How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
These are so light I forget it’s there. Great for what it’s designed for which is to not have something in the ear canal. These sit close to the ear canal. So if your exspecting great sound that’s not going to happen bc it’s not IN the ear. But I listen to a lot of podcast and videos. So if your like me and tired of having something in your ear if you fall asleep then wake up with your ear hurting and sore these are for you. I even walked on treadmill no problem. The backs are flexible so it’s comfortable and they stay on my small ears. I don’t use volume on earbud I adjust my phone volume so I can’t speak to that or call quality. Had them a few days now and so far so good!
I love these. I am not a fan of regular ear buds and wanted something I could comfortably wear all day. I like that you can hear your music and sounds around you.
Didn’t have my hopes high, but I was rather impressed. Sound better than my wife’s aftershockz, and I barely feel them on.

Was looking for an alternative to ear buds which are starting to bother me when wearing. Just got these and they are great. Was worried about how they would feel on the outer ear, but they are very comfortable, barely noticeable. Sound quality so far is wonderful and controls are easy to use.

I listen to audiobooks daily, but I can no longer stand anything inside my ear canal or covering my ears. My family has gotten to listen to more than one audio book as I've been cleaning the house, until these came and changed everything. Now I can listen with comfort!
I use these all the time. They work great and give good sound. I love not having them in my ears like with other earbuds.
Sound quality is great. Really comfortable to wear and a decent price. Unlike other headphones like these you don't have to wear both of them to get it to work. I can wear my Bluetooth and one of the headphones and it keeps working. Couldn't believe they sounded like they did I ordered another pair just to have a backup pair. I would recommend to anyone wanting a great sounding comfortable set of headphones

Wow is all I can say. I have been use ear pods since wireless came along. They are by far the most comfortable I have ever worn and the battery life is top notch. Last all day because the. Case recharges them. They are better than apple.
I love these. I wear them at work everyday. And still able to hear my surroundings. I have small ears. Every ear piece I've ever used till now, has made my ears do sore. I couldn't wear them sll day like I can these. I'd say battery life is about 4 hours. But I only use one at a time. So when in is low, I let it recharge in the case, and use the other one. I can deal with the short battery life, if my ears don't hurt so I can listen to my true crime podcasts. The ears buds make me happy.

Great price. Durable (I dropped the case once when it was open and both ear phones popped out and bounced around the floor, and have worked perfectly ever since) I definitely recommend.
I have weird ears! I have long ears. So regular over-the-ear shaped earbud hooks never connect properly and they bother me and feel like they'll train my ears to poke out.. But these are PERFECT! And you can adjust the position to be just how you like. I forgot I was wearing them.
I wear these all the time and they're perfect for being able to still hear what's going on around you. They stay in place, surprisingly, so well that I can even run in them. Also I'm getting a good 6-7 hours constant music play time out of these. Great item!
Love that the case itself is a battery so as soon as I take of the buds and put them in the case they start charging. Quality is wonderful and can still hear what’s going on around me!!!
I've owned different ear phones but these are by far the best yet, I like the way they stay attached to my ear and don't cause pain.
I bought these after returning a set of oepn-ear headphones that hooked behind my ears. These have amazing sound quality and the battery lasts all day at work. My ears get a little tired after a few hours with them in, but i just take a break then put them back when i'm ready. I can wear just one if I need a little more clarity of what is going on around me.
