How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I havent fished since I was a kid, but I want to get back into it. Kinda need something to help relax. I am apparently becoming a minimalist, or so everyone says. I wanted something small, compact, that I could throw into a fishing vest. The plan: grab the vest off the hook, walk out the door, and be ready to spend some time down at the river, or lake, or where ever, and get some "detox" time. HIGHLY recommend this for everyone, from the novice whos never fished before, to the experienced pro!
I love how light the rod is it definitely spans the gap between buggy whip and too firm. I haven't accidentally landed too big with rod yet so I can say how it would perform on slightly larger fish. It is great for small streams I have been able to get into some other wise non fished water because of the size of this rod. Works great for little native trout, creek chubs and small rock bass. For the money you can't beat it.
a neat little light weight fishing rod. not and never intended for hauling in a monster 30 pound bass but for small fish you might encounter on the lake up near the bank of near a foot bridge. i can see where some might have an issue with casting as the guides on the rod are pretty tiny but if you use a lightweight string (as is recommended) and are not too aggressive in setting the hook you should be able to cast a short distance or more likely cast the line out by hand and then let it drift out further with the current...for the price i'm very happy with this and plan to acquire a few others mini rods and reel variations as a sort of collection even if only for display... a fun little kit to have in the glove box and conversation piece
I use this for fishing for perch. They put up a great fight on such a tiny pole, great fun!

Surprised how sturdy the pole is when extended. This is a fun gift for the traveling fisherman. Still trying out the little reel, but seems pretty good!
This is a awesome rod. The package came in early than expected. I took it out fishing on the first day. I caught a few bluegills and baby bass. Some of the fishing lines got tingle up but that a common thing. Overall very good rod.

These rods are fun work great.
It’s somehow bigger *and* smaller than I imagined. This thing telescopes forever! The pen/handle is a little slick, but I’ve wrapped it in gaffer’s tape. The action on the reel is smooth, and it get’s the job done for “just hiking down the trail - HEY, THERE’S A POND!”
Was out fishing with my wife and brothers. My wife’s sister decided to join us later in day and didn’t have a pole. So I gave her my good one and busted out the baby pole. To my surprise this thing worked flawlessly catching 10 or so decent sized fish with not a single problem.
My son had been wanting this for a while now. He decieded to order one finally and I was impressed! It seems strong and sturdy! Great detail. Can't wait to try it out!
Now I don’t have to carry a big fishing pole around anymore. Having the back of my car, if I have time I stop at a lake and drop in. I live in Florida so there’s a ton of Lakes!
We went on a last minute trip to St Croix US Virgin Islands. my son and I like to fish and since we rented a house right on the beach, I wanted to bring 2 fishing poles. I came across these collapsible fishing rods and figured Id give them a try. I bought two of the 1.4m length. very compact. easily fit in our luggage. Honestly, I was very surprised at how far I could cast with these little rods. Using a heddon super spook jr lure, I caught a barracuda from the shore as you can see in the picture. I was worried the rod would snap as I was reeling in the barracuda but to my surprise, it didnt break. It was worth every penny in my opinion. as a side note, a few times the line bunched up around the reel when casting. possibly user error. I did bring extra line just in case something like this happened.
Brought this ice fishing and pulled up a good 16" trout! Held up well and worked like a charm! The tip spinters from having a hard time retracting it, but still, great for the price!
First time out. This lil guy landed a 4 pound channel cat!!! Out the box this pole is fine vut do put better line on reel b4 taking it out for a spin! Ships fast and well built but lightweight. Perfect for my hiking pack.
At first it looks like a novelty fishing combo kit, that's compact but probably less than stellar when it comes to casting and fishing. The guides on the rod are quite small in diameter, so when I tried casting I was pleasantly surprised that it is actually a very nice little rod. I could easily and accurately cast an ultralight spinner nearly 50 feet, and it has plenty of strength to reel in decent sized fish. It would make a great compact rod for fishing small streams or keep handy in a boat or canoe. It also worked well for kids, due to it's shorter length and small scale reel.

My husband was delighted at this convenient little pole. Fits in the glove box and his back pack. Not going to reel in a monster but decent little pole for the money...
Bought several of these for my dad. He likes them a lot.
12 yr old thought it was every clever and loved it probably not the greatest expectation of catching fish but the novelty and possibility is def cool
