How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I've gone through so many car cell phone holders. They can be clunky and I change my case all the time, so that becomes an issue. I ordered the magnet because I saw how easy and secure it was in my son's car. I put mine in and now I can attach my new phone, my old phone, my tablet and use it with various cases. I love how I can just add a magnet to a new case and wala...it's secure, it's not coming off.
I have been using the mount for few weeks now and it works great so far. I was able to install it easily on my car dash.
The option to rotate the head on the car mount to choose the desired phone position works great. The movement is very smooth. Also i tested the mount on rough roads, highways, speed breaker and the magnet holds good so far. I have the metal plate inside my phone cover and still it seems to stick very well to the magnets. Overall very satisfied with the product so far due to the ease of use and it does the job i bought the car mount for.
I drove from New York City to LA last year and had a cell phone mount that stuck to my windshield and hung down. It was nice at first however it got annoying, sometimes falling off and losing its suction. I finally decided to order this magnetized one and it makes everything so much easier. Because it is so small, it is never an inconvenience to me when I am driving. Because the magnet is permanently on my phone, I found myself putting my phone on the mount every single time I drive (even if im not using navigation). It is easy, and convenient. I rarely ever use the wire holder on the back of the mount to hold the charger. I just find it easier to plug it straight in my phone instead of wrapping it around the back. Besides that, I don't have any complaints! So far the suction has been great! Now I never have to take my eyes off the road!
I just installed this about 30 minutes ago and I immediately realized a few things about the product. First, the design is great. I placed the mount on an uneven surface but that was not a problem due to the flaps on the base that curved to fit my dash. Second, the adhesive worked great. I have leather interior and I worried that it wouldn't stick very well (especially when I tried to pull my phone from the magnet) but the adhesive didn't budge. In the coming months, we'll see how it fares in the Texas heat.
I search a while and tried a few of the vent found mounts before finding this one. I had such bad luck with the vent mounts that I was initially skeptical that this one would be any better; however, this one is awesome and works great. I put the metal plate that comes with it on the inside of my phone case so that it can't be seen and it still holds on strong to the mount. I have an iPhone 8 plus also so it isn't a little phone. The phone has never once fallen off the mount and I've had it now for about 2 months or so. I definitely would purchase again.
Great shipping time, arrived in perfect condition and was incredibly easy to set up. I was also very impressed not only by the strength of the adhesive to my car but also the strength of the magnet. The slim design of the circle or rectangle is something I hardly even notice. I also sometimes use a +6000mAh/hr battery phone case so I have a magnet on my iPhone and one on my case. Despite being far heavier with my battery phone case this does not affect the performance of the magnet.
The mount pivots in multiple directions. Easy to tighten and loosen as needed.

The 3M VHB adhesive is sturdy and they even provide an additional adhesive strip if you fail to get it to adhere the first time. The magnet in the mount is more than powerful enough to hold my LG Xcharge in place, even when driving on rough terrain.
I am a big fan of this little car phone mount. It's small so it fits right in with the rest of the interior when there isn't a phone on it, which I like because I don't always have my phone up there and it's important to me that I don't have a huge, clunky phone mount chillin on my dash at all times. The magnets that it comes with (and it comes with plenty) are super strong--I'ce used them with multiple cases, of varying material and thickness and have never even thought about the magnets not doing their job. She's a certified 10/10, would recommend.
All in all, this is a good product. It holds my iPhone 7 with the leather Apple case just fine. I can wholeheartedly recommend this if you have a smooth, consistent surface onto which to attach it.
This mount is well made, is small enough to not cause vision obstruction within the vehicle and small enough to mount just about anywhere. The magnet is plenty strong and I attached mine directly to the phone case. I bought the 1st mount for my GF and her SUV. She and I both liked it a lot and made driving so much safer. I then bought two more, one for my car and then another for my desk.
The magnet is very strong, and once my phone is on the magnet, not even the gravel roads I drive on will knock it off.

My Samsung phone has a rubber protective case, so I placed the square metal piece that came with the phone on the back of the phone on the rubber casing, and it holds beautifully. I then placed the 3M adhesive mount on the dash above the radio, and it stuck perfectly. Once mounted it is very adjustable. It is just what I wanted. In fact I like it so much, I have already ordered a second one for my wife's car
The square head on base allows full 360 movement. Using quality 3M adhesive, it adheres to any dash. The hottest days this summer could throw at this thing, did not loosen the 3M stick! It comes with a large black square and a black circle phone attachment. Positioned a bit above center mass of your phone, the strong magnet in the base grabs at the phone attachment and holds it right where you want the phone, whatever the angle,you're good to go.
Slide in my car, pull my phone out, toss it at the base and it stays put!
