How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Like most Sengled lights, these are really cool to use, easy to set up, and are full of features. Just got a new TV and got these mounted behind it and movie watching will never be the same! We don't use the TV without turning them on anymore! The color options are awesome, the app has great tools, and Alexa compatibility is spot on!
Great color. Every once in awhile they lose connection with my echo. Better than hue products in terms of color quality and price.
These modular strips worked perfectly! I ended up buying two so that I could just easily plug them in without them being seen on each side. Sengled's app is great because you can group them together and control the whole room or individuals. Very easy to use and set up. Honestly, the hardest part about installation was probably just trying to pull the brown paper off the sticky part.
Bought these for the guest room. I prefer ambient lighting as opposed to in your face bright lights. Easy to hook up and connect to Alexa.

Purchased this light strip for my 65” TV. Easy setup, huge difference in our TV watching experience. Vibrant colors and video sync makes a huge difference. Highly recommend
These are so cool!!!! I love how the lighting changes with the sound and that it’s compatible with Alexa. My kids said they feel like they’re at the movies when we all sit down for “movie night” together. There’s no damage to the back of the TV either. Awesome product.
I don't have any complaints with these bars, stuck em on the back of my tv and didn't have any adhesion problems. Easy to control through the app and has a nice color wheel to get the perfect color.
Many of the Alexa devices I purchased recently have had issues staying connected. These lights are an exception, and never lose connection. The adhesive is strong, they look great, and all the functions work correctly. My son loves them!
I absolutely love how these things look on the back of my TV. They really set the mood whether I'm gaming, lounging or watching movies/tv. I get constant compliments on them and people usually mistake them for a light strip until I show them what they are. Definitely recommend getting these if you are on your TV or computer a lot and love lighting!
Excellent backlight, satisfied bright, it is on time, very beautiful.
Easy to set up and works great! The audio effects just jump colors a bit based on beats in the sound around the mic but still a nice touch. Lots of color options. Works with smartthings hub via the Sengled web account and Sengled wifi device option in the smartthings app.
Best purchase ever. Not too bright, was easy to apply to the wall. I actually need two more for his room. He absolutely loves it and so do I.
I was skeptical at first. I'm very biased to another brand. But wow. The design and finish is great. The controls may not be as comprehensive as the others. But the color of the light, multitude of mounting choices, and ease of use make it a viable choice.

Excellent lamps, for little money, very bright and saturated light, LEDs are not visible separately, due to which Seamless is not lost, arrived in Almaty in 4 weeks. There is also an application, it is very convenient to adjust the modes and brightness of the backlight through it, and you do not even need to look for it, the QR code with a link included on the piece of paper, moving on which you automatically get into the App Store or Google Play
For the price, would buy again for sure.
I'm not a tech person so I do not know if the lights are good or what's the best set up to get the best colour possible... nope. I'm just a normal girl that wanted nice led lights that she could control by voice commands.

Just ordered these since I got the Fire TV 2. Very easy to install and love the app is on my phone so I can change the color. Anything with apps or automation is a must in my house!
I have become a fan of Sengled products.I got these for my projector and its looks great with the light bars.The light bars can sync with the sound and it can change its color which is amazing .It was very easy to connect the light bars to Sengled app and control it via the app or GoogleHome.These lights setup my mood while listening to music or watching a movie.Love these light bars!
The lightstrip is very bright and the colors are vibrant. I have scenes set up in my app that I can tell alexa to set a scene and it will make the colors specific to the application it's great.
