How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I am blown away! Stable, smooth, I am VERY happy with my purchase. Video is clear, sharp, and excellent frame rate. More than enough for personal use, or even YouTube videos.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Mini 2, even if you already have the original Mini. (Save some time, stop reading a million reviews, and click the BUY button). Also, this would make an amazing gift for "someone who already has everything" if they haven't tried drones before. It's super easy to fly because of the self-correcting stabilization (just before this review I accidentally hit a tree branch and it recovered itself after doing a flip, and came back home -- yay!)

I got this drone for my son for Christmas. He really wanted a drone but he's not very good at flying them and has broken a few. This feels sturdy and solid and it's really easy to fly. I took it out of the box to do a practice run before wrapping it. I had so much fun. I can't wait to see his face on Christmas day!
I opened it and tried it out before wrapping it up (to make sure it worked) and it was easy to set up, easy to use, easy to learn and is perfect for adults (not just children) especially adults who are wanting to get into drones, highly recommend

Wow! What a fantastic little mini drone for novice users. With this entry level drone, you can learn to fly successfully in minutes. I took the first 10 minutes to learn the basics of the controller, to adjust the “drift” and to learn the basics of flying this drone, and then plugged in the second battery that came with the drone and the sky is the limit… let your imagination take over! Play with the drone, learn to skirt in and out of tight spaces, through obstacles, do 360’s, and whatever you can dream up.
Overall, I highly recommend as a beginner drone that is under $500!
I got this for my dad as part of his Christmas present because he's been wanting a drone for a while now but I was hesitant to buy a more expensive harder to use one because other then watching videos of them being used or seeing other people using them he has no experience with them and neither do I or anyone else he knows so I wanted a "beginners drone" so to speak so he could try it out and get used to it before getting him a better one down the line.
I bought this for my 9 yr old grandson, he loves it, but his pawpaw loves it more and when everyone seen how easy it was to control, they all had to play with it. my husband paid more for his and he likes this one way better. the only thing I can say to improve is better instructions on how to do the video and get the footage. but this thing is awesome. we are only in our first month but so far so good. funny thing, my sister was really hot and they flew it over her head and the air coming from it was great so they cooled her off with it. lol

Purchased for my 12 year old nephew for Christmas but after 'testing to make sure it works' I ended up buying one for myself. I'm still trying to learn how to control it- bounced it off walls, got it stuck behind the couch, and tangled into the Christmas tree and still works! I haven't used the camera yet, I'll test it when I get more comfortable with the controls. Make sure to follow the online tutorial.

This is my first drone purchase and I was honestly very nervous to invest in such a nice drone but when the mavic mini came out I finally decided to splurge. I never thought I would be so impressed with the many features this little guy has to offer. The size is extremely compact, the remote is simple and easy to use which for a beginner was a HUGE plus. I’ve been practicing with it every day and after just one week feel confident to capture some real video. I have attached a video of practicing the “helix” quick shot feature which is one of my now favorites. I have found that dji puts a ton of helpful videos on YouTube and they have been integral in getting comfortable maneuvering this little guy. I HIGHLY recommend investing in a quality case to protect your investment, making or buying a landing pad- to keep dirt from getting sucked up into the motors and the propellers from getting messed up by grass, and one or two additional batteries right away.
This drone is best for beginners to learn how to fly a drone. You can let yourself lose and do all the experiments you want. The handling is great and can withstand minimal winds easily. This drone can be flown at a faster speed and It is as fast as a high end drone can be.
This drone is so fun to use ! It goes at a great speed and extremely high! The kids absolutely love it! Even us adults can’t get enough! We love taking it down to the park and flying it for hours. It is great quality, very strong and sturdy , not cheap material or flimsy at all like some other drones I’ve bought. Definitely worth the purchase price. It is also Extremely easy to set up and use. The battery lasts for hours, and is super easy to charge, as well as charges at a decent rate!
Bought it to take to school for a few science lessons. My students had a fit! They really enjoyed it!
I bought this for my son. He has been asking for a drone and this has been a good learning drone. He connected the camera to his phone and it's the coolest thing ever according to him.
I would say this is a great started drone. With some practice our 7 year old had it flying. Easy to use and holds up to the unexpected crashes.
