How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
We were so tickled with this we had to buy a second one! We’re actually using them for when we go dry camping. We have 2 salt lamps that we use for night lamps but they need to be plugged into electric outlets. However, with no electricity we needed something just like these so us big people won’t stumble in the dark!
I love this light. My granddaughter absolutely loved it and would not go to sleep without it in the room. She loved that it was a soft body as well, and Loved that it changed colors. Adults have a hard time sleeping with it though, because if you are used to a dark room, this light will keep you awake. For children it gives off a soft white light that is just enough for kids. I am very happy with the purchase.

This was a gift for our cat loving son, and because it was so cute and useful, we had to buy another for our daughter! It’s bright, we love the auto color changing, and the recharging is great so we don't waste batteries. This is a favorite night light at our house. And it’s soft and squishy, so if the kids keep it in their bed, and roll on it, it doesn’t hurt. I'm very happy!
Perfect. My child loves his kitty. Exactly what I was looking for. I've even charged it once since using it. It arrived on Thursday, and it didn't need to be charged until Saturday night, despite using it all night two nights in a row. My 4 year old loves it, and loves how easily he can just grab it and make his way through the house to Mom and Dad's room. He calls it his kitty, and can't wait to use it every night. It's bright enough to comfort him, and the very first night he said "ooo! I can look at it when I can't sleep!" My kids both have trouble falling asleep sometimes, so this is a great, relaxing tool for him to have. I would DEFINITELY purchase again, and kinda want one myself to put in the bathroom for a moody relaxing shower. I would DEFINITELY gift this to anyone with kids, or anyone whom I think could use a little relaxing. I don't sleep with lights on, at all, but even with the kitty in our room, I was able to sleep totally fine.
This little dude lights up my whole 13*10ft room in pitch black with no other lights. Enough that I could read etc. didn’t expect him to be that bright but I can’t complain, he was super convenient to just smoosh on when I woke up in the middle of the night. I kinda wish he just had a regular power chord so I could set him up to turn on and off with my google home but I’m not mad. He’s a little ball of glowing light and purity.
We own two of these kitties now. I bought one as a tap light night light for my nursery and my teenager wanted one too. The battery lasts for a long time between charges, the kitty is soft silicone and holds up well to the toddler manhandling it.
My 8-year-old daughter loves this nightlight! She can usually use it three nights before she has to charge it again. She doesn’t put it on the regular white setting; she prefers the color changing setting. Great gift idea for a little girl who literally has everything.
I bought one of these night lights last year for my granddaughter and she loves it. It keeps the room lit just enough at bedtime
I bought this as a Christmas present for my sister, she absolutely loved it. The product has great lighting and comes with an charger. I don't have any pictures of the product since it's with my sister but when I got the light out to test if it works or not, it has a great charge, works fine and overall was an excellent purchase.
Got this as a gift for my mother, she loves it! Perfect brightness, easy to use, and the build quality is amazing. Would definitely recommend as a cute add on gift, or to use it for secret Santa :)
Thus night light was much better than l expected. It stays charged for a really long time, have had it for over a month with intermittent use and have not had to charge it again yet. My daughter loves the silky smooth feel of it, and will even bring it to bed with her on occasion. You are supposed to be able to tap it to change from white light to colored light to off, but it is so sensitive that tapping the table its on will change it. Highly recommend!
Great rechargeable light. The only option that isn't that great is no standing mode on the multicolor change up. Quality is okay as it is just the same as other brands mas produced. It gives a nice warm white which is exactly what I wanted.
My 6 year old son still likes to have a night light on, and he had previously had one that was just a dome shape which eventually died. We got this one to replace it, and he loves it. I like that is is rechargeable, and he likes the shape and the colors. He usually keeps it on all night long, cycling through the different colors. The battery typically lasts 2 or three nights. But that is not a big deal, because it recharges with a standard Micro USB cable within a couple of hours.
My kids used to make me leave the closet lights on even though we had other night lights on. But my kids just love these. They are soft to touch and the brightness seems to be just right for my kids. I'm happy to finally turn off the closet lights and save some energy cost :-)
Quality is amazing, my kids love it, the only thing is that is not a night light, its too bright to sleep with it on. Wished it had a dim option. After using it for 1 month my kids have no problem sleeping with it on. My youngest hugs the cat all night long ;)
Love it!!! My daughter wakes up in the middle of the night and she can now see in the bedroom without those other night lights, that stop within 45 mins. This product is also good for those who don't have a back passenger light in the back seat. My daughter plays with it and doesn't feel scared being in the back by herself anymore.
My son loved this cute cat light. It gives off a soft glow and the colors are nice. The battery life has been good so far.
Bought this as a gift for my fiancee when she expressed to me that she had trouble sleeping in fully darkened rooms. It was much bigger than I expected, and the silicone texture is nice, though it does like to "dent" when you grab it by the silicon and not the bottom, my biggest complaint is it has no timer. You CAN set it up to stay a single color other than white, it is described above in the listing, "While it is in 7 color breathing mode, tap it gently, and it will stay a single color" My fiancee just tested this and it worked. Overall, great product, I foresee a few more once children enter the picture!
I often get lonely and this little cat lights up my life. I charge it during the day and at night I leave it on. If you slap it on the face it changes colors. If you slap it again it turns back to the normal light. Very interactive and I consider it apart of my family. I plan to order 50 more to fill up my entire house.
My neice has one of these and loves it so I purchased one for my friend who has a 4 year old girl. She absolutely loves it and carries it around like it's a teddy bear. Takes it everywhere.

Just gently tap the soft silicone surface to change the modes. The night light cover is made by BPA-free washable and silicone, innocuous, soft and harmless, which is safe for everyone including babies. The cover feels like, ahem, silicon breast implants. Not the hard ones. The soft ones that bounce backs after you touch them. The best part is it's rechargeable.
I ordered two of these night lights for my daughters. They love them, the light is very bright and it looks so cute sitting on a bookcase. They friends loved them, I would definitely consider gifting these to other teenagers.
I bought this light since it is rechargeable. It is soft and squishy and love the design. It is much bigger than I thought it would be. I charged it and last quite some time. It doesn’t turn off though so it does stay on during the night. When it gets uncharged it starts flashing I thought it had messed up but it was just letting me know it needed to be charged cute cute cute
Such a cute night light. It lasts all night and is so soft it can just stay in bed with the kiddo. It is a little bright for my guy to keep on all night but he turns it in by just tapping the side. I also like that it doesn't have the 15 min turn off. Some nights my little has night mares and prefers a light all night. Plus the texture is so soft-spoken my 5 year old and his older brother both day it is "strangley satisfying" to touch lol
