How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I tried one other less expensive zipper repair kit from Amazon and spent 30 minutes trying to make it work before I requested a return on that one and bought this product. Their instructional video made perfect sense and made it so very easy to install. Realistically, I spent maybe 1 minute installing this kit by FixnZip. Don't bother with the other kits. Spend the $ here and get on with enjoying your life.
I am not going to lie, I was hesitant that this would work, as many other products like this one had terrible reviews. But this one was one that was reccomended by a fellow cosplayer. My zipper on my brand new boots broke and unzipped all the way down. This little magic zipper fixer worked perfectly. I screwed it on easily and it did exactly as the instructions said it would! Amazed. Definitely buying this again if I ever have another zipper emergency!
The plastic zipper broke on our van’s bug netting. The manufacturer recommended this product. It did take me some time to figure out how to install it correctly- much fidgeting with the amount of tension on the screw - but it was a wonderful field repair. So you’re aware, the profile of this product is thicker than any OEM zipper, so fitting in close quarters may require some accommodation.

The zipper on my beekeeper suit would split open easily. I tried to fix it and the original zipper pull just fell apart in my hand. Panicked? Yes! Not a good thing to be wide open while tending bees. Lamented about the cost to replace the full length zipper. Ugh! Not cheap. While googling, I discovered this product. AMAZING! Arrived quickly and was super easy to install. I ordered the wrong size at first because the old zipper didn't have a number on it so I measured it too big. (Only needed to measure the teeth from side to side.) The return process was simple and quick. Within a few days I was tending my bees with confidence and have had no need to worry. This zipper replacement was installed in a matter of seconds and will outlast my suit. Highly recommend!!
I bought the large first to fix my tent and it was to big. I ordered the medium and it worked perfect. I didn't want to throw my tent away but didn't want to spend a lot to repair. This was a very cost effective repair and works great. Easy to install and honestly is way more durable than the cheap zippers that were on the tent. If they sold these in bulk at a cheaper price I would buy and replace all the zippers. very durable and well made. Will buy for all zipper repairs moving forward.
Works very well as a replacement for broken zippers.
I used the zipper sliders to replace broken sliders on my daughter’s and granddaughter’s jackets. They were extremely happy I “saved” their favorite jackets!
I purchased this item to fix a sofa pillow whose zipper had been broken for years. I followed the instructions from one of the company’s YouTube videos and the enclosed instructions and was able to attach the zipper and zip up the back of the pillow in about 10 -15 minutes. This was one of the seat pillows where you had to really tug and pull both sides together because the foam inside the pillow was so thick. The little zipper held together the two sides that almost felt impossible to close. I added the zipper to both sides about a third of the way down from one end because unlike a jacket, it had no “starter” ends, I then pulled it backward to one end to close the previous teeth of the zipper and then planned to pull to the other end...I had trouble with this hence why it took me a while to fully close the zipper the Entire length of the pillow. I eventually got it done and the pillow looks great. Awesome product for a very good price.

Excellent replacement for broken zipper box (the place on the zipper slide side where the pin at the bottom of the zipper on the other side fits into). I was told that the whole zipper would have to be replaced because the zipper box broke off during a wash cycle. Fortunately I found FixnZip. Placing the FixnZip above the zipper slide resulted in fixing my winter jacket into having a double zipper which did not require the zipper box. I had problems at first because I hadn't tightened the FixnZip enough. I looked at the manufacturers website and followed their instructions, and everything is working great. I highly recommend this when you have a broken/missing zipper box, it sure beats replacing the whole zipper!
I ordered the Fixnzip to attempt to repair a sweater zipper. It caught my attention with its claim of ease of installation. I was able to install the slider in less than 5 minutes. The difference between this product and other repair options is that with Fixnzip I didn't have to take off the end stopper of the zipper to install this slider.

The product reviews were all over the board. I took a chance and if it perfectly. My zipper is a medium size zipper I wouldn’t say it’s too small or too large. So I got the medium and it fit wonderfully. Installed in less than a minute and I followed the instructions. It didn’t seem to be working at first but I moved it all the way back to the beginning of the zipper and moved it forward and backwards to the beginning of the zipper again and then forwards. And then it finally worked about the third time. The instructions warned that you might have to do this. Mine came with a little tiny zipper pole also, instead of just a key ring. I mean it also came with the key ring, don’t get me wrong
Great zipper replacement! I had a favorite zip up sweatshirt but the zipper part broke. Was dreading to attempt sewing in a new zipper and then I saw Fixnzip. The price was cheaper than the zipper I was looking at. So I thought I’d give it a try. My son put it in and he said it went on pretty easy. (You attach the bottom of zipper to the top with a screw type feature.) Then I tried it out the zipper and it worked great! I had my favorite sweatshirt back!
Saved me $100. I purchased a rattan outdoor chair set from Salvation Army. I washed the cushion covers, and when I went to pull the zipper for the seat cushion, it busted. After researching online for how I could fix it, I found this product. It arrived, and after following the instructions I was able to replace the broken 3F zipper pull and rezip the cushion. I suggest watching the youtube video as there are small little tricks to increase your level of success. I do not plan on unzipping this frequently as it is a cushion cover zipper, but if it breaks I will update my review. For what its worth, it saved me needing to pay for a custom cushion cover and or buying a sewing machine to fix the zipper.
The zipper on the front flap of our tent broke. The cheap pot metal just decided to break in half one day rendering the flap useless. Rather than scrap the tent, tried FixnZip. 5-star for the installation, although I'll admit getting the two pieces of zipper track to line up was a challenge. That's not a fault of the FixnZip, but of the tent design. But once mounted it easily tracks up/dwn. I only gave 3-star for Sturdy'ness though because of the design, it periodically slips off track. Not a big deal, can basically reinstall it to line it up again. Just a little annoying that have to do that in teh first place. But only happens like less than 10% of the time zipper is in use.
The zipper on one of my favorite leather jackets would not close (separated when the slider was pulled up. I tried many times to squeeze it with a pliers but that only lasted a few days. So I installed the FixnZip and voila - the zipper is like new. It is super easy to install (if you can turn a knob!). The only unknown is how long it will last, but I am confident that it will because if it loosens up and the zipper fails again, you just have to tighten the knob again and it should work. it is definitely worth a shot!

I ordered the large zipper and the medium zipper at the same time, using prime shipping on a Wed afternoon because I was not sure which one I needed for my pop-up camper and we were leaving early Sat. morning. The medium zipper arrived Friday as promised but the large zipper did not arrive until Monday. Fortunately for me, the medium zipper worked on my pop-up camper zipper. It did not take very long to get it to work either! Great product!
