How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The magnet is very strong, and once my phone is on the magnet, not even the gravel roads I drive on will knock it off.

My Samsung phone has a rubber protective case, so I placed the square metal piece that came with the phone on the back of the phone on the rubber casing, and it holds beautifully. I then placed the 3M adhesive mount on the dash above the radio, and it stuck perfectly. Once mounted it is very adjustable. It is just what I wanted. In fact I like it so much, I have already ordered a second one for my wife's car
The square head on base allows full 360 movement. Using quality 3M adhesive, it adheres to any dash. The hottest days this summer could throw at this thing, did not loosen the 3M stick! It comes with a large black square and a black circle phone attachment. Positioned a bit above center mass of your phone, the strong magnet in the base grabs at the phone attachment and holds it right where you want the phone, whatever the angle,you're good to go. Slide in my car, pull my phone out, toss it at the base and it stays put!
I am enjoying this car mount very much. I used to have one that attached to my vent, but it never seemed to work right. The fact that this one has four magnets on the inside is excellent, my phone hasn't fallen once! I also really like that there is a ball joint so I can adjust the angle just right. The fact that 3M adhesive strips are included for mounting also boosts my liking for the product. Overall the car mount is something I really enjoy and use every day. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good solid car mount, it feels like it's built right into my dashboard now.
I bought this mount to hold my Galaxy S10. I wanted something that wouldn't obstruct my vents and yet a mount that is strong enough that my phone wouldn't fly off the holder.
I had been looking for the perfect mount that doesn’t cover any of the vents in my car but is sturdy for my phone and this has been the solution! It was easy to install, great price and the magnet is extremely strong. I’m very happy with this purchase and I rarely ever write reviews.

I have purchased 3 different cell magnetic mount devices. As soon as I installed it I already knew it was the best I had gotten.
This mount holds my phone strongly even with a case on. It came packaged real nice, with an extra 3M mount in case you need to move the position after a while. We have a LOT of potholes in our area and my phone stayed put. You won't regret purchasing this mount! I love it that much.

This little stand does exactly what it says it will do - keep your phone secure and out of your hands while driving! I purchased it for my mother to use when she needed to use Google maps to find a new business. It works perfectly for her and keeps the phone from sliding around in the passenger seat!

After experiencing the great use of this product, I bought a 2nd one. A great product, ease of use.
Great stick. Only to hard surfaces, not leather. I made that mistake because I didn’t read the directions, so I had to redo the 3M tape on the mount. The second time was a charm!
We ordered 2 of these mounts, one for my wife and one for our 17 yo who just bought her first car. Having had several other types of phone holders that eventually failed, we had high hopes for this one. When they came and were in such small boxes we had our doubts. However after installing them and using them with phones with cases on, we were amazed at how they performed. Very well thought out and made. I will be considering ordering one as well since the only thing I have found to work in my 2014 pathfinder is a CD slot device which requires me to remove my phone from my case and blocks some of the ac and music controls. Thank you for creating a reasonably priced well made simple and effective phone holder.
