Professional Multimeter Tester

I purchased this tool to replace one that had quit working. The new one works fine, easier to operate and has more functions than my old one. I recommend.

Nice easy to read display, great case and leads. Seems to be as accurate as any non-lab quality meter I have used.

Seems to do everything you would want for a good price. The unit is not small, but this just makes it feel like there is good construction behind the product.

This is excellent quality. Compared readings to a lab calibrated meter and readings matched within less than .1% difference. Room temperature doesn't seem to affect it, my last $75+ name brand meter would read high in warmer areas. The stand is great, just the right angle. The display is bright and clear, no trouble reading it outside in Texas sun.

Had an ac technician over to diagnose why my condenser fan wasn't working. They wanted over $1000 to replace the whole fan. Thanks to this multi-meter and the capacitance test, I was able to narrow it down to the fan controller. Saved me hundreds of dollars.

Excellent! I've had an old analog multimeter from Radio Shack for more than 40 years. I think it was in the 20 dollar range. Bought a digital Klein MM500 automatic ranging thinking I was moving up to a better meter. It was very frustrating and now I see they are discontinuing it. Good. I did the same when I recently bought this ANENG Q1 multimeter. It is easy to read and fast readings: 2 things that I lost moving to the Klein. This meter is fun to use: continuity, battery testing and checking burned out heating elements or capacitors. I never use the amps since I destroyed a good meter doing that. I am very happy with this meter.

I use this as a second multimeter in my repair shop. I really like the easy to read display. I have tested it against my other meters and it is very accurate.

Overall good product, lots of features and measurements. I like the bright LCD display versus the orther standard LCD displays. Temperature probe is well put together as well as the test lead probes. Fits in hand easy and comes with black zip pouch. Measures frequency and has bar graph with test reading. Like the item alot!

I am a retired electronics engineer. At work I used expensive equipment. The multimeters were all Fluke, which cost more then 10 times the cost of this multimeter. This multimeter compares to other instruments very favorably for accuracy. It has multiple functions that the Fluke multimeters do not have. I am impressed.

The push buttons are much better that a dial wheel. A very nice read out, easy to read. I cannot evaluate the accuracy as I don't have the means to do that, though I do have a voltage reference device and it looked to be accurate over voltage. The ice water and boiling water test shows +3 degree measurement in ice water +98 degrees in boiling water. The probe seems to be slow in getting a stable reading. Over all a very nice meter. A good purchase. I can recommend this.

I really like this meter. I have many others and I think this is my go to Multi-meter now. It is very easy to read and use maybe doesn't have as many functions as some of my other higher price meters but for a avid handyman it is the perfect meter. The only thing that would of made it over the top is if it came with a wallet to protect it.

This is a very good meter for the price, very impressed! I have been using test equipment for 40 years . Better than I expected ! Something that was a surprise was the capacitance measuring capabilities. I checked caps in the 8000uf range (the 9999uf range of the meter) with complete accuracy {in circuit} thats cool. none of my other DMMs can do this.

Seems to work very well so far and I have compared voltage accuracy with my oscilloscope and it is within 1.5% accuracy. Ohms and capacitance are within 3% accuracy. Have not tried the amp meter or the temperature probe, I usually use an induction type amp meter. Since this unit has a constant on backlit it's great when working in dim area's or you don't have the greatest eyes. I specifically bought this meter for it's inverted backlit display and it's earned a permanent spot on my electronics workbench. If any issues come up with it I will modify this review.

First thing, the display is stunning. It is also impressively designed and constructed, quite solid in fact, and accurate. The interface is simple to learn and very effective at selecting/setting the meter's functions. I like that the auto-shutdown can be disabled as I am from a generation that shuts things off when we are done and have always found such things more annoying than useful. I would highly recommend this neter to anyone seeking an easy to read, use and manipulate multimeter... Did I mention that the display is dazzling/ damned near intoxicating as compared to this unit's "competition"?

What initially attracted me to this product was the look of it. I tested each function on the meter. Everything worked as expected. I measured various resistors, and all the readings were within the tolerance of the resistor. I also measured a few capacitors and the measured capacitance was correct within the 4 figures on the screen. The functions for Diodes, Continuity, AC V, DC V and Current all worked as well. The materials don't feel low quality. The exterior/case is a thermoplastic elastomer and will resist scratching and absorb some shock if dropped. Time will tell on the durability of this. If there is any degradation outside of normal wear and tear, along with any other issues, I will make sure to update this review as I see fit. All in all, the multimeter looks fantastic and works exactly as described.
