How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I have been using this type of glasses for a long time, they are comfortable, nice look and finally I’m not losing them anymore since they are always with me!
I own four pairs of these in various strengths. My oldest pair just gave up the ghost (clasp at rear broke), but that's after more then three years of daily wear, with a lot of mishandling and bumps along the way. These are very convenient, and very durable. I would recommend these to everyone. This XXL size is what fits my head shape best. My melon is 23-1/2" around at eye level; I find their standard size to be too small, but this XXL, with its wide range of adjustment, gives me a comfortable fit when I need to change focus between near and far (i.e. look through or over without touching them), but also snugs up tight enough to be secure when I'm doing "up close" work. Try a pair. I think you'll be hooked.
Great!! I really love my glasses. they stay around my neck and never fall off when not in use. Always there when i need them. Don't need a bunch of reading glasses laying around now.
I like the comfort and convenience of Thank you glasses. Their size is very adjustable, such that they gang comfortably from my neck when not in use.

Quick delivery, this is my second pair and they are great
I purchased these for my boyfriend who is a contractor, he was tired of dropping his "readers" from extreme heights. It is necessary for him to measure and he needs to take them off and on. Numerous people have asked him about them. I love that something so simple makes him happy. He loves the sturdy construction, and that they stay put and are there when he needs them.
If you only need readers like I do. If you constantly are losing your reading glasses, CliC glasses are the way to go. This is my second pair, by my count I would have gone through at least 6 pr of readers instead of the 1 pair of these I've purchased. I will be buying more of these!
The best item I have bought all year. I never have to reach further than my neck for glasses.
Solves the problem of how to keep reading glasses close at hand and not lose them if you take them off and on a lot during the day. Much larger and better lenses than most glasses from convenience stores. The split style is a little unusual looking at first ( I keep them open around my neck) but I like it more than the traditional lanyard often used on regular glasses. After a few years they will wear out due to flexing of the plastic, so don't pull the two sides apart more than necessary to get them off and on. Be sure to adjust the length of the sides for best fit. Will never go back to the old style.
I have used this for several years. They are rugged and my first pair held up or a couple of years before the the temple began to slip a bit. I purchase another pair for bigger heads and like them very much. These are a real value because I do not lose them like a frequently did with the kind you buy at the drug store. These are rugged. I have accidentally slept with them on without a problem. Great product.
