How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I’m actually using this sleeve every day. Last year I tore my ACL and MCL. I ordered a different type of knee sleeve after my ACL reconstruction last year. It was good for about a month until I stopped using it. It didn’t provide the compression in the right places (I didn’t realize until I used your knee sleeve). I had a SECOND surgery last Wednesday, to remove scar tissue and APPARENTLY, I tore my meniscus during recovery/rehab in the past year. WONDERFUL NEWS. Anyhow I needed a sleeve ASAP and started using your sleeve as SOON as I received it. The straps are super useful but I think after this week, I won’t need them anymore. I see why the extra support may be needed though but I’m trying to strengthen my quads and the straps are “babying them” they are great for surgery recovery though. I have quad atrophy so it assists in helping me walk as well, it’s also not TIGHT in the calf area but provides the right compression on the knee area but allows my joints to bend comfortably? (Hopefully I’m making sense) speaking from an injured mind, and someone who works with an orthopedist and physical therapist because my knee is EFFED up, this is a good sleeve so far. It’s only been a week but I’ve worn it every time out the house. I have physical therapy in two weeks so we’ll see how it goes during actual strengthening.
I like your product very much -- enough to have ordered another set for my son. I had injured both knees moving a freezer -- maybe something a 73-year-old should think twice about -- and was using a walker. I wore your braces on both knees for about a week during which I was weened off the walker. Today was the first day without the braces. I load and unload 25 lb boxes of food four days a week. I intend to wear the braces only when I am at that task as a preventative precaution from now on. My knees thank you! I realize many companies are nowadays asking for such favor, but It would mean a lot to small family businesses like ours.
There are MANY knee braces to choose from on Amazon. Out of the many I picked the Knee Brace. I''m extremely happy with my purchase. They're very comfortable, just the right length, and provide EXCELLENT support for my aging knees. I highly recommend considering this product when you're trying to decide which knee brace to buy.
I wore the sleeve to my varsity football game on Friday night. It gave me great support while still allowing me the freedom to move unrestricted. I felt that it gave me the support needed. I have tendenitis and a liphoma or tear. I don't feel that pain while wearing the sleeve. The velcro straps were wonderful too. They allowed me to adjust it to the right tightness i was wanting. I will be wearing it in practices and games and can give you more feedback after the season. Thanks
