How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This works great, and I use it almost daily. It makes the edges safe so I don't get sliced. The magnet on top is not very strong and does not work well, but I don't use it anyway. Great product for you klutses out there, no more cut fingers!
This opener opens cans by cutting around beneath the rim. No sharp edges, and the lid can be put back on the can for refrigerator storage. Opens small tomato paste cans as well as big cans. Read the directions on the way to start the cut. Very satisfied.
This the best can opener I have ever had. I’ve tried similarly styled can openers in the past. The ones that claim to leave a smooth edge, only to be disappointed and to go back to the old style. But this one truly does leave a smooth edge. We purchased a couple for our emergency go bags. However, I liked it so much, I kept one for the kitchen and put my old one in the go bag. I highly recommend.
I am in love! This is super easy to remove tops of cans. Very easy to turn and clean up is a whiz. I simply rinsed in the sink and put away in the drawer. The opener is light weight but sharp. The best part is we can now use the cans for projects. The edges left are no longer sharp! I just love that. We do a lot of crafts in our house. To be able to use cans instead of simply throwing them away is great!
Great can opener. Small compact design but still feels very sturdy. As advertised, removes the top of the can with no sharp edges.
I don't understand sheerness or thickness but the can opener works as expected. Top cutting can openers don't work as well these days with cans getting thinner. Only used it a couple of times. Hope it continues to work as it has the first couple of times.
I was apprehensive about this opener at first. Even after I received it I wasn't quite sure exactly how it was going to work. How ever once I started turning the knob it attached to can and it was easy. I like that it cuts the side of the can so I wasn't concerned with cutting myself trying to force the top open. Which eventually happens with traditional can openers. This one cut along the outside of can and it pops off like a top. If that makes sense.
I cut myself a few times on the sharp edges left by our traditional can opener, which often didn't make it all the way around, so I decided to try something different. I'm amazed by how easily and cleanly this opens cans. It takes the entire lid off and when it's done, the lid is attached to the opener so you never touch it. You turn the open counter clockwise to release the lid. It couldn't be easier. There are lots of these types of openers that are more expensive. Maybe they're more durable, but this one works perfectly and the price is right.
This opener is almost effortless to use. It is without a doubt the smoothest one I have ever had. If you have any limitations with your grip or hands, then this is the can opener for you!
I LOVE this can opener. I will guard it and keep it with me for the rest of my life. (We've had it for about 8 months now, still working great.) It cuts the can lid from the side, which leaves a tidy, neat lid without sharp edges - it makes it handy for popping things back in the fridge if we don't use the whole can. Just put the lid back on! I was suspicious of the single-handle design before we bought - I've only used can openers with two handles you squeeze together. But I can report it works very smoothly and easily, and there's no need to squeeze, which makes the can opening easier - it might work well for older people also who don't have as much control in their hands any more.
There is nothing intuitive about how to use it but once you learn how it works perfectly. Cuts top off cans easily. Got it for my 92 yo dad who doesn't have much strength in his hands and he loves it. So do it.
Very good can opener! Opens smoothly, you can then close the same lid and close. The edges are pointed, you do not cut your hands about them. Spinning without effort. To buy I recommend! There was no need to communicate with the store. The goods came quickly enough: went with other goods in one package on delivery. Thanks for the quality!
This can opener works like a charm. We used it til it worked no more and had to reorder. Lost without it. Even have one in the RV. With no sharp edges there are no more cut fingers and the can if not emptied can have the lid placed back on and stored in the refrigerator til used completely. Great gadget.
manual can openers have been a pain to use, but this one is so easy and works every time. Takes the lid off at the glue line. I would buy this again if I ever have to THis one seems real sturdy
I received the Can Opener，Safe Cut Manual Tin Opener,No Sharp Can Edges,Food Grade Stainless Steel Cutting Can Opener for Kitchen & Restaurant in exchange for this review. I prefer the safety of a side-cutting can opener, and have owned one of the ones from a "home party dealer" for over a decade. That one worked well, but often needed to have the blade go around the can 2 or more times to be sure it was FULLY cut (You would hear clicks where it was getting the missed spots on the repeat rounds) I decided to try this one to see if it was any better...YES! It is easier to place onto the can...it cuts FULLY on the first time around the can and the edge feels even smoother than it did with my old one. I think you would be well served with this can opener.
I've been looking for one of this kind of can opener for years. Had a similar one many years ago when they first came out. It eventually wore out and I've had to use the old-fashioned kind ever since, and even the expensive brands leave sharp-edged lids and get rusty as well as the cutting wheel harbors unimaginable germs that dip into every can you open.... But this style of can opener leaves smooth edges on both the can AND the lid after opening, and the mechanical parts that do the actual cutting NEVER dip into the contents of the can. This opener basically removes the entire top of the can - the lid and attached metal ridge - by going AROUND the outside of the lid, rather than cutting into it from the top. There is a very slight learning curve when first using it, but it's very easy to catch on.
This is the BEST can opener ever! I was a little weirded out by the fact that it only has one handle. The previous reviews helped and I had no issue working it on the first try.
I worried about a single handle design & saw other reviews claiming it's hard to use or doesn't work? I had the same problem but after using it twice (1st time I was lost/confused on how it worked? LOL) but this actually is a awesome new update to the old double handle can opener design! Before you put it on the can.. give it a little back turn (that opens gripper/cutter) place it on the can & start turning (it automatically closes gripper as you start). Once it grips & starts.. it turns easily (1st couple of times I thought it didn't cut but the lid pops right off (No sharp edges & no shavings *as one reviewer claimed). *I have Neuropathy and the big turn knob is very easy to grip/turn. And now.. I just love it & so happy I took the chance on this new innovative design!
I have had no issues with this. It opens it right under the rim so there are no sharp edges, which is nice. What I did not think about is the fact that the lid does not fit inside the jar when you want to pour out the liquid (like from a can of tuna) so takes a little getting used to and a little workaround. I would still recommend it and am glad I purchased it.
This design is revolutionary. It's been a long time since something good happened to manual can openers. This one cuts the lid on the side instead of inside the top so there are not sharp edges. AND you can put the lid back on if you need to. It's not perfectly air tight but does fit back on. The opener is light weight and intuitive to use. It turns easily and would be good for anyone with trouble with their hands. it just rinses off. It's the perfect can opener in my opinion. I'm going to order a couple more for family.
I love this can opener! Like other reviews said I wound it backwards like one turn before going forward. It latched on an opened it no problem. I love how you can store leftover veggies in the can if you need to by just using the lid. It works great and the edges aren’t jagged which is nice because I have 3 young children. I have had several can openers from the standard double handle manual one and electric ones this is by far my favorite.
So far so good. Works as expected and feels durable (long lasting).
