How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
They turn back nicely so you kind of get that "ratcheting" effect in a tight space.
Instead of looking for the correct size Crow's foot this little tool get the job with various sizes like it was butter! Saved me hundreds of dollars and buying individual tools. I definitely recommend this product.
I had a oxygen sensor stuck in the exhaust system of my car, which was rounded off from the previous owner. All the tools I had would just slip off and the area was too small to get a pipe wrench into. Next step was to take the exhaust pipe off the car. Found this and decided to give it a try. It worked perfectly and was delighted when that sensor finally broke loose. It saved me from additional work and cost.
solid construction. can be used for a variety of specific applications. some plumbing, some tightening and torque of items that are impossible with closed sockets or wrenches.

I bought for a bolt I couldn't get to. I had a tool like this years ago so I decided to try these. Only time will tell how they hold up. But they already saved me and my knuckles.
I got these as a backup tool for line wrenches. I found on vehicles that have seen a lot of miles, brake lines particularly tend to seize on themselves and line wrenches (flare wrench) tend to stretch, causing brake fittings to round. I now use this tool instead of flare wrenches. Saves me headaches and rounded fitting. The other guys in the shop now have these because of their versatility and durability. I will buy these again if mine ever break.

Good tool works great. Especially when holding a tie rod in place. Just which they made it a little bigger. But a good specialty tool to have . Well made too.

I bought these to allow me to attach a torque wrench to hydraulic couplings. I didn't want to buy a whole set of crow foot wrenches that would hardly be used. These cost much less and work just fine. I thought there might be some slippage but there was none. Highly recommend.
No tool does everything. But this one does a lot. Great bang for the buck.
I have a few places around the farm that require a crowfoot but not enough for me to spend a ton of money for a full set. These are perfect for general work though I wouldn't feel comfortable using them on a job that required a lot of specific torque that life or limb might depend upon. They've worked fine with torque or regular socket wrenches working in those knuckle busting areas where that regular socket just ain't the thing. I'm glad I found/bought them but I use them in jobs that take their price and construction into consideration.
These are great for using a torque wrench on flare nuts, especially for mini split AC systems, which have specific torque values to avoid leaks.
The way this is designed it is a great value and will work for many different applications.
