How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I have to be brutally honest because I've tried braces for my back, wrist, elbow and knees in the past. I really didn't have high expectations for this brace due to the cost, the light weight material and how comfortable it was from the first time I put it on. I have never worn a knee brace that stabilizes, relieves the pain and also gives me a confidence that I can wear it while walking, bending and stooping and not cause further damage like this one. How much has it helped? How impressed am I? I'm ordering another one for my other knee tomorrow. Thank you for making this available, and at a price that almost everyone can afford.
I received my Knee Compression Sleeve four days ago and except for short periods of time, I have been wearing it continuously. I actually purchased two of them and have been so happy with the one I am wearing I gave the second one to my daughter. Needless to say I will be reordering another one because she is experiencing as much relief with her knee as I am with mine and I have the feeling that she won’t be returning it any time soon! I have a 19-1/2” thigh and ordered a ‘large’ which fits almost too perfectly. I say that only in the event I experience any swelling it might become uncomfortable. I definitely give your product five stars.
The compression sleeve that I purchased really helped reduce the pain with in a day or two. I've never had an issue with my knees before even though I was a cross country runner in high school and a few years in college. I was just standing around and I did a side step to the right and squatted down a little and my knee cranked twice really loud and it started to hurt. I did go to my chiropractor to see what was happening. He said it was swollen but the structure of the knee was sturdy. My niece asked me a day or two later how my knee was feeling I told her it still was bothering me. She said she had one of your sleeves and that it made here knee feel better then any of the braces she had tried. So she was the one that set me a link to your knee sleeve and I am glad she did. Thank you for making such a great knee brace/sleeve.
My knee hyperextended due to a slip/fall on wet floors aggravating an earlier injury. I was in pain for weeks. I damaged the MCL tendon but it is not severed so I am avoiding surgery but recovery is slow. I used several types of knee wraps, goofy plastic apparatus, copper infused compression sleeves etc. They were either binding, uncomfortable or cut off the circulation. Once I found this brace I stopped looking for other braces. I have been using the strap every day. I wash it regularly and it stays elastic. The velcro straps are not separating. The compression is adjustable so I can loosen it up while resting or sitting.. My knee is still tender but with this brace on I have confidence it won't twist or go out again. I'm keeping it so don't ask me to return it.
