We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Worked great, actually had a little snapper swallow my hook and this thing held the mouth open just enough that I was able to safely retrieve it.
Product received as advertised and was exactly what I was looking for. My fishing buddies are always "guessing" as to fish length and weight, now there is no arguments. I can easily prove my was the largest catch!
Was fishing without a net but was able to land a big catfish by using this lip grabber. No more fish bites either. Holds securely. It’s pocket sized, so you can always have it at the ready. The wrist strap is also great for releasing fish & retaining the tools.
Having a shorter gripper for me it’s very useful holding on to my catch.

I fish shallow water in South Florida (Flats fishing). This is a great bargain. Note that this is shorter than the expensive brand named grip scales, but for most species I target, it will work fine
I fish in the Ohio river in PGH Pa. the fish are a wide verity of sizes, so I like to use this lip grabber w/ scale keep track... Good for the girls who don't wana touch the fish
Product could be a bit more durable but for the cost can’t complain used it a few times and still lasting. Overall not a bad piece of fishing gear to add in your tackle box. Recommend
This Lip Grabber works great! I was skeptical at first because of the price but now I am very happy. I caught a large rainbow trout and I had no problem holding on once I secured its lip with this grabber. The fish flailed and fought the grabber but did not go any where. I am very happy with this purchase.
This is a very nice quality product. I haven't had the chance to use it much but from what I can tell it is very well manufactured and will hold up. I took a few test measurements with the built in scale and they were accurate. Also it is compact enough to fit in my tackle box so I can easily keep it with all my other supplies when I go fishing.
While this pair is a cheaper version of the original, it works great. The jaws are sized for saltwater fish with big mouths. Very easy to use and is an essential tool for hands free fish dehooking.

Just used this fish grabber for the 1st time this weekend and it worked great! Kept those sharp pike teeth and treble hooks a long ways away from my hands. Handled a hard-kicking 4-pounder with no problems. And my hands didn't get slimy or stink. The only change in this product that I would recommend would be to to replace the lanyard with a wrist strap. Got distracted unhooking my first fish and I dropped it (the Fiblink didn't let go - stayed attached to the fish).
Bought this a couple weeks ago, in hopes of needing it one day. Buddy caught a big carp last night, great way to try out the gripper. It held with no problem. I have to agree with other reviews, it's hard to read the weight but I'll fix that before I go out again. Checked it for accuracy, it's right on according to the digital scales I have. Very pleased, ordered a second set for my buddy.

I’m naturally a skeptical person, so to see this for a few bucks cheaper than the cheapest units on the market, I was a bit hesitant. After a few failed fish landings I figured I’d by one of these things and I got to say- what a surprise. This thing is extremely well built (for the money) and applies a good amount of pressure on the lip. I’d say you’d be safe holding up a 12-15lb fish (which rarely happens for 95% of anglers). All in all, I think it’s money well spent.
I am on my second one of these. Put a large floaty on it or the fish will take it to bikini bottom with them.
