We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Easy to fly, pretty stable if calibrated correctly. Had a problem with drone after a few flights, contacted customer support and they resolved to problem within a day. Great support!
I wanted to get him a first time drone so he could get the hang of flying one. This thing is so much fun. It's small enough you can play in the house. Love it!
My grandson loved this Christmas gift although he needed help of course since he's only 6. But boy did his eyes light up when his grandfather launched the drone! Only problem was that after he took it home I don't know if he was too hard on it (his parents said they supervised) but in a couple of days the thing stopped working. Long story short, I contacted the mfger who was very helpful and receptive to replacing it.
This is a very fun toy for kids, my son enjoys this very much, can't stop playing with it. My first order had some issues and the service I received from Holystone was the best that I received. I can't be happier with this purchase!
This worked well for about a month and then got too hot, wouldn't hover and was out of control (not responding to remote). The company offered to replace it so we are extremely happy!

Good quality construction in a fun toy that even my 5 yr old was able to figure out how to use.
I wanted to get this thing so that I can just mess around and fly it around the apartment. I have never had any issues with it and love to use it. I have also ran it into the wall, light fixtures and many other things and have still yet to break it. So all I can say definitely bang for your buck!
It is stable and so easy to fly (my 7 year old grandson mastered it minutes) so much better than another brand which was delieved broken and the replacement did not last long. That other brand needed constant trimming of the remote control and was difficult to land without risking an accident. This one is easy to trim and the settings are stable. The stunts are simple to do and swapping batteries is easy. I have not yet tried it outside but it handles the currents from AC well indoors and so I think it would be OK outside if the wind is very light. It is tiny, and would be hard to find, depending on where it lands. Batteries are said to last about 7 minutes, but I timed it at about 8 minutes. The instructions are excellent, easy to understand. These are new so I cannot yet comment on durability yet. I have had to return so many products of all kinds that seemed to be poorly designed and built, it was a delight to finally find something at this price range that works great.
I have a bunch of different sizes of drones. This is a good little drone for kids and beginners. I am not a beginner, but I like to fly the little guys in the house when it is ugly outside.
