time my husband cleaned the inside of the car's windows, you could still see streaks all over. Window cleaner just didn't do the job and it was difficult to get into the corners of the window. So I bought this cleaning brush hoping that it would be a little better than the window cleaner ... and it definitely works great. He is very happy with how easy it is to clean the window and the streaks are gone! I am planning to order a couple more for our children's cars!

Just follow the suggested instructions for using this tool. Just water and wipe. Dry off with extra pad. Yes, it works great.
It's frustrating trying to clean or clear your windshield in the winter - this little gem does the job! The telescoping arm lets you reach the deep spots without having to stand on your head. It's small enough to fit in the glovebox. I bought one for every member of my family who owns a car.
I really needed this. It got into the tight spots around the windshield. Seems durable.
I bought this to clean the inside of my windshield. It is on a Tesla Model X, by far the largest windshield on any SUV sold in the US. So you can imagine how impossible it is to clean the inside, down to the dash where the clearance is only a few inches between the glass and the dash. When i opened the package, I was initially disappointed over the length of the handle, fearing it would be too short. But it is NOT! It is just the right length and comes apart, to conveniently store. The top of the windshield stops behind the drive and passenger heads so there is a lot of real estate to clean and this does it very well, with no streaks. The manufacturer says it will work without just plain water, but I have not tried that, using Windex instead. I am also using the window cleaner to clean the exterior of the windshield which i can now do without a step stool, so this cleaner has exceeded my expectations.

I don't have a garage, and I hate the task of drying my car windows on an early, dewy morning. I used a lot of paper towels to do the job. This squeegee does the trick. No paper towels needed. It's quick to do the job. The flexibility of the blade really swipes off the water.
Wow! I can’t believe how much effort I’ve wasted over the years, twisting myself into a pretzel trying to reach the bottom of that long, aerodynamic windshield. This does the job in about a minute, and better than I’ve ever been able to do without it. Get one! You will love it!
It's makes cleaning the inside of the windshield extraordinarily easy, but don't use water. When I first tried it, I sprayed the pad with a 50/50 mixture of water and alcohol, and cleaned the inside of the windshield. The result: clean with no streaks. I'm very satisfied
