This is probably my 12th blue tooth earpiece. I gave up on Plantronics because they always die after 1 year. Gone through several different ear pieces in the past few years, with most being uncomfortable to wear and never enough volume. I am happy to say that the New Bee is very comfortable to wear and has plenty of volume. For the most part, the sound is clear and static free. So far so good!
I use it daily and it is just terrific. Never had a complaint about the sound quality and its battery seems to last far longer than my friends' AirPods.

I really needed a earbud for hands free phone calls. This is good. Clear sound, plenty loud. If it is on and you DON'T have it in your ear, you won't hear your phone ring etc. I just turn it off when not in use and when I turn it back on for a phone call, it pairs up very quick to answer the call.

For a bluetooth earpiece of this type, I cannot imagine how it could be better (well, maybe a charging case for trips?) and it is a relative bargain!
