How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I used this wrench for holding a few fittings that have a much larger fitting than the -8 and -6 connectors they are for. The fittings are to connect to stock fuel rails and this wrench allowed me to not use the other adjustable wrenches that would mar the finish on the fittings.

I bought/used this tiny adjustable wrench to tighten the locking nuts on my Jeep's adjustable control arms. So far all nuts have remained tight through use. It was either this wrench or two metric wrenches - price made me take a chance and I'm glad I did. A 43mm wrench is pretty long, this was much easier to use under the vehicle. It's solidly made and functions smoothly. Time will tell what else this tough little tool will be used for. It's small size has given it a spot in my road/trail kit. Happy off-roading!
Great little adjustable wrench with a very wide opening. You may find the handle too short though when you try to turn something bigger than you should just because the jaws will accommodate it.
This is a very useful tool to have . It works great in tight places.
This wrench is a great addition to my tool set. Worth it's value as tight places wouldn't allow for larger adjustable wrenches.
Great for an fittings and anything you don't want to scratch up
Monkey wrenches are very convenient and they have an extremely wide jaw opening for their size. This brand is strong and I’ve used one like this one I just bought for many years. Highly recommended.
Best adjustable I have ever used, suprisingly little play, deffo worth the money.
I got this to fill in the gaps left by my fixed jaw fitting wrenches. It adjusts easily, feels nice and solid in your hand. It's a little thicker than I anticipated, but I don't see this causing a problem.
I use it to remove automotive fan blades. and it works perfectly with holding tools . Narrow head wide open jaws hold perfect under high torquing. Highly recommend

Well made...... I was worried about getting a junk crappy tool but I was impressed with how well made the tool was.
I use this for my Lathe as a universal wrench to remove and tighten chucks on my lathes. It is slim enough to fit on chucks, spindle adapters and faceplates so you don't have to have several wrenches to fit the different accessories.
Nice tool for bathroom fixtures and gives you a different angle to use on hydraulic and pneumatic fittings verses adjustable wrenches.
Quality tool, excellent size for working in very tight places where a regular long-handled wrench cannot be used.

Excellent for all those random around the house tasks. Well made, glad I got the steel one instead of aluminum. Now I only have to carry one wrench and always have the right size for the job.
