How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Best test light you can buy! It can be used in place of a multimeter for smaller type of work. I compared the reading with my Fluke 87V and it reads only -0.10V lower at 12.5V. The current drawn by this light is around 0.10A so it isn't great if want to apply any kind of load on the circuit you're testing. i'm thinking about adding a small bulb inside it to make it draw 1 amp or 2, hopefully without heating the board and display too much.

Slightly fatter than the one sold by snapon, but it's a third of the price, and has a bigger screen compared to the snapon one.
Works great and seems well built. The backlight is bright and clear.
This is a bulb you're NOT going to be able to find at your local stores, whether Big Box, Auto, or hardware. My advice. If you are using a probe like this. Buy two!
Circuit Tester work great.
Much better than 7764, easier to read, better ground cable, and reads grounds
I like the one I have, so I bought this one for my son. Mine works well. It shows the voltage in green if negative, positive is shown in red.
This listing is for 7 different items, and you pick one of them to order. Regardless of which product you buy, your review is included with reviews by others who bought a different product. For example, I bought a automotive voltage tester, which does not use an internal battery. Other folks bought a continuity tester, which does use an internal battery. Thus the confusion in both questions and reviews about whether the device contains a battery. My voltage tester works just fine. A voltage tester does not have an internal battery. A continuity tester requires an internal battery to send electrons through a circuit to test it. The voltage tester I selected is much smaller than the typical garage unit. A smaller and easier to handle tester was exactly what I wanted.
I needed a circuit tester to check the fuses in my automotive fuse box. This tool was literally perfect since I didn't need to know exact values, all I needed to know was whether the current was flowing or not. It was extremely easy to use, and really satisfying to have the little light turn on. I had struggled for a while to install my dash cams in my car, but after buying this I hooked them up in about half an hour. Definitely worth it.
I had an "Ideal" brand of this 20+ years ago and I loved it for my trouble shooting work. This one is almost identical. And it works perfect for me.
