How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The microphone itself is good. But it has a very weak aux socket (Photo 4). Therefore, you need to charge the microphone so that the child is not available. My daughter really liked the microphone, thank you
I think this is genius. I need a portable mic alternative for when I cant get into the studio for rehearsals. I cant say enough great things about this. For starters, its BEAUTIFUL. But for me starting out as a new singer, it connects Bluetooth to my cell where I keep the instrumental version of the music and I can practice. I didnt download the recording app because I simply use my computer, ipad, and Samsung tablets for recording. It does charge by USB which I wasn't clear about when I ordered it. Im not professional yet so I cant speak to quality of microphones. Its certainly not the same as the studio mics but it sure helps me practice at home and when I'm out and about during the day. It comes in a nice portable and spacious case that will fit in my bag along with my dance shoes and music. I'm all set! I'm VERY happy with this purchase.
Amazing microphone! The sound is so good, it connects perfectly to Bluetooth and plays anything you play on your phone in real time. It has a volume control for the volume of your voice through the mic, a music control for how loud you want your music to be coming through, and an echo control so you can have a big or little echo. Also has a powerr button, mode button, play/pause, forward and backward buttons. The only issue I have with this mic is that now I have a broken leg. I was doing karaoke with my daughters and we were singing and dancing and my leg snapped sideways and I ended up in the er. Can't walk now but still looking forward to using my awesome karaoke mic from my bed. Just beware if you buy this that you could get broken bones from all the fun.
I was using Pop Solo prior to this and it kept shutting off unexpectedly in the middle of usage, which was very frustrating. Because of that I had doubts about all wireless mics like these. Well, Bonaok certainly proved me wrong! This microphone is very reliable and can be pretty loud. The sound isn't bad considering the price. You can't expect Bose sound quality on a $30 mic/speaker. It's still very enjoyable and convenient to use. I'm 30 years old and I love to karaoke, but sometimes setting up my entertainment system just to karaoke by myself becomes a hassle. This Bonaok mic makes it a breeze to just grab and sing anywhere. It automatically connects to my phone every time I turn it on, and I'm ready to go. I've had this for a few weeks now and haven't had a single problem. I do plan to get more of these as gifts.
I've done Karaoke with just a regular generic Bluetooth speaker and it works too! Just sing or rap loudly! If you have a group of kids on ZOOM, for example, they don't all need a microphone. Any Bluetooth speaker that you can hold in your hand and Bluetooth to your phone or computer would work. This MICROPHONE speaker allows you to amplify your voice while it's playing the music. There's also an echo mode which I'm sure could be fun. I love that it's all in one and I love the glittery look!
Yes the product is good, but I was more impressed by the service. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Whenever she connected it to bluetooth, there was this buzzing sound, which was loud enough to be audible over the music and very loud without music. She loved the microphone so much, that she was ready to compromise even with it, but it was too much for the rest of us to handle 3/4 hours a day. I wrote to the company, requesting for information, if I did some setup procedure wrong or something I could do to take care of it. After few quick e-mails, we realised, it might be the specific piece. Immediately, they sent another one within two days. And this one works perfectly fine. There are many reviews of the product in detail, so I am not going into that. My 5 stars are for the product and the service.
What a product! Can not say enough nice things about this Karaoke Microphone. As technology advanced, products get made, and markets get over saturated with a multitude of similar products boasting the same quality and it is sometimes difficult to pick out the good from the bad. After using this product I feel confident I picked the right Microphone. Case in point: It is not just a microphone but a Bluetooth speaker, recording device, and party essential. Bluetooth connection is simple, recording is easy, and the overall ease of use is hard to beat. I am not a professional singer (although sometimes I feel my voice in the shower is top notch) but this device equipped with echo setting turns me into a nice blend of John Mayer and Ed Sheeran. At least I think so and that's all that matters. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the overall high-quality design of the product, included extras (Black Hard Case, Micro USB Cable, Audio Cable) and the ability for a portable microphone to perform as well as it does. I look forward to utilizing the Microphone for many things besides just Karaoke and will update the review if needed. Love it. I'm an educator, and we did some karaoke on ZOOM. The 15-19-year-old crowd of kids all wanted one. You just BLUETOOTH it to your phone and sing over the artist who is singing. You could pull up some YOUTUBE karaoke and sing to that too with lyrics etc.
My favorite thing in the world. I spend hours jamming to 90’s music while the hubby plays call of dutty.
I've used this microphone for a few months now and I just love it. I even bought more for my family and friends, and am planning to purchase more in the future. There are some microphones like TANOCH Wireless Karaoke Microphone that make you sound like a robot but this one doesn't. And customer service is just exceptional. When I send them an email, I'd get a response within 2-3 hours. I would definitely recommend this microphone AND the seller to anyone!
I love singing and I was looking for a handheld mic. Found this one on Amazon. I genuinely enjoyed singing using this Mic which has all in one, mic, speaker, Bluetooth, eco and two separate volume controls to control music and vocal. We have regular Karaoke sessions, twice a week, one of our friends purchased the same one, we were having issues with the vocal and music on Zoom but not anymore. He loves it as it has improved his quality of singing. I must confess that this mic has improved my singing. The professional combination of mic and speaker helps you in singing better. I had a minor issue with the mic volume. They have resolved my problem. Their customer support is excellent. Thank you for your support and excellent approach to resolve my problem. Their priority is customer satisfaction. I would recommend this mic as it is a very high-quality design product with so many extras built into it, go for it and enjoy the singing
I love this Bluetooth microphone/speaker so much! It's so much fun to use. I've been playing around with it for a couple of days so far and it's amazing and super easy to use. The overall volume is perfect and it's not so loud that the person in the next room will hear you, which is perfect. The echo feature is so funny and definitely my favorite. When you turn the mic on it automatically connects to your phone which is really convenient. The buttons on it are also easy to use and very cool. It's also very pretty in person and came just as shown in the picture. The only thing that's weird about the color of it is that the handle on the mic itself is pink while the rest of the mic is rose gold/white. The mic came with a good durable hard case, a charging USB cable, a USB cable to plug into your computer, instructions, a 20% off card, and a foam microphone head cover. It also has an SD card and headphones feature on the underside of it. The battery life is also really long. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing this mic and the company itself.
I bought this microphone late at night, super fast, and super excited. I was looking for one and then this popped up and the price was perfect! I was anxiously waiting for this microphone and finally got it yesterday! The shipping time didn’t sleep long at all. I personally loves the packaging because it was the amazon box, then the microphone box and then the microphone case and it just kept getting better! I opened the case and omg the microphone is beautiful! I love the microphone so much. lol I Bluetooth connect my phone to it and then I have an auxcord I had from the $1 store and I hooked it up to my car and well lol living my best life. Honestly though amazing price and so far I love the product!!

My five year old daughter used one of these at a friend's house and really enjoyed it. So when her birthday came around, she was very interested in getting one. I ordered it and gave it to her. She took to it immediately. I am a hobbyist musician and have experience with LOTS of gear. I was a little dubious up front, but the microphone sounds pretty good. It seems to be of sturdy construction (my daughter has dropped it several times and it has weathered it well). It has a nice look and feel to it. The echo is a nice feature. We haven't had a chance to use the bluetooth connectivity or the memory card feature yet, but I can imagine we'll all be listening to Frozen tunes soon. My daughter carries it with her everywhere and loves the carrying case. Very nice product for the money. If it were to break, I am sure that even at this early point we'd buy the same one (except in Pink instead of Rose Gold :) ). Thank you!

Pretty amazing Bluetooth karaoke microphone that takes the party anywhere! Our friend introduced us to this magic device when at their house for dinner. It simply links by Bluetooth to your existing device. We used a cell phone. Then proceeded to look up songs with lyrics on YouTube. In like 5 minutes we were jamming to Journey songs at the dinner table. The volume on this mike is no joke! It can get as loud or as quiet as you prefer. It also has Echo features.
Me and my husband have truly enjoyed the mic. Very easy to set up and the sound quality is great. Of course the sound is not as great as the really expensive karaoke, but it is as good for me. One thing I really like is that you can actually hear your own voice, I guess because the speaker is really close and that I would know if my voice is out of tune (it's funny coz I always do. Not gifted in singing lol!), but it helps me improve my singing voice. Another thing I like is that I can bring it anywhere, like at relatives for a karaoke party. I would recommend this to anyone. It's a fun thing to have and now, I do not have to spend more money to get an expensive karaoke.
This little gadget is great. It’s basically a Bluetooth remote speaker with a built in microphone. You pair it to your phone or other Bluetooth enabled audio player and listen to your music through the built in speaker. Once paired you can sing along into the microphone with anything you play through it. You can control levels for both the music and your voice via slide controls on the front of the product. You can also add and control echo levels to your voice. The sound quality is excellent. It’s all you need to practice singing or just have fun with friends. The battery life is long. I wish I could say how long but it’s more than adequate. This is a heck of a product for the price. Singing is fun for all ages and good for you.
This is a great microphone. I can't begin to tell you how much fun our grand kids have with this mic. Farmer in the Dell and the ABC Song never sounded so good. The sound quality is exceptional and the kids get a special kick from the reverb setting. The battery life is exceptional allows long playing time.
Such a handy little music tool and easy to take a long with u, it's like having your very own tiny karaoke machine in a purse.
This is such a great portable party! Everyone is in awe whenever I show it to them. Talk about an icebreaker! LOL. Seriously though, such a great idea and so fun. You can literally bring karaoke anywhere and if you enjoy singing, here you go! Especially now during COVID, this is therapeutic. You just connect it to an app with your phone (very easily) and you are singing! Highly recommend!
I had purchased a karaoke Bluetooth microphone during the holidays from another company. My 6 year old niece fell in love with it. I decided to buy her one for her upcoming birthday. The price on the original had gone up dramatically. I saw this one by Bonaok and decided to give it a try. The quality on this Bluetooth microphone is amazing, the sound, the ease of use. My niece loves her present. I highly recommend this product, very pleased
I really like this microphone. It cheap but very fun to sing and easy syncs with your smart phone or tablet. I don’t have experience with another devices beside Apple but because it syncs by Bluetooth. It should since with anything. It also has echo which is really good. I didn’t tried to record it or anything but I know there a function for it. We end up purchase a total of 5. I got one for my sister in law, my mom, and her friends. It been about 1 or more year and it still working perfectly fine. I don’t use them everyday but for fun event.
We gave this to our daughter for Christmas. She LOVED it. However, when the charge died and I went to charge it...it didn’t work!!! When you shake it you can hear somthing small moving-I’m wondering if it is what is supposed to be where the hole is for charging? The plug has nothing to stick into in the microphone to charge. So now I can’t charge it :( Hoping for great customer service and a new one...The company was great and replaced it for my daughter and the new one is perfect!
