How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I love these Allaka Sheepskin Sport Insoles! They are extremely comfortable and do much to take away the pain I normally feel in my feet. By the end of the day I can hardly walk because of peripheral neuropathy and a once broken foot. Because of these wonderful, soft, insoles, I now can get through the day in comfort. They also have good arch support which helps my otherwise flat feet, another reason for my foot pain. I am so glad I tried these. They have lasted longer that I ever anticipated and when and if they do wear out, I plan on purchasing another pair. I wear theses to the gym to work out and complete my minimum 150 minutes of aerobic exercise per week. Thank you, thank you for offering these comfortable insoles. Great product!
Just tried these today in a pair of boots that I got about a month ago. OMG what a difference with these insoles! Prior to inserting the insoles (by the way very easy to insert and fit the boot perfectly), the boots were flat and hard. With the insoles inserted the boots have a soft warm cushion that is heaven to walk in. Absolutely love these insoles
I added these to my duck boots because the thin flannel lining in them did nothing to keep my feet warm in the cold. These work great! The only issue I've come across is that because they are so thick and fluffy, my boot is a little tight at the base of the toe. If I could remove the original insole from the boots - or if my feet weren't so fat - it wouldn't be an issue.
I used these in my rain boots for a trip to the WA coast. They are super comfy, very soft and warm and also provide a bit of support. Thinking about getting a second pair for my loafers!
Very soft and plush. Love wearing these when standing for a long time, working from home, great insert to add to any shoe. I added them to Sperry’s (unexpected choice but great), boots, pretty much any shoe that’s somewhat wide and not pointed toe. Totally transformative as far as comfort
Bought them for my Hunter boots that were a bit large. They make the boots fit better and feel great. Not sure yet about warmth, as I've not worn boots and it is hot here.
These are great, thick and fluffy when they arrive. They do wear down and get matted after being worn for a while, but I use small brush to fluff/comb the fur up, keeps them in great shape (if you don't mind doing that). The insole attached at the bottom isn't a great insole, nothing fancy, but they do add a decent amount of cushion to the slipper (I haven't tried them in my shoes cause they're to thick) and are overall pretty comfy. Lastly, my feet are perpetually cold, and the fur really helps keep them warm. When I do start to get cold again I walk around a bit and they heat up again. These were a great buy for me and I completely recommend them if you're looking for warm, thick, lightly cushioned insoles.
My husband bought a pair of Isotoner slippers in March (it’s June as I write this) that we’re comfortable on his feet until the start of this month. Now they’ve become flat and have no support. He’s uncomfortable wearing them and it’s too late to send them back. So I looked for a solution which appeared at first to only be standard shoe inserts which all needed to be cut down to his shoe size. Then I saw these. They are his size and include memory foam and shearling and just pop right into the slipper. Perfect! They were a bit snug at first but after a day of wearing he said they were incredible and his feet feel terrific and he’s very pleased with them. Even better than when he first got the slippers. We would certainly buy these again but hoping we don’t have to do so! Great purchase.
I bought these to put in my Danner hiking boots, but they were a little too thick and made the toe area feel cramped. So I put them in an old pair of L.L. Bean sheepskin slippers instead. Wow, it was like having a brand new pair of slippers. They are super thick and comfortable.
My husband loved his pair so much that when my 5 month old slippers already started to flatten out and feel worn out (been wearing constantly during COVID-19 while at home) he suggested I get a pair too. OMG I love them. They are definitely true to size and soft as can be. They add new life to my slippers and I know I can pop them in other shoes if need be as colder weather isn’t far away here in Colorado. My husband reports his inserts that were purchased in early June and worn daily are still wonderful. He says they may lose a bit of initial fluffiness but are still soft, warm and supportive. Great purchase and for under $20/pair you can’t beat the quality and ease.
These fit great inside slippers, adding a nice soft supportive sole made the slippers even better.
These seem a little bit sturdier than ones with a thinner sole. They feel soft on my feet. Time will tell on how long they last and the quality and I just received them. They are a little bit harder to fit in some shoes due to the fact you can't really trim them, but they fit in a pair I need and are just a bit snug.
Received the wool inserts quickly. They have a great design and the wool is attached firmly to the base material.. Very soft and comfortable. A very good value. Using these to replace insole inserts in a pair of Lands End slippers. Better than the original inserts.
I had a pair of LL Bean slippers that I wore to the point that the sheepskin was very tamped down. There was no resurrecting these faves! Then I found these Ailaka Sheepskin Sport Wool Insoles. I have my fave slippers on right now and I am so happy with the fit, the fluff and the comfort! I have new slippers again!! Thanks!
Really great! My hubby's moccasins had a run in with our puppy and the insole was half ripped out one foot. The slippers were size 9.5 and I ordered a 9, they slid in perfectly and he can now wear his moccasins again with an added bonus of a little support and plush warmth!
Size is accurate bought to put in slippers that lose their soft cushy feel these insoles worked for me will keep reusing these insoles in the pairs of slippers I have that are no longer comfortable would recommend and will rebuy when needed
I got these to replace some keen insoles that had worn out. These are great and fit my shoes perfectly. I recommend.
As I expected, the inserts made my slippers tight at first, especially the left one-because my left foot is larger. After wearing them about a week, they are quite comfortable. I didn’t expect to get arch supports! They make the slippers more comfortable to stand in.
Winters are cold and snowy where I live, and I rely on shearling to keep my little arthritic feet warm and happy. Over the years I’ve bought many pairs of top brand shearling insoles, either to breath new life into my favorite, old shearling lined slippers and boots, or to add extra warmth to unlined footwear. These are, by far the best.
They did take a bit longer to arrive than most of my orders, but we are in the midst of a pandemic, and these are difficult times. They were worth waiting for. Yes, I would buy these again, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Buy them. Lol if you're considering these as an option for slipper insoles, just buy them. I had a pair of slippers that were in great shape but the insoles were shot. I couldn't find them anywhere else, so I looked into getting new insoles. Found these bad boys and boy are they great. It's like walking on a warm fuzzy cloud or one of those giant bear rugs you see in the movies lol. I bought the 2 pack in case these sell out and I'm glad I did. They're true to size and fit perfectly in my old slippers. I wear these while out walking my dog or to drop my son off at school in cold weather and my feet are toasty. My feet do not sweat in them. They appear to be washable as well. I'd probably hand wash and air dry. If you're looking for warmth and comfort, these are amazing!
I put these in my hiking boots and they are amazing. My feet actually got hot wearing wool socks! So now when my dog and I go for our morning walk I just wear thin cotton socks and stay supper warms. I also like the fact that there is some support with them - not a great deal but it is there and you can notice it. I have been wearing them for a week, every day, and we do 2 mile walks every morning. I am thinking about ordering another pair to put in my snow boots.

Most of my rain or snow shows come with insoles that are too thin. These Sheepskin Sport Wool Insoles have a great foam and are not thin like most cheap soles. I bought two more.
