How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Small in size perfect for travel! Great quality!! I’m happy with them
I'm an astrophographer and have a lot of optical gear, these are very nice. I wasn't expecting them to be such good quality at this price. Bought them as a gift for someone, they won't be disappointed at all.
These were purchased as a gift. An avid hiker who is slight of build and needs light weight items to go into her backpack. Now a year after she received them, they are always with her in the backpack and used regularly. A durable and great product!
Easy to hold standing up without feeling heavy which is what happens with the older model I had. Nice long range clear viewing. Easy to slide top wheel to adjust quickly. I love it. Great price.
These are by far the best pair I’ve bought for this price. These are compact and fit in the palm of your hand for when you’re on the go. I use these while on duty and have to look far away they are very clear and easy to adjust.
I wanted a decent pair of binos to look at stars, birds and scope out wildlife. This is the perfect pair. Clear viewing, easy to adjust and small. I can throw them in the car or a big pocket and have easy viewing without the bulky, swinging, cumbersome experience of a large pair. Very pleased!
They really bring items up close and clear. So, very lightweight and so compact. Taking them with use when we go camping. Use around the ranch now.
I know this will sound crazy but I purchased them for Christmas present for my husband. We can’t see the channel selected on tv screen And one of always had to get up and look. No more. They are small and compact and they have made our life so much easier. We are in our mid 60s and even With our glasses still can’t see that well at a distance. Problem solved
No longer able to dig big holes or pitch 300 lbs of soil into a new bed, or crawl around an uneven one, I propagate roses from cuttings on my deck. I’ve started planting the little guys but unable to see how they’re doing. I decided I needed binoculars. This product is amazing! It’s under a pound, compact and sturdy, provides excellent clarity, and at considerable distance, I can see my small young transplants leafing out. Each morning I ditch my usually very necessary glasses, hang the binoculars around my neck and am likely something of an oddity, standing on my front porch surveying.
I love the size of these binoculars. I have been using them around the house to bird watch and am looking forward to using them to explore wildlife while hiking, etc. Great value for the money.

Good quality for the price
These work well for an inexpensive knock-around pair of binoculars. They are light and because of the price I don't worry about losing or damaging them.
Got these for my husband and he loves them! We love to watch the birds, turtles, frogs etc. from our back deck or bedroom door. The binoculars are light weight, compact and are perfect for our use. Not made FOR children necessarily but I’m sure a kid would love to get a pair. And at this price why not?
For the price good binoculars
I was a little leery of these because of the low price. I got these to take with us on our boat and was not too concerned with the quality. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. These are GREAT binoculars. I would definitely purchase again.

Although not as powerful as the larger zoom binocs we have, this one is actually sharper than the more expensive pair.
