I bought these for both my commuting (walking to/from train and office) and for when I run on cold mornings. I've ended up using them mainly for the walks when commuting so far. They are great at keeping my hands warm. But when I run, I prefer gloves that are a little thinner than these. However, we really haven't had a bad cold spell since I got them, so I've only used them once when running. I still will try them in extreme cold when it gets that bad. Another reason I like these gloves is that they are very comfortable. Some thick gloves are bulky or stiff. These are are probably in the light/medium area of thickness. So they allow your hands to move pretty freely. Finally, the touch screen pads on the gloves have worked better than other pairs I've tried. The pads aren't too large, which make them pretty accurate when tapping and swiping.
Just got them, so I can't say just how warm they are. But they feel hot sofar. Amazing touch for phone! I'll get back after they're really tested. Order a size up though..kinda snug.
Upon my first time using them to kayak, I put the gloves on and dipped them in the water to test the waterproofness. The water definitely beaded up and rolled off. No issues there. Then I pulled out my phone to start my tracking app. The touchscreen fibers in the fingers worked great. Better than expected, actually. They are definitely windproof and the silicon palm grip dimples allow me to hold onto my paddle firmly.
This glove is fantastic. The inside is very soft, provides just the right amount of insulation. They slip on and off just fine and look great. I do wish the ends of the fingers fit just a little bit tighter, especially with the conductive touch, the fingertips are a little large and make trying to manipulate a touch screen a little bit clunky - it's certainly not unusable though, I can take care of quick tasks with minimal typos and don't have to remove my gloves. I had a pair by Hatch, for shooting, and those fit great, but these are much more comfortable. I can't wait to take them to the gun range, I think they'll be just right.
These gloves work perfect for my desired goal, BUT they DEFINITELY will not keep your hands warm in typical Michigan winters. They are thin and not warm in temps below 35 F. Having said that, they are perfect for fall outings. They are comfortable, touch screen capable, and seem like they will hold up! Just don’t buy them if your goal is to wear them skiing or other outdoor winter activities
A few things to remember when utilizing these gloves (or any truly). On the off chance that your hands are as of now too cold and, at that point you put them on they will shield from twist however I wouldn't expect a supernatural warming influence like overwhelming winter gloves. The touchscreen fingertips functioned admirably when I tried them on my iPhone and the non-slip palms are a pleasant touch. These gloves will be ideal for those Fall days when it's cool however not solidifying. They're adaptable and their structure is stylishly satisfying. I particularly like the grippy stubs on them, and welcome the manner in which they work with my iPhone's touchscreen.
I originally bought these gloves a couple of years ago, and have been using them during my daily bicycle commute to work through all seasons except summer. Their performance is excellent.
These gloves will be perfect for those Fall days when it's cool but not freezing. They're flexible and their design is aesthetically pleasing.
I especially like the grippy nubs on them, and appreciate the way they work with my iPhone's touchscreen. Note that, of course, none of these touchscreen gloves can get past an iPhone's fingerprint reader (a good thing), so you'll need to enter the device's passcode instead.
I took these on a camping trip last weekend and found they added protection while still allowing a pretty decent amount of dexterity. The temperatures were mid 30's ranging up to mid 50's.
I really love these gloves. They perform better than I expected and, when used with their limitations in mind, they're excellent enough that I continue to replace them each time I lose them.
first thing you should know about me is that i do NOT like wearing gloves. however, last spring i adopted a young active dog so i need to take him on long walks at least once a day (usually twice), so i got these gloves to stay warm on the walks in the cold weather months. so far i've been amazed! the sizing chart was perfect, and while the coldest it's been so far is only in the high 20s (F), my hands have been SO warm....in fact, if i wear them when it's 30 or higher, my hands actually sweat. i've already suggested them to a coworker and expect to recommend them a LOT! great product!!!
I purchased these as a gift and they are great! They fit well along the palm and fingers and the cuff fits snuggly against the wrist. The color combination is very attractive as well. The touchscreen fingertips worked well when I tested them on my iPhone and the non-slip palms are a very nice touch. Overall, these are attractive and fit well and I certainly recommend them.
This pair of gloves was purchased for my granddaughter to use during her cyclo-cross races. She wore the gloves for the first time at practice this past Thursday. The whole team went crazy over them not only their team color (orange) but very warm. I am sure the Lion-Hearts of Cincinnati will be purchasing more as I forwarded the link to your product. They are wonderful for the winter season.
I wear a size Large across various glove types; split leather work gloves, motorcycle gloves, neoprene material handling gloves, etc. and that usually gives me a little room to move - or in the case of leather gloves, a little room for them to shrink to fit after getting wet. These gloves are snug, and I'm not removing a star just because of that. They have a little bit of give in the material, but I would not consider it stretchy. They have a very contoured exterior which should help with motions like reaching into a pocket or tucking the cuff under a jacket sleeve. I intend to wear them on frigid morning commutes, after scraping the ice off my windshield of course.
these gloves are perfect for my use. Great light outdoor gloves. Perfect for handling boxes and utility knife Outdoors for short periods of time. Also nice in winter time for driving your car when the steering wheel does cold. The Swype smartphone screen fingertips on the index finger and thumb work relatively well. Glove size seems to be accurate. The little bit of rubber on the gloves gives good traction when handling objects. The gloves are thin as expected so they would not be a great full-time winter gloves if you're outside for long periods of time, however is a basic light gloves I think they look nice and work well. I've been using mine for about 2 weeks and everything is holding up well. I don't expect him to last an extremely long time based on their price, but even if they last just a couple of winters I would be very happy with them.
I own a lot of different gloves and each pair I use for a specific functions such as cut resistant gloves when using knives and other sharp objects, to leather gloves, and nitrile gloves at work. I bought these gloves because I wanted a light weight winter glove that I could wear underneath a pair of leather gloves so my hands stay warm and protected in the winter while working out side in the winter. I used these while gloves for that purpose, while driving a forklift, while driving my car, and shoveling snow my hard were kept warm and allowed fin motor skill movement. Plus allowed me t o be able to operate the touch screen of my iPhone. The short answer is do I recommend these gloves and yes they work as described by the manufacturer and suit my needs.
Overall is a good product. For the price, it is a pretty decent set of gloves. I've been using them for a week. First, Water-resistant feature is good. I tested them under the faucet with running water on top and they remained dry inside.
Needed warm gloves to wear outside in all weather while lifting and moving stuff for work. The neoprene keeps out the wet and cold, and the rubber dots on the inside of the hands help grip whatever I'm lifting. I'm in Texas, so we're not talking Arctic cold, but they work for me. They do run a little tight, but even that's OK, since loose fitting gloves would be a problem, too.
Got this about 3 days ago. And they are fantastic (in Minnesota) you can use your phone still with them. They also are much warmer than other gloves I have.
For cooler weather workouts these gloves add a nice layer of warmth without the bulk, great for running, biking, etc. The touch screen also works great but I found that I sometimes had to adjust the pressure and or/positon on my screen in order to use the gloves. Overall, a great product that I recommend to keep your hands warm on a chilly day.
I LOVE these touch-screen gloves and want to recommend them to all users of cell phones, laptops and notebooks. Not only in the winter in the city and cafes, also in the research science field. Wear them every day to protect your finger prints from unknown side effects of long-term usage of electronic devices. We must be more concerned about how to protect ourselves since we are using hand-held machines all the time now.. These are the best I have known and Ozero is the best company product that a Genius made for today's consumers.
I use these for work, I often do work in freezers and refrigerated areas in grocery stores. My fingers get really cold and I need to be able to grasp products and move them around without damaging them. These fit to my hands well and allow me to work with the product while protecting my hands from long term exposure to the cold.
While they do not offer much if any crash protection, they are very warm for their size and thickness. Riding on the highway they kept my hands comfortable down to the upper thirties despite the obvious high wind speeds. Below about 38 degrees I needed to turn on the heated hand grips, but considering the circumstances, weight and cost of these gloves, that is really something. The key to this performance is the gloves ability to keep the wind out for which these gloves are outstanding. My only complaint is that there is a seam that runs by the base of the thumb that became somewhat uncomfortable after about an hour or so of gripping the handlebars.
