How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://alisaleplus.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This phone case is amazing. I purchased them for a family river tubing week. My daughter phone dropped into the river and landed under a rock. We searched for 15 to 20 minutes before finally locating the phone. I just knew that the phone would be destroyed. But NO the phone was still in PERFECT working condition. I would recommend these phone cases to everyone. Her phone is still working perfectly today.
Used these pouches at Disney World/LEGOLAND & SeaWorld. This was probably the best investment i ever made. The rain, pool, wave pool is where i used it. No water got in at ALL!!! Will buy every year i go back to Florida or any place where there is water i can get in.
Excellent. Our family took these to a water park in Michigan earlier this year. We were pleased with the quality of the item. It’s a great price and we all had one. We even took it in a lazy river and had our phone submerged a few times. It kept it nice and dry.
These are awesome! I ordered these for my children to use, I was leery of them due to low price but they seem to work as good as my Dri Pack brand ones that are way more money. The kids used them for hours at Six Flags in the water park and on water rides. Will definitely be taking these on our Disney vacation. I am satisfied
Bought 2 sets for our family cruise... used them snorkeling, riding jetskis on rough seas, and hiked waterfalls... No issues!!! Chose these because they were big enough for my son's Samsung phone which is bigger than our iPhone X.
I tested them out so far no water leaking, the touch screen still works great with a phone inside, and the camera works great in them as well.
We use these when we go kayaking. I was amazed by how easy it was to use my phone while it was still encased. I too pictures of birds and the group while on the water. My protective case is pretty hefty and my phone still managed to fit inside the case with it on. It would be a breeze if I took the time to remove it. I recommend
These things are amazing!!! We went to Laughlin to the river and I used these to protect my phone and they worked wonders!! You can record under water and the quality is just as amazing as if it was without it. Great water resistant definitely recommend these to keep your phone dry as well as keep any sand, dirt, etc out of your phone.
I have a samsung galaxy A20 straight talk phone. And it fits perfectly. I can unlock the screen and use it like I normally would and it works wonders. I'm excited to go swimming with it.
(iPhone XS) I have to say, I waited until I got home from vacation to place my review. I am super satisfied with the quality of this product. My pictures and videos all came out super clear, audio is perfectly fine! My phone didn’t get wet in the ocean at all! Would definitely recommend this product to anyone and would for sure purchase again.
I bought these for our family to use during our recent 7-day cruise. It was the best solution both on and off the ship for our room cards, phones, etc. The cruise line sold lanyards, but they were quite a bit more expensive and not quite as functional. You just have to get used to wearing the weight of your photo around your neck. Other than that we didn't have any issues. We were constantly being asked where we got them as other passengers could even see how useful they were.
These keep our phones dry and safe from the sand and water when we are at the beach or out on the kayaks.
Purchased these for my Cabo trip to keep my phone dry during my beach visits. Worked excellently with my Samsung Galaxy Note 9, keeping the phone bone dry, as well as my cash. If you are planning on a trip to the beach or pool, get these and you will be well protected, just make sure you squeeze all of the excess air out when shutting the case. Don't expect to record sounds when shooting a video though.
Was very pleased with the product. I tested it at home with a paper towel just before going kayaking and it came out dried. The right er has high and rough and I fell out if my kayak. My phone case went under, I had 2 on one with my phone and the other with and Ipod and small speaker. The cases went under and stayed under for about 1/2 hour until I was able to get myself and the kayak to the edge. As soon as I fell I couldn't hear the music anymore so I though oh boy that's the end of my Ipod, phone ect. But when I got out everything was working the reason I couldn't hear the music was becaus ed the speaker needed ti ne charged. I was very impressed with these cases especially for the price.
I purchased the waterproof pouches for an upcoming 5K run I am doing that might rain. It does fit for Galaxy S9+. I could not fit my phone with my Otter Box case on which is not a big deal. It is recommended doing the water test to check for any leaks prior to each use. I put a paper towel inside, securing it, and move the pouch vigorously in the water for about 3 minutes. Luckily no leaks. You can easily disconnect the pouch from the lanyard if you need to take photos, make a phone call, text, or just to hold it. I had no issues with texting and taking photos. Photos were clear as long the pouch doesn’t have any smudges, etc. Phone calls were very clear on both ends. I will purchase again when it’s time for replacement.
I work in a medicinal marijuana cultivation facility. I need to keep the kief out of my phone and keep it from getting sticky. This case seals tight but the phone screen/ buttons work as normal. I put my phone in/ out of this case 5-7 times a day and its held up well. Ive tried other cases that are harder to open/ seal and rip easily. I will definitely purchase this brand again when these wear out. I have only had 1 test of being watertight ..my phone (in the case) fell into the toilet (unused) and not a drop of water touched the phone!
Bought these for a recent trip to Florida and my mom lost her phone in the Gulf of Mexico. It stayed protected for over 24 hours until a kind would returned the phone. The phone had no damage whatsoever.
We purchased these for our trip to Florida. We were able to have our phones while we went tubing and swam with the manatees. We took some excellent picture and our phones were completely dry. We do recommend testing each one by placing a sheet of paper towel in the unit and submerge it in water to make sure there aren't any tiny puncture holes in them. We also used them on the water rides at Universal studios and they did a great job.
The product is perfect, match with the picture, and color is cute, is big enough for phone and some accessories.
I was scared that this wouldn't keep water out since its cheap but it Worked great, just be aware that if there are water droplets on the face of the phone it will keep your screen on!
Super pleased! Bought them to use on a beach trip! Used it while kayaking / hiking / and lounging on the beach. Definitely kept the sand and water off my phone. I have an iPhone 8 Plus, with a protective case and pop socket — and it all fit into the pouch! I was too scared to submerge my phone while in the case lol so I never tried that aspect out — but truthfully, I had no reason to haha Totally reccomend!
I bought these for a kayaking trip with my daughter. She got nervous and tipped my kayak. I had just take the lanyard from around my neck to take her pic. Anyway my phone ended up in the river. I didn’t manage to find it. A week later I got a call from someone who found my phone in the river having on a root wad. They shipped it back to me!! It still works!!! No damage!!! Out of all the waterproof cases I’ve tested out throughout the years these are by far the best “bang for your buck” – the more expensive ones were hard to take on and off or needed to be a permanent case. I love these cases for travel and bought a set of 4 to give to the rest of my family. The side lining makes pressing the buttons much easier. Touchscreen works well through the plastic. Buy it now and be prepared because when you get to your vacation destination it’ll cost you the same amount but you only get one. Tested in the pool, in the ocean..it’s awesome.
The cases worked great for myself and my family members when we went on vacation to the beach. It kept sand out and it was waterproof when utilized on the beach and in the pool. I even submerged the phone under the water while it was inside the case and water did not get in. I would recommend to test it before submerging in the water (even though I didn’t myself). I didn’t think about it until after I used it but luckily it worked just fine!
Ok, so I have to give this product 5 stars because my cousin dropped her Samsung phone that was in one of these in a river. A WEEK AND A DAY LATER she gets a call from a diver who found her phone. It still worked and was just starting to take on water. As long as you close them up correctly, this product works amazingly.
