How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Works as expected/advertised; metal casing and pocket clip indicate to me that it was designed for outdoor use by mineralogists. Focusable beam; fun to play around with.

I bought this on a bit of a whim and am really pleased with the value that I've received. Black lights are a little magical in the first place and this one is a really solid value for the money along with being danged useful to boot. Tried it out at the house in dark room an was amazed by how powerful it was (and how much junk it showed). Took it to work on a whim and ended up using it to track a mouse infestation to its source and then demonstrate that the "sesame" seeds in someone's drawer were mouse droppings sitting in dried urine.
I immediately nicknamed this "The Ultra Violet Light Cannon of The Apocalypse"! I can easily see the beam on my back fence from my back patio about 40ft away. Wavelength is perfect for making scorpions look like they were injected with neon! Shipping was quick and quality is very good, especially considering the price. If I decide I need another, I won't need to research to find a better one!
Was a little leery due to some negative reviews. My sister bought one when she got a puppy and recommended it. It works well, and what it reveals is disturbing but helpful. Recommended.
The ultraviolet flashlight is perfect for travel, since it is pocket-sized and detects any bedbugs or stains in a hotel room, and outdoor bugs like scorpions. (Indoor or outdoor, the flashlight is a necessity these days.)
Omg this is disgusting!!! I hope this isn't all just cat pee that shows up cause there is a lot! I bought this cause I thought my cat was peeing in one room and couldn't find the exact spot so I bought this. Found the spot and more. Would recommend. Picture is the same spot (fyi I am a very clean person)
Very good light. The acid test was trying it out in a darkened bathroom.
Wanted a UV light to test fluorescence on a diamond. This worked great. Really wanted one with a single LED and not 12. This was the only one I found that has a single LED.
I really really love the UV LED. I have used this on three different applications so far: 1) Harden the resin on the art/jewels. Create your own beautiful jewels crystallize.2) I have used the UV flashlight to make the flourescent paintings to glow in the night or any other arts that need the black light to glow in the night. It’s beautiful. And 3) I have used the UV flashlight to help me detect leak on my car AC unit with dyes in the freon. Further than that, the customer service is most outstanding and superb!! The item was delay for some reason not of their fault but customer services reach out to me more than two or three times to check on the status on the item and offer the explanation of the delay. They did everything they can to assure me the item I bought will arrive at my door. After I have received my item(s) , customer service still check to see I am happy with the item. Wow!! Now that’s what I call REAL concern outstanding service!! I will no doubt Voucher for the company and will continue to do business with them.

This light is awesome for those that collect the radioactive depression-era glass. Uranium glass fluoresces bright green under ultraviolet light, and you can tell the non-radioactive from the radioactive glass even in the daylight. Just take it in to the antique store and have a ball!
My house is a pig sty. This light is fantastic but it shows EVERYTHING. I thought my house was clean. Turn off the lights at night, shine thus light and be prepared to be shocked. Tomorrow, I have a date with a bucket of ammonia and water.
I use UV-cure resins for a number of projects and consider short cure times an important asset. This high intensity light sure does the trick. It is the best light I have ever used so far, resulting in cure times of under a minute to achieve a hard finish. It is great for setting an epoxy finish on replacement fishing rod guides as well as epoxy heads for fishing flies.
I use this to help find mold in hvac units. Works perfectly.
I used it for mineral identification under fluorescent light. I would appreciate if the item came with instructions that listed what type and amount of battery were required as well as a receipt or bill of lading. The product arrive with nothing else in package. Thank You.
Not super bright but does everything I need. Cures UV light activated glue and highlights yukky stuff in the bathroom.
Great UV flash light. Used it to look for refrigerator leaks, and used it to cure UV glue. I recommend it
Some of the reviews stating “you may not want to see with this light” are true. Oh my goodness!!! I think it shows more than just urine though. We had a ceiling leak and it showed where it was, how well I DIDNT get the walls cleaned. I knew my cat was peeing in a certain spot, but I didn’t know how bad it was. Also, I bought the orange odor remover that is suggested with it. One of the reviews said it removed the odor And the cat wouldn’t go back to that area. Ditto!!!
Works great with UV dye for detecting leaks in automobiles
A great little light for doing UV things, like searching for mystery pet stains. I will note, however, that if you're legit trying to find scorpions and avoiding scorpions is important to you, and you're in a situation where there actually are scorpions to avoid maybe just buck up and buy a more powerful beam unit because outside at night, as much as I like it, I don't think I would want to rely on this flashlight.
I use this as an inexpensive "Wood's Lamp" to identify skin conditions (for instance, different fungus like athlete's food glow under black light). It's small but pretty powerful and was a great value. I suspect it would be great for curing UV glue as well. The on button clicks through (3 modes, blinking, low and high) but I only use high so that's slightly inconvenient. Overall a great value.
Imagine my surprise to discover that during my heavily sedated but entirely restful nights of sleep, my sweet, darling kitties had been luring feral animals into the house through the cat door, quietly murdering them, and consuming the helpless creatures in the dark of night. They're not doing a thorough job scrubbing down afterwards which is why everything on the walls under two feet high looks like worse than the White Rabbit scene from "The Game" because of the additional biological material. On the other hand, I've got a better sense as to why my house never smells quite "fresh."
