How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alisaleplus.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought a nice toadrage jacket, and really liked it. The way the Velcro flap closed, ripping it open wrenched on the jacket zipper so hard, it deformed the zipper shuttle. Long story short, this baby fixed me right up. No sewing, no complications. It literally took less than 5 minutes to install (including opening the package and reading the instructions). I hope the guy that designed this is doing well, he is a genius in my eyes.

Face perfect product for those who have a clasp that only the zipper has spoiled, easy to put on, ideal for those who travel to take a reservation in the backpack you never know the unforeseen events that can happen ideal.
I was so sad thinking I would have to throw out my favorite jacket! Instead this zipper worked perfectly! Or so I hope for now. I was able to put it on and immediately the zipper channel stayed closed! No opening up at the bottom and having to fish my way outta my jacket. Hoping it holds up but I am very pleased and I would for sure recommend this product!
This actually works! I had serious doubts. In fact, I even tried to install it two times without any success. I was sure it was a gimmick. See, I recently went on a trip and the airport broke a zipper off the side of my luggage. Now, luggage isn’t cheap and I happened to really like this piece. It did have a warranty but it only covered manufacturer defects. And I really didn’t want to bother with forms from the airport for a broken-off zipper. I went on YouTube and watched the video about how to install the zipper. I’d been trying to start it at the wrong end. Once I started it properly it worked perfectly. I’m so very thrilled. You’d never know the zipper wasn’t the original. It’s high quality parts and I trust that it will keep working.
The FixnZip slid right onto my tent’s fly zipper. The original zipper has been replaced by the manufacturer once before, but I had to wait weeks before getting my tent back . When the fly’s zipper disengaged again (not my rough handling, but due to very strong winds carrying very fine red dirt) I couldn’t bare to think of sending it back. FixnZip came to my rescue. I attached a pull to the zipper so I can zip it carefully and ,just in case it falls off the teeth, I can easily find it. Thank you, FixnZip!

It really works! I had all about given up on one of my favorite jackets because the zipper was not working properly. So, I bought the FixnZip with the hope that it might work. Well, it totally DID!! It was easy to install, needed minor adjustments and tightening, but it got my zipper working perfectly! This product is all that it Is cracked up to be! I’m thrilled with this purchase. I used the FixnZip to repair a pair of hunting pants. It took only a few minutes to read the instructions (what a concept!) and install the FixnZip on the pants. Good as new! Best part... no need to take it to a tailor for repair or ask my wife to fix it...I did it myself!!

Before I talk about how great this item is, I will point out the fact that I originally ordered a size small and was on the verge of tears from frustration of trying to get it to work. The zipper would latch, but pop out on both sizes when I pulled it up. If you are on the same boat, just try to go up a size. That being said, this device works tremendously. I have never sewed in my life, so buying a full zipper to replace it myself wasn't an option, nor was spending over $50 for a professional to do so. My specific fix was tedious in the sense that it is on a backpack (open end zipper) AND it was an invisible nylon zipper, so I had to watch maybe 5 different YouTube videos to get an idea on how exactly I should use this. Those videos absolutely helped, along with the actual instructions provided. Just in case there is someone with my exact same situation, I had to squeeze the Pull n Zip with my index finger and thumb while pulling up about an inch, then tighten the wheel, then pull the rest of the way. Exactly how it specified! I'm extremely grateful for this product because I love this backpack but it broke within a few months, so it's been broken for over four years and now I can FINALLY use it again! I absolutely recommend this item and I will purchase it again if I ever have to replace another zipper. If you think this item doesn't work, just keep watching videos and have patience - you'll get it! Hope this helps you make a decision. God bless!
I'm pretty excited about this product and looking forward to our first camping trip in 2 years now that our zippers work again.
Fantastic! I used mine to fix a zipper pull on a rifle tactical bag. The old zipper made of cast nickel just pulled off breaking in half. After ordering another product for about half of what this cost, I broke all 3 installing them. I then ordered this one which has a screw to it that allows you to just spread the 2 halves, screw it down and install your choice of a key ring pull, the cord pull with plastic end or both. Keep in mind, the large thumb screw is pretty good sized and there is no option to hide it inside as the backs of zipper teeth are flat, front are rounded which match this. Overall I am very happy since it completely fixed the problem in less than 3 minutes.
This product is great! Absolutely worth the money. I have a faux leather chair with a zipper on the back holding the foam in. I decided one day to open up the back to let the foam breathe a bit and then the zipper broke! Good chair but cheap zipper. If I had to take it to be repaired I’m sure it would not have been possible since the zipper track is closed on both ends and removing the zipper might have damaged the leather making it not possible to reattach a new zipper track (the leather didn’t have much room to give). Even if it could have been repaired I’m sure it would cost some decent moolah. This replacement zipper was a bit of a pain to get working because of how tough the leather was and the zipper was for size 4 (got the small zipnfix), but I was able to get it on and working eventually. There is a tiny bulge since the zipnfix is a little bigger than a normal zipper but the zipper is on the back of the chair facing a wall so I never have to see it. Totally recommend as a replacement especially if you have a zipper track closed on both sides.
I am not going to lie, I was hesitant that this would work, as many other products like this one had terrible reviews. But this one was one that was reccomended by a fellow cosplayer. My zipper on my brand new boots broke and unzipped all the way down. This little magic zipper fixer worked perfectly. I screwed it on easily and it did exactly as the instructions said it would! Amazed. Definitely buying this again if I ever have another zipper emergency!
I tried one other less expensive zipper repair kit from Amazon and spent 30 minutes trying to make it work before I requested a return on that one and bought this product. Their instructional video made perfect sense and made it so very easy to install. Realistically, I spent maybe 1 minute installing this kit by FixnZip. Don't bother with the other kits. Spend the $ here and get on with enjoying your life.

The zipper on my beekeeper suit would split open easily. I tried to fix it and the original zipper pull just fell apart in my hand. Panicked? Yes! Not a good thing to be wide open while tending bees. Lamented about the cost to replace the full length zipper. Ugh! Not cheap. While googling, I discovered this product. AMAZING! Arrived quickly and was super easy to install. I ordered the wrong size at first because the old zipper didn't have a number on it so I measured it too big. (Only needed to measure the teeth from side to side.) The return process was simple and quick. Within a few days I was tending my bees with confidence and have had no need to worry. This zipper replacement was installed in a matter of seconds and will outlast my suit. Highly recommend!!
The plastic zipper broke on our van’s bug netting. The manufacturer recommended this product. It did take me some time to figure out how to install it correctly- much fidgeting with the amount of tension on the screw - but it was a wonderful field repair. So you’re aware, the profile of this product is thicker than any OEM zipper, so fitting in close quarters may require some accommodation.

I bought the large first to fix my tent and it was to big. I ordered the medium and it worked perfect. I didn't want to throw my tent away but didn't want to spend a lot to repair. This was a very cost effective repair and works great. Easy to install and honestly is way more durable than the cheap zippers that were on the tent. If they sold these in bulk at a cheaper price I would buy and replace all the zippers. very durable and well made. Will buy for all zipper repairs moving forward.
I used the zipper sliders to replace broken sliders on my daughter’s and granddaughter’s jackets. They were extremely happy I “saved” their favorite jackets!
