How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
so obviously by the title I did get a size smaller than what I thought I needed but I definitely need needed the support and it definitely gives that to my kneecap it’s helped me so much I was in so much pain and I couldn’t sleep and it has done wonders I also am a barber student and stand at a kiosk all day so this honestly helps I have it on right now I’m just the band and although it is tight I am buying another one in an extra large BUT needless to say I think my husband can use the large and I will use the extra large they do you have a great money back or return policy or exchange for sizes but I’m so happy with it I’m keeping it and buying a different size thank you to this company! I recommend!!!
Bought this for a little extra Band support and it works great. I just repositioned the angle at which I wrap the included velcro strap to be more situated directly over my band and it seems to be great. After spin classes or snowboarding I just make sure I rub down my Band even though it hurts and I'm good to go the next day. Fits perfectly according to their measurement guidelines Stays in place
I bought this for a minor ACL tear that causes 'clicking' in the knee. I've had a number of knee injuries over the years and have other compression wraps but was looking for something new/better. This looked like a good design so I went for it. I followed the sizing guidance and ordered a large. The wrap arrived and was well packaged with instructions on how to use it. The wrap is well made, the design seems to work as anticipated, and overall the wrap is very comfortable… and does a better-than-decent job of staying in place without being too tight. I was contacted by the seller a few days after delivery, to see how things were going with it. I advised them that I liked the wrap, but based on the sizing guidance it seemed like the wrap could be a bit tighter (to provide more overall support). My intention was only to report my experience, but in very short order, they replied stating that sizing can be a bit tricky, that they are trying to get that aspect of the product refined, and they were shipping (not offered to ship - just did it) a Medium to me at no cost. The Medium arrived in 2 days and is certainly tighter, more supporting than the large. I'll be using both sizes for different things (work [all-day use] vs exercise, etc.). If you buy the wrap - you won’t be disappointed. My only input would be to measure from the center of the patella up about 3"- not 4 or 5" - and determine your size from there. OR, if you're unsure, just reach out to these great folks and I'm SURE they will put you on the right path. We're all looking for a good, quality product, at a reasonable price, and then hope for just a little customer support if we need it... well.... here you go. :)
Wow. I'm not going to lie, I was sceptical. Great first impression. Amazing fit. I'm a bodybuilder and bought the size large. True to sizing. The material is extremely comfortable. No ichy spots. Very strong but not overly compressed. The straps add so much support it's amazing. All around, I would buy again.
