How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I have purchased 3 different cell magnetic mount devices. As soon as I installed it I already knew it was the best I had gotten.
This mount holds my phone strongly even with a case on. It came packaged real nice, with an extra 3M mount in case you need to move the position after a while. We have a LOT of potholes in our area and my phone stayed put. You won't regret purchasing this mount! I love it that much.
This product is compact, simple, and inexpensive! I like it so much I bought 3 (one for each of my vehicles).
This little stand does exactly what it says it will do - keep your phone secure and out of your hands while driving! I purchased it for my mother to use when she needed to use Google maps to find a new business. It works perfectly for her and keeps the phone from sliding around in the passenger seat!

After experiencing the great use of this product, I bought a 2nd one. A great product, ease of use.
Great stick. Only to hard surfaces, not leather. I made that mistake because I didn’t read the directions, so I had to redo the 3M tape on the mount. The second time was a charm!
We ordered 2 of these mounts, one for my wife and one for our 17 yo who just bought her first car. Having had several other types of phone holders that eventually failed, we had high hopes for this one. When they came and were in such small boxes we had our doubts. However after installing them and using them with phones with cases on, we were amazed at how they performed. Very well thought out and made. I will be considering ordering one as well since the only thing I have found to work in my 2014 pathfinder is a CD slot device which requires me to remove my phone from my case and blocks some of the ac and music controls. Thank you for creating a reasonably priced well made simple and effective phone holder.
What I loved most about this product is how simple the process is. I have my own magnetic iPhone case, so I haven’t used the adhesive sticker or metal plates. The magnetic pad itself is amazing! It stays steady when I’m driving anywhere! I use my maps quite often because I’m new to a city! This not only helps me to look at my maps more easily, but also to answer my calls as well! I used to have to hold my phone, but now all I do is put it on speaker and talk to whoever! It’s perfect and I love it! I do wish y’all provided a small cloth with it though to help clean the surface before applying. I still give this 5/5 stars though!

Had this almost 2 years now. Absolutely no issues and it's mounted to black dash with no tints so it's been exposed to extreme heat in the summer with no loss of adhesion. Magnet is super strong. Swivel head stays put.
I previously had a phone holder that attached to my air vents. I initially liked it, but it was difficult to attach, and made it impossible to move around the air vent it was on. I was a bit skeptical on whether this new one would work well since my dash is oddly shaped, and I wanted to be able to easily see and (safely) reach my phone while driving if absolutely necessary. That ended up leaving just one possible position to fix the 3M sticky pad to, and I wasn't sure if it would leave enough room between the dash and my phone charger cable, or display my phone at the right angle. It's absolutely perfect. The magnetic mount has a surprising amount of clearance, regardless of how I position my phone. It holds tightly, even through my phone case--it often slid off of my last air vent holder, so that's a huge plus as well. Between the way it functions and its' reasonable price, I can't recommend it highly enough. I just wish I'd ordered it sooner.
This is my second Trianium mount. I got the first one as part of a promo. I liked it so much, I got another for my wife. It has a small footprint and has stayed mounted to my dash without any issues. I was hesitant just having it stuck on using adhesive, especially, in the Texas heat, but it is still going strong after several months. The magnet is very powerful and hasn’t had any problem supporting my previous iPhone 7+ or my current Galaxy S10.
The car mount on picture boy dose it’s not do justice the material used on this car mount is good quality it swivels with ease and can be righted to stay at any given direction. The magnate is strong and keeps my phone locked in place knowing it won’t randomly fall of wile driving even on hard bumps on the road phone still stays intact! It is as big as an Apple Watch for comparison and comes with 2 magnates one that I added to my pop socket! And also comes with an extra adhesive for the car mount!

Finally found a phone dash mount that really works. I must have purchased 6 in the past and none would properly hold the phone or stay on the dash. Magnets are very strong.
